The food was OK not bad however, my roast beef was a little rubbery meaning it wasn't sliced then enough and it kind of taste like the plastic but overall everything was not bad. The service was excellent. We were served right away. The food came out right away, the place was not so clean. The table was dirty. The seats were dirty Not that it was filthy, but I had to wipe away debris. However, the bathrooms were filthy. That's important specifically the ladies room my mother said the bathrooms were filthy and she's not want to complain too much. I'm the complainer, but it made her uncomfortable. I know you guys could do better. The manager looks lazy to be honest she was walking around seemingly taking notes of dirty areas instead of cleaning the dirty areas me as a manager I would've started cleaning immediately and then took notes so manage make it do better. She seemed a little stressed out as well. You gotta have thick skin in this game, but I know we have bad days will be back. read more

I haven't been a big fan of chain restaurants, but First Watch is a big exception. We visited this one for brunch while passing through Bonita Springs. The service was friendly and efficient. Just as great was the food and portions. Their menu features breakfast and lunch items as well as various beverages and cocktails, which are on my to try list. In addition to the regular menu, they also have a seasonal menu offering more variety. I opted for a half sandwich and cup of their tomato bisque which was creamy and delicious. As First Watch continues to grow, I look forward to when there is one close to me. read more

I've been coming down to Bonita Springs every winter for over 15 years and wished that I would have discovered First Watch sooner. It is by far, our favorite breakfast/brunch spot whenever we are in town and typically go there 3-4 times a week. We like to try the specials and every meal has been fantastic. The waffles are light and airy and the new CME sandwich is simply delicious, but I prefer to substitute the salad for their delicious home fried potatoes. The morning meditation and a cup of coffee is the perfect way to start things off before the main course. The service is very friendly and attentive and the menu is deliciously curated with pancakes and quesadillas for breakfast and green tonics with the freshest ingredients. They have a seasonal menu which is my fave and an ongoing daily menu too which includes classics like French toast, pancakes and omelettes. They also have brunch cocktails like Bloody Mary and mimosas. I started with a kale tonic fresh juice and then dined on a carnita breakfast quesadilla which was a seasonal menu option which was tasty and excellent. We shared an order of million dollar bacon to start, always a great treat. I had the crab avocado toast from the spring menu, which was loaded with fresh crab and avocado, and topped with tangy pickled onions. My Mother had the Bacado omelette, which was fresh, and tasty. My partner opted for the works omelette, which was loaded with fresh ingredients, and served with perfectly seasoned crispy potatoes. Always a big pot of coffee on the table too! I dropped into this First Watch location to grab a bite to eat after working all night. The restaurant was very clean and the hostess was super nice. My server, Jill, was fantastic. She was very helpful and extremely attentive, even though she was very busy running around getting the restaurant set up for the morning rush. I ordered the breakfast burrito, which came out in a timely manner, and was absolutely delicious. And I could only eat half of it. Well I got the protein bowl ( quinoa with the eggs)... completely disappointed. I needed a microscope to find the kale. I actually thought it was just some random pieces of parsley. Maybe two mushrooms...maybe two sun dried tomatoes, maybe three little nuggets of sausage???and the eggs were way overcooked. So all I basically had was a bowl of dry quinoa. My hubby and I got to our church for effluent church in Estero and were told time change to later. We then asked if there was a good place to have breakfast. One of our greeters said you must go to First Watch. So glad we did. It was the first day that they had opened up since Hurricane Ian had struck the area. It was packed but the servers were spot on. Our server Leticia was awesome. She was attentive and friendly. I ordered their Traditional. 2 cage free scrambled eggs, Belgian waffle and bacon. It was incredible. My wife and friends have alway spoke highly of FirstWatch. I found the service excellent and the food presentation good, but for me the French Toast lacked flavor. My wife's breakfast potatoes were hard and not cooked sufficiently. The waiter was very upfront that it would take 5 minutes to get another batch,'at which point the rest of her food would be cold. While I appreciated his honestly it's strange they wouldn't expedite a resolution. He offer other optima but my wife did not want any of those. He reduced the bill $2.00 without our asking which was a nice gesture. While this specific visit wasn't great and I wish they had more brunch/lunch options for non breakfast eaters, this place had a great reputation and I expect my wife will be back (I just won't join her). read more

First watch is very consistent having dined here over several years. Great for both breakfast and lunches. Their version of avo toast is elevated by lemon zest and flaky seat salt. Poached eggs are cooked perfectly. I can probably eat this 2 lbs of this bacon like popcorn at the movies - so addicting! The salmon frittata was lacking salmon - have to treasure hunt for it but still tasty. Reasonable prices and great service. read more

We stopped here for breakfast this morning because we had a BOGO coupon and we have not been at this location before. This location is easy to find and is very clean inside. We were seated quickly and the server was very nice and took great care of us. Our food came out very quickly, so they must have most of the common food items made a head of time in batches. The coffee was pretty bad.... like the coffee you can make in cheap motels coffee bad and they charge way to much for coffee. We will stay away from their coffee. I ordered biscuits and gravy. Now I am a country boy from the Great State of Kansas and have lived in the South most of my life, so I know biscuits and gravy. This was not normal gravy.... It is turkey gravy which changes the taste. I could only eat about 1/3 of the order. The scrambled eggs and potatoes that came with the meal were OK. My friend ordered the Cornbread carnitas bowl and it was pretty tasty. We both enjoyed it. The cornbread had a nice and sweet flavor and good density. It was just a very nice breakfast bowl. I do love my own homemade omelettes .. but this one was a close as to what I typically make .. I was truly impressed my waitress listened what I wanted vs "taking" the order . I learned to order my omelet soft which made a huge difference. She was able to sub a few of the items I could not eat without making me feel like a nut case. I am a fan of this young lady called Jessica with excellent listening skills and service I don't think my brand of tea will ever be served in any local restaurants so I am happy with just having a cuppa ! Could've been an off day, but I am a little disappointed in my first visit. I ordered the tri fecta (2 eggs, Belgian waffle, and bacon). It was around $12. I was expecting a big platter of food... I got 2 small and fatty slices of bacon, a decent sized waffle, and 2 eggs. Meanwhile my cousin got a Belgian waffle (she was expecting it with the fruit on top, but it was plain) and they charged her around $10 for a plain waffle. We came here on a holiday Monday thinking that it wouldn't be busy but it was just that. Fortunately we waited not even 5 minutes and were seated in a booth. The restaurant was very clean and trendy and service was quick. I ordered the salmon Benedict and my husband ordered the steak hash special. Portions weren't too big but I think it's because First Watch is about healthy eating and the quality of food should speak for itself. The food itself was good and tasted very clean. Covid or not every restaurant should have this option to view a menu on your phone. It prevents ALL germs from spreading. Absolutely genius idea! First time here and if I could eat breakfast here everyday I would. I got the avocado toast with the kale tonic and it was DEEEELICIOUS! This was our first visit to any First Watch- just always seem to end up elsewhere! But decided to give it a try this morning. The first impression was of the person who showed us to our table, and ended up being our server - not once thee entire time did she ever smile or show one little bit of pizzazz- maybe she was having a bad morning? The second impression was the menu which was very difficult to read. The entire thing, front and back was beige with small brown writing- it all ran together and was a tad overwhelming. The food itself, while a little pricey, was OK and the coffee was good. There just wasn't anything that really grabbed our attention that we could only get there.
