Great Restaurant - A little over priced but still good, Community table is great if you don't want to wait for a table - but good!

The food is great but the kitchen is EXTREMELY slow. We've eaten here 3 times in the past year since they opened and each time it took over 45-60 minutes to get our food. Even the waitresses complained about it to us and how the kitchen can't get it figured out and it makes their job hard. I'm done giving them chances to get better/faster and won't be back. read more

The food is always good. I like that there is gluten-free option at no extra charge. Our server was good but an off-duty server (Rochelle) also noticed that I needed syrup and went and got it for me before she even was on the clock. They seem to staff the restaurant with sufficient staff to handle Sunday rush and everyone works together to make things happen. read more

I love the First Watch over in Winter Garden and couldn't wait for the one in Clermont to open! I waited a week before heading over. I should have waited longer. The waitress was adorable - no problem at all with the service. I ordered my favorite - eggs benedict and decided to try the pancake, too. I waited. And waited. And waited. Finally, my food arrived. The pancake was so cold the butter wouldn't melt on top. The eggs benedict is supposed to be runny inside, but it was more like a hard-boiled egg. I'm thinking the plate sat under the lights waiting for someone to bring them to my table. My waitress was running around like crazy and I couldn't wait any longer, so I went ahead, ate, and proceeded to pay. The young woman at the register asked how everything was, so I told her truthfully. She nodded, said she was hearing that comment a lot, but did not offer to give me a discount or anything. Which is OK - I chose not to complain to my waitress. But, I will give them a while longer to work out the kinks before I go back. Keke's is just right down the road! read more

We went on the weekend and that was a mistake. Waited for almost an hour to get seated only because my wife wanted to eat there, otherwise we would have been long gone after a 15 min wait. The food was good, not great, service was ok. A server dropped my wife's food on the way to the table so they brought mine by itself (a big no no in that business) instead of apologizing and re-firing the whole order but the Mgr discounted our check amount so that helped a little bit. It sounded like a concert hall in there with a little baby screaming a solo performance it was so loud. If we hadn't been up in the front corner I know the noise would have been way worse. Overall, I don't see what all the hoopla is about. It's just another breakfast place. Not terrible but definitely not the greatest. I hope that as time goes by and the newness wears off we can give them another try when it's not a zoo in there. Maybe by then the staff will have a handle on the place and it will be better. read more

I went here with my family for my last brunch before heading home to NJ. I am super understanding of the chaos that is the brunch crowd but the service I had this morning was awful. We come to the table to find glasses and mugs that had been on a dirty table, although they were supposedly clean, and were told this is a company practice in cleaning tables which is gross. Then after complaining nicely, to be told we were wrong before swapping out the glasses with new ones, is simply rude. Additionally, it took 45 minutes to get our food after we ordered and only one of the meals was actually hot when it came out. After all of that, we asked for syrup for pancakes and were brought the fancy maple syrup (which was not what we requested - we just wanted the regular kind) and then were additionally charged for it. Then after nicely complaining to the manager about our poor experience, she was not really sympathetic and defended the poor choices of her servers but still wanted our future business. This was handled poorly and we will not be returning to this establishment. read more

We came in and the wait was 45 minutes but no wait outside so of course we sat outside and we got menus & etc. and the lady forgot one so she went back inside and remember this is when we first sat down so the lady went and we waited over 30 minutes and she still didn't come back people then came and sat behind us then had to get their own menus and then the lady went to them instead of us WHEN THEY JUST GOT THERE never again. read more

Coffee is terrible. Please change brand. Nothing worse than having breakfast with a bitter tasting coffee. Everything else is great.

loveeeee this place! i always get the waffles and a bowl of fruit while my mom gets some organic crap. it's always fresh and nice and tasty. nine times out of ten they have pretty quick service. only once were we waiting for a bit more than desire but overall a great restaurant! i recommend downloading the app and getting in line that way :) read more

I love First Watch. However, this is my 3rd time visiting this location with disappointing results. I went for breakfast around 8:45am on a Wednesday. They were not very busy. It took over 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us at the hostess stand. It was so awkward I almost turned around and walked out. I went with one other person, we both ordered breakfast. I ordered the eggs Florentine. It was cold when it came out. I'm not usually very picky about temperature but it was not even slightly warm. I sent it back, the person I was with was almost done with her food when they brought it a second time. It was slightly warmer. We didn't see our waitress again even though we sat there for quite some time. I had wanted an ice tea to go but gave up after waiting over 10 minutes. Not sure I'll be back to this location. read more

Went yesterday and the wait wasn't too long, however, once we sat down we had to wait over 25 minutes to get our food. Also, there was such a long wait to get a table, but there were so many tables just sitting there waiting to be cleaned which would really would have helped. This location doesn't even come close to the location in Winter Garden which is awesome! Will not be visiting this one anytime soon. Does not live up to its reputation. read more

I understand they recently opened the place and there are kinks to work out but waiting 45 minutes to be served after ordering is insane. In addition, my food arrived cold only to be told I'm sorry when asked if everything was alright. Offering to make things right would've been nice but it didn't even occur to the server. I'll stick with the Winter Garden location until they can figure things out here. read more

Disappointed with the meal, Belgian waffle was salty and there was hardly any fruit spread served on the side. What a rip-off for $7.99. My husband had a Wild Mushroom Frittata which cost $9.99, it was not worth the price as well but at least he had some fresh fruit as a side. The only thing that was somewhat decent, was from the "two for you" selection. Our son picked the soup of the day and ham & cheese sandwich it cost $7.79 not an awesome value but the best from all our picks. We were there on Labor Day, we expected to wait a while. It took an hour, which we did not mind before we had the meal. After we had our breakfast , we decided it was not worth the wait. One thing is certain, definitely didn't get any value for the overpriced meal. The above mentioned items and two coffees ($2.79 each) came to $33.35 with tax and not including the tip. The most overpriced breakfast meal my family had in a long time. read more
