Every time we've been here it has been a great experience. The service is always warm and friendly, in addition to being attentive. The restaurant is always clean and bright, with lots of natural light thanks to the big windows. The food is always really good, and they have a pretty extensive menu available. They also do a good job making gluten-free options available, including modifying existing menu items. We always have a great breakfast (or brunch) anytime we stop in at First Watch.

I absolutely love this First Watch! I've been three times now and have had an amazing experience each time. The servers have always been very friendly and kind. The food has consistently been delicious, fresh, and has come out with not too much of a wait - even on busy days. There is plenty of parking outside, so that has never been an issue. I've always sat inside the dining room, but there is also an outdoor patio option! I would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a cozy spot for an amazing meal and look forward to returning soon! Thanks, First Watch!

We went here for breakfast on a recent visit to Nashville. We were on a weekday morning, it wasn't too busy. They do have a wait list feature you can use before you leave home which must be nice nice for busy days. This is a big inviting restaurant with an extensive menu. There are lots of breakfast standards and some special things as well. It is a bit pricey. My husband and I both had the elevated breakfast sandwich which was really good. Fresh bread, lots of bacon and nicely cooked eggs. The potatoes were ok, not spectacular. Friendly service too and good coffee.

Stopped by for breakfast on a cold weekday morning. Had a warm breakfast with hot chocolate here. It was served quickly and the service was great!

Haven't been to a FW in sometime. I go to quite a few local breakfast places and based on my experience I would give this place a 2.5 Stars if I could (vs a 2 Star). The staff that greets you is nice and welcoming. We did go on a busy morning and it was packed. The place itself is large and lots of seating. We had breakfast for 2 adults & 1 child and it was close to $60 with tip (no cocktails) - to be honest expected a bit more in quality for what we paid for. Our waitstaff was nice, but not super attentive, then again she had a several tables and it was busy, so completely get it. The water glasses were dirty, so we cleaned them up. Coffee was okay. Ordered the Lemon Ricotta pancakes and I've had them at other places before and these were just meh, and the lemon curd itself was basic. The one thing that got me was that they ask if you want table syrup or maple syrup, so of course you say maple. So you get this small bottle and an additional charge of $1.59 for it to your meal. I think if you're selling pancakes or waffles on the menu, honestly that should be included. The Millionaire Bacon is bacon with maple syrup and seasoning, wasn't wowed by it. We had ordered a single plain biscuit which was close to $3 and it was meh. The other breakfast was standard eggs, sausage and potato, and everything was overly salted, way too much butter on the toast and some of the potatoes were not cooked all the way. Our little had a pancake and sausage, and pancake was standard. Also, when you walk towards the restroom you got a weird whiff of sewer smell that was unpleasant, right before the kitchen. Walked into the restroom, it stunk (not really ventilated) and was not really cleaned, so walked right back out. You pay at the counter and staff at the counter was pleasant. Overall experience was Meh. Saw

This was our first time at First Watch - and it won't be our last! I usually start reviews with the food but today I have to tell you about our service! Brittney was OUTSTANDING! It was the most pleasant, friendly, efficient service I have received, in years! The host was also very welcoming and kind on the way out! Good service is often harder to find than good food, but the team at FW was great! I also would like to add they looked very presentable and sharp - everyone in uniform and hair back - seems odd to say but it was noticeable! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was very clean and cute![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Oh the food, delicious! Pancakes HUGE! I had the yogurt bowl, it was perfect and I wasn't feeling the muffin but she prepackaged it up for us to take with us (and by the way she brought it right away packaged so she didn't forget). I think one of the most noticeable things was that the employees all seemed happy to be working there! Well done First Watch!

Ahhh, now, THAT'S breakfast. Fantastic food. Great service. We literally cleaned our plates. What can I say? Cooked to order and excellently flavored, this was great.

This is always an old standby for us when it comes to breakfast. I love the TriAthlete doused in hot sauce! I also love the pancakes. The staff is always on top of things and so nice. Sometimes there can be a wait, but nothing too crazy at this location. My only complaint is the horrible tea option - they have so many cool beverage choices, I wish they would carry some legit tea bags as it's important for my breakfast as a non coffee drinker.

The warm, inviting vibe immediately drew me in. Since I was dining solo, I was able to grab a seat at the bar, which the hostess kindly pointed out was available. Considering the restaurant was packed and there was a long wait for tables, I was more than happy to skip the wait and settle right in. Behind the bar, the team was hustling, expertly balancing both coffee and cocktail orders while keeping things moving efficiently. I was greeted right away, handed a menu, and after a few minutes decided on an iced lavender latte and the lemon poppyseed waffle. My server offered a few side options, but I had a feeling the waffle would be more than enough. The lavender latte was fantastic, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of lavender syrup. It was flavorful without being overpowering and made for a refreshing start to the meal. Then came the waffle. The presentation alone was impressive; it looked more like a piece of art than a breakfast dish. Naturally, my phone had to eat first. But once I finally took that first bite, I understood what all the hype was about. The lemon flavor was subtle, bright, and refreshing, while the poppy seeds baked into the waffle added both texture and depth. Honestly, it was one of the best waffles I've ever had. Every bite was delicious, and it's a dish I'll be thinking about long after this visit. If you're looking for a standout breakfast in a lively atmosphere, Two Hands is absolutely worth the stop.

I walked in, glanced at the menu for approximately 2.7 seconds, and knew exactly what destiny had in store for me: the Salted Queen Caramel Latte. (Yes ma'am. Royalty in a cup.) I placed my order with a young lady who was polite, friendly, and engaging, the kind of person who makes you feel like you've been coming there for years, even if you just figured out where to stand. Five-star customer service before the caffeine even hit. Seating options? Oh, they've got you covered. You can sit outside upstairs and pretend you're in a Hallmark movie, or stay inside where it's cool and comfortable. We chose inside. The high-top table had USB ports and electrical plugs, which is a classy move. Nothing says "we care" like letting people charge their phone while they charge their soul. And yes, there's WiFi if you feel the need to actually work instead of just looking productive. Then I heard it, my name called out like I'd just won a prize. I stepped forward... and met my Salted Queen Caramel Latte. Wow. It was better than expected. Smooth. Rich. Perfectly balanced. I took one sip and this Old GOAT almost fainted. Which is ironic... because that's exactly where we were. If you live in Franklin and haven't tried The Fainting Goat Coffee, you're missing out. Go meet the Queen. Normally that's enough to make me reconsider brunch, but after eating here, I'd happily do it again. We were seated outside on an incredibly hot day, and our server--lovingly known as "Slacker"--absolutely earned a shoutout. He somehow managed to keep our table of indecisive food-sharers organized, never let our water glasses get empty, and made the whole experience feel relaxed instead of rushed. The only disappointment? They had already run out of gravy, which meant no biscuits and gravy for us. (My heart still hasn't fully recovered.) Instead, we leaned into sharing everything else. The fried green tomatoes absolutely lived up to the hype, the OG Bennie was fantastic, the avocado toast was fresh and flavorful, and because apparently self-control wasn't invited to brunch, we finished with the white chocolate bread pudding pancakes for "dessert."
