Took my niece here for brunch. It was a pretty chill atmosphere. Very well lit from the sunlight. There's a separate area that can be used as a patio when weather permits. The food was pretty good. Nothing I'd jump up and down about. The chia seed yogurt was super thick, but it had a really nice taste. It also came with some almond butter toast. The frittata made me feel like I was searching for the salmon, tasted ok. Kind of dry. I took the Turkey sausage a gravy meal home for my fiancé, he finished every bite, but he's a man, so easy to please. I saw this place on TikTok. Cant say I'm disappointed, just not overly thrilled. We come here fairly regularly as a family when we get a chance to have a morning together. They are always incredibly welcoming and accommodating to us--even having a one and two year old in tow. Terri is AMAZING! She is super knowledgeable on the menu and does her job SO well. She remembered us and details about our lives even when we had only had her one time and it was two months between visits. She always goes above and beyond each time we've seen her and I definitely request her section now. Seriously, you won't find better service from another server anywhere. She's incredible. The food is always good. Fresh and well prepared each time. The one time we had a negative experience they went WAY above and beyond to make it right. We love coming here! read more

Meh, Service was excellent so I will say that was definitely the highlight. Our server checked on my table so many times and made sure that everything was refilled and really appreciated it. The food however was average. I ordered Lemon ricotta pancakes and they were underwhelming. They are basically too plain pancakes with a lemon custard and strawberries on top. The eggs Benedict wasn't very warm and the ham was kind of dry. However the chimichangas were amazing! Also the million dollar bacon is a hit! Overall I wish the food had more consistency but I would like to give it another shot as I've always heard great things and maybe adjust just had a OK experience that time. read more

I've only ever ordered pickup. Whenever I pick up my food, the restaurant is always packed. I've only ordered one thing, which is The Elevated Egg Sandwich minus the bacon because I'm pescetarian. First, they are great with customization requests based on your dietary needs. Second, even without the bacon, it's one of the best-tasting breakfast sandwiches I've ever had! There are other delicious-sounding items on the menu that I would love to try out-hopefully, in-person once it's safe to eat in-restaurant again. But I wouldn't mind ordering my usual over and over again. I'm rating a 4 out of 5 because I think their pickup system could use better organization. The cashiers in the front often don't remember where each pickup order is located. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I assume the confusion is due to the confusion of the pandemic. read more

I really enjoy First Watch. I've eaten at their location a few times, have purchased take out and had their food delivered via door dash. Their biscuits and gravy are fantastic! I also love the chickickichanga. It's got a little bit of spice/kick. The ham and gruyere melt and tomato soup is a great lunch option. Coffee is great and they have some cool juices and teas. Recently visited this restaurant an it was very unorganized and short staffed. They have the check in and cash out at the same counter with one person to help both which caused confusion. The kitchen can't keep up with orders. I join the wait list at 11:26AM drove all the way from Wyandotte Michigan an still don't have a table at 12:46 pm. I asked the lady where am I on the list she said "i'm next but their not sitting people at the moment because the kitchen is backed up." I also feel this restaurant shouldn't offer door dash/ Uber eats until it's able to keep up with what's going on inside. The restaurant needs help or it will fail. Thank you read more

I've wanted to try this place for a while and I was somewhat disappointed. The food wasn't warm enough when it was served for us. Eggs at close to room temperature aren't particularly appetizing. The coffee was awful, but the bread that came with our meal was really delicious. Plus I appreciate that they offered soy creamer. Overall, it just wasn't worth the price and there are better breakfast places in Plymouth and Canton. read more

