I placed a carry out order at First Watch. I was given the standard 20 minute wait time. I asked four times within a period of an hour about my order and was assured it would be out soon. Finally, I was told that my order was picked up by someone else, and I would have to wait another 45 minutes for my order. I was also given $30 in bonus bucks to cover the order for three people. UNACCEPTABLE! My order should have taken priority. Management is incompetent and needs a refresher course in customer service and logic. Logically my order should have taken priority. I am hoping that another breakfast place will open in the area. I will not be using the very generous $30 in bonus bucks because I won't be going back. read more

Always love First watch! This is the smallest one I've been to so be prepared to wait or at least put yourself on the waitlist. Food is great and the service is perfect. Their fresh squeezed juices are amazing! Also love how many gluten free options they have. The ham and Gruyère omelette was literally amazing! So cheesy and delicious. First time at First Watch. New location for brunch after church was told there was a 45 minute wait unless we sat at the community table. We took the community table, sat with eight other guests at a tall table,and tall chairs, but we were served immediately, and the food wasn't far behind. Service was amazing. I asked her for more napkins & she rudely threw them down & walked away. When she dropped off my wrap she didn't say a word just put it in the middle of the table & walked away. First time here decided to swing in after work and give it a tray. Is laid back and welcoming. Staff is friendly and the dining area is spacious as well as they have a few tables outside on the patio you can eat at if you like to eat outside. The food was fresh and simple with good flavors. That Million Dollar Breakfast Sandwich? This may well be the absolute BEST breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten. I judge all my breakfast sandwiches on the sausage egg and cheese from T&M deli, and this one far surpasses that. The wait staff was above par. The coffee was excellent. The other meal ordered, was the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. Of the two meals, the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes were the best. The lemon glaze on the Pancakes made the meal perfection. The only positive thing about this place was the waitress. She was very friendly. That's why 2 star and not one. This was an very bad first experience. I won't go back. The tangerine dream drink was really good. I never tasted the food. I asked for my skillet to have scrambled eggs (since you know they are always cooked right) and no cheese. I got it with sunny side up eggs and cheese. The food was slow to come out also. I asked for the manager to come out and speak to me. His response I was told was that he was busy and would come out if there was time. Very poor attitude. They remade it, however the scrambled eggs were watery in many spots. I tried to remove those spots than decided that was too much work for the money I was spending. The manager never came out. Clearly he didn't care. Recently visited First Watch for the first time in a few years. I ordered avocado toast with two eggs and a vanilla iced coffee. It wasn't my favorite but it wasn't too bad. They weren't very busy so I couldn't understand why our server wasn't very attentive to us. She was very nice and pleasant when she was around maybe she was new. I would be willing to give it another try. I know we are in a pandemic and these restaurants are under a lot of stress and have to work under different t conditions so I try to give them the benefit of the doubt so that's why I am giving them a four. read more

I didn't realize that first watch was a chain... I had been to one previously in Tampa. This spot was pretty packed and we waited about 40 min for a table. We were looking for a spot for a late breakfast and saw that there was a first watch a couple miles away so headed over. I started with the kale tonic juice and had the avocado toast with 2 over medium eggs. The juice was super refreshing and the avocado toast loaded with avocado atop a nice hearty multigrain bread. It was super tasty... The finishing salt on top was a nice touch and was put on with a light hand. My eggs were done perfectly with the whites cooked through and the yokes runny. Stopped in for some Brunch during the holiday break and was relatively happy with the experience. I was able to put my spot in line online and have a table ready when I got there. There were 4 of us there total. They brought coffee mugs and waters for all of us. I ordered an iced coffee but couldn't even drink it because it was so sweet and sugary. Ended up just drinking the coffee on the table. The food portions were nice and filling. A little on the expensive side but the quality is worth it. The waitress did seem semi pushy trying to get us to leave so we left sooner than we would have liked, didn't even get a box for the leftovers. Between that and the undrinkabke iced coffee it was good. Would definitely stop again. read more

Excellent place for brunch! Ate Bacado omelet today and it was delicious. Good ratio of eggs to filling. Potatoes were good but a little spicy which I wasn't expecting. Everything was freshly prepared and hot. Staff was wonderful! I recommend this omelet but next time will get fruit or salad greens instead of potatoes. I would recommend this if you want something that is not that pricey but rather delicious. The waitress was quite sweet, as she was very patient and polite with me. The atmosphere in this location is pretty bland to the other one we were in. We ordered the Pork Belly & Grits, smoked salmon frittata, biscuit & Gravy and the super food kale salad. All the food was great from the flavors to the texture and seasonings very delightful. The dishes presentation was nice and the food did arrive quickly, but the server for some reason could not remember to refill our drinks but was quick to give us the bill to pay and leave.
