Establishment with clean and nice vibes. You receded and our waitress took our orders and was very understanding and nice since it was our first time the salmon Benedict was very good. It just needed more Benedict sauce. The salad serve. It was very good. I just prefer a little more dressing, a buddy or did not order seasoned potatoes. He ordered a different side, but they brought out seasoned potatoes anyways, but I ate them and they tasted delicious. The French toast was amazing. I'm not a huge fan of cinnamon in the batter, but my friend was and she loved it. The waffle was something that could come from a hotel breakfast bar nothing to be riding home about. The bloody Mary was very good. Just a lot of ice. It was hardly any drink the strawberry dragon fruit drink was also very good very pricey for the little amount and lack of flavor overall. read more

My husband and I, along with two friends, visited the Georgetown, KY location on May 12, 2026. Our friends had never been to the restaurant, while my husband I have visited several times at the location in Virginia closest to our home. We visited mid-morning so the Georgetown location was not busy. First, we had to repeatedly ask our server for the items we ordered (hot tea, decaf coffee, orange juice). Secondly, the food was lukewarm to cold when it was served--the butter was not melting on my waffle. Third, the the server did not get our orders correct. I ordered the waffle with a side of bacon. I didn't get the bacon. Our friend ordered sausage and an English Muffin. He got neither. Instead he got my bacon, but he never received the English Muffin. I asked for syrup when I got my waffle; the server didn't get it to me until I was done with my food, which was very cold by that time. He did remove the side of bacon from our bill after I complained. We have never encounted this poor level of service and quality of food in all the times visting First Watch in Virginia. While we will continue to visit the location we are closest to in Virginia, our friends will never visit one near them. read more

This place was in a search I did for recommended local eateries to try. We are from Los Angeles and this is our first visit to KY. We wanted to try places that were not national chains and that were popular with locals. First Watch was delicious, and very friendly service! I had their 2 choice lunch special - I chose the 1/2 club sandwich (excellent ingredients and really good portion), and 1/2 the honey pecan salad - which was the most delicious sweet and savory saucy chicken slices with pecans and greens and a few other veggies. The portion was huge and everything was very nice presentation too. Others in my party had the whole club sandwich with a bowl of veggie soup (soup was amazing and super hearty), and omelette that had tomato, sausage, cheese, red peppers, and a few other things - I didn't catch the name but those were devoured happily too. My 10 year old and my 15 yr old cleaned their plates with the omelettes! Service was friendly and even though we came in pretty close to closing we were offered drink refills and never hurried. Booths were comfortable too! Will dine again next time we are in town. There were a lot of things on the menu that sounded really good! read more

Service is over the top great. Food is high quality and price is very good. The only complaint is the food temp. They obviously made it fresh, but both our meals were cold. It's like the meals were put on ice cold plates. I hope they correct that, because we enjoyed being there. read more

1st visit to the new location in Georgetown, Place looked busy from parking lot, But we was able get a table right away. We ate off the short seasonal menu. UPDATE: thankfully, service was back up to their normal standard last week when I visited! I have been to this First Watch many many many times since it opened. I've gone 3 times in the last couple weeks for the return of Hacienda Hash- once with my husband, twice with two friends. The service has declined. The waitresses and hostesses are in small groups talking amongst themselves. Orders have been delivered cold, drinks have not been refilled, silverware isn't provided, condiments aren't brought promptly... And I have been there at times when there are more waitresses than customers! I hope this changes soon! read more

When you were here you must try the million dollar bacon. It is absolutely to die for. Love the atmosphere here very inviting very comfortable. The staff is super friendly very nice and very accommodating. They have gluten-free options should you have these needs. All of our food came out piping hot and very fresh. In over 10 times of visiting this place, the eggs are almost never cooked properly. My husband and I request "over medium" every time and even when specifically asking the "egg white to be cooked, the yolk to be runny" they have not done it. As a breakfast restaurant if you can't cook an egg correctly there's a problem. Today my husband ordered eggs Benedict and the eggs were the consistency of hard boiled with the egg yolk cooked all the way through. The server was happy to have them remade, but after a 40 minute wait, the eggs then came out close to raw with a significant amount of runny egg whites. I write reviews VERY rarely but the rest of the food here is always good and we want to love this restaurant so I'm hoping this will be something they can easily fix and that the eggs will be as good as the rest of the food. read more

I was totally blown away with how good this place was. I will be honest when I saw health food on the menu I expected the real food to taste horrible like it usually is but, no the food was great. Me and my mom was there this morning having breakfast .when we walked in the front door there was a homeless lady .she asked is we could pay for her breakfast .so we said of course .she didn't want anything else from us .we sat at a table she sat at another table and we told our server that we would pay for her meal .also did the people beside us did as well .she wasn't bothering nobody .she ordered coffee and a meal .then the police came in and told her to leave .and she hadnt recived her food .first watch called the police to make her leave .I think it's wrong cause her food was being payed for wasn't like she was going to dine and dash . After they made her leave the manger had the nerve to walk over and asked if we are ok ? We answered yes we're fine she wasn't bothering nobody .we told our serve when we sat down that we was paying for her food .then the female manger says she's not aloud here .WHY BECAUSE SHES HOMELESS ? This place has a super nice atmosphere, the staff in my experience are really great; it's a very nice place to spend an hour and Georgetown needs more places like this. However, while the menu descriptions are wonderful, the food generally doesn't live up to the expectations. The main problem is the lack of meat; that sounds ridiculous, but that's just how it is. You order a hash that lists bacon as an ingredient and you get such a small portion mixed in with the potatoes that my cat could eat it all in one gulp. There's so little meat in the dishes that you wonder what the point is of adding it at all -- it's like all the unsatisfactory parts of a vegetarian dish, but there's just enough meat to let you know you killed an animal for it. It's a national chain. My sense is that they've done the obvious math and figured out diced potatoes are cheaper than bacon or sausage, and the recipe is based on that -- on profit margins. The juice bar items are great and are probably good for you. Everything is quite expensive. You will leave feeling good about yourself and mostly disappointed in the meal you just ate. read more

I love this place. It's always a treat when I find a First Watch in my travels, and I visited this one twice during construction hoping it had opened already as it's right on the I-75. A coffee thermos and a carafe of water are left on your table if you order either, which I much prefer to constant attention for refills while I'm eating. They have healthy options, and even their regular options are healthier than you're used to. I usually get the smashed avocado toast, but the BLT Eggs Benedict has avocado too, so I thought I'd try it. Now I'm addicted to their lighter, lemony Hollandaise sauce and checking for other locations further north for lunch. I've never had their pancakes, but a plate just went by me, and they are - as the menu warns - huge. BTW, their Million Dollar Bacon is not necessarily healthy, but I can only eat a half piece at a time, so that's healthier? I got an order to go, to sustain me on my drive. Service is friendly and quick - I could have been in and out in less than 30 minutes if I were in a hurry. I much prefer a sit-down driving break with real food to all the drive-thrus that line this street. Nice, clean atmosphere, not hilarious but with a sense of humour.