Took my son this morning for breakfast. We typically have a great experience, but today I was a bit disappointed. My son had just finished his fruit when I noticed my fruit was covered in mold. I showed the waitress who apologized and asked if I wanted a new one. I politely declined and $5 was taken off the bill for the inconvenience. I have eaten at this restaurant all over the US and am so excited it is in so many places in Michigan after driving to Toledo for several years just to eat. So worth it. Food is fresh, tasty and service is always great. You might have to wait a bit to get in but I recommend getting in line on the app if you aren't going to be there right at first open. Don't forget to buy a loaf of their bread as it is phenomenal as a take home. Million dollar bacon is a must and you will not want to share that with anyone. read more

We visited First Watch in Canton today and had a great brunch experience. Our waitress, Taylor was very friendly and frequently checked in on us to make sure we had everything we need. My son ordered the Chocolate Chip pancakes. I had the plain pancakes with eggs (sunny side up) and a side of potatoes. My wife had a veggie omelet (not on the menu) customized with a side of potatoes and whole grain toast. The food was excellent! I highly recommend this place and will be coming back soon. Also had a Kale juice drink that the waitress said she liked. Ask for light ice or no ice next time...the drink was $4.50! Tasty but a bit pricey. The fresh o.j. Was good-small is actually plenty. She kept saying since I ordered off Door Dash I wouldn't be able to get the fruit. I told her I didn't order off Dd but off their actual site she wouldn't stop arguing with me. She then told me she could give me a $20 voucher but I said absolutely not the food was terrible and I'll never be back. First the good, our food was good and our waitress was extremely friendly. Now the bad...the atmosphere was so bad that I will probably never go back to this location again. It is so incredibly loud in there during peak hours that you can barely hear the party you're with. Also the sun was blazing in the windows and there were no shades - It was shining in everyone's eyes. There were people at multiple tables holding up menus to shield themselves from the sun. One of the staff members mentioned that she was sorry and had heard this complaint multiple times. Management needs to fix this issue, it's not hard and other locations have. Honestly speaking I actually like the place. I love the healthy options on the menu and fresh squeezed juices. My son and I stopped by to get some breakfast/ brunch the greeter offered us to sit at the bar. Where we were directed to sit was not cleaned yet from the previous guest. I had to slide the dirty plate to the side expecting the greeter to pick it up when I'm being directed to sit there. There were two other guest at the bar that server assisted them, brought out food, refilled drinks but never once were we acknowledged not even a nodded or smile(coming from the service industry I have a great deal of patience and we're in no rush to be served). After a while went by I insisted that we just leave is when someone came to us and asked if we have been helped. OMG - I'm only about 5 bites in. This place is fabulous! Got the half roast beef and Gruyere sandwich on freshly Parmesan crusted bread and half of the sweet honey pecan salad. Sooooooo delicious! Decor is fantastic. If you like coffee - it's pretty good. I like mine strong but this is still delicious. They give you a whole carafe. Kids got pumpkin pancakes - super tasty! Bacon is perfectly crisp. Husband got chimichanga - in his words "solid". That's high praise from him. To sum it up - check this place out. It's fantastic! Our server, Terri, was fantastic! This place has turned into one of our favorite local brunch spots on the weekends. With a young toddler, we're always up super early and usually make it around 9am when there isn't a wait. The service is always great, particularly on our last two visits. Due to a dairy sensitivity, we ordered the Market Hash without cheese but on both occasions they originally came with cheese anyway. Both times the waitresses were extremely apologetic and brought out a remade entree pretty quickly. The hashes are delicious, and their pancakes are the perfect texture. My favorite brunch spots around the area tend to be further away in Royal Oak, Birmingham or Ann Arbor, but First Watch is a great option that is close by for the weekends that we don't feel like making a 30 minute drive for breakfast. read more

45 minute wait on a Friday afternoon to be seated. I wouldn't think that was weird but half the establishment wasn't evening being used. They crammed every person dining in on the left side of the place and left the right side COMPLETELY open. Talk about COVID protocol. Took 15 minutes to get water once we were seated. Ordered the Pork Carnitas omelet Received an unknown omelet. I took one bite before I noticed; the waitress came back and she confirmed that it was the wrong omelet.
