Really nice interior, great menu and friendly, attentive service. The coffee is really great here. The specials on their menu are really great too. The only thing we found was the potatoes that came with the egg sandwich were severely over salted. That's a first for me since I like things well salted, this was just too much. Everything else was fine.

Service okay in terms of friendliness ...but the speed of delivery affected the heat of our orders. We came for early Tuesday morning breakfast (8a). The food was all delicious but what made the rating go from 5 to 3.5 was the temperature of our breakfast when served. It wasn't hot. We ordered the maple glazed bacon...not hot. I ordered the seasonal pumpkin pancake platter with sausage patty and scrambled eggs ( the taste of all components was really good). My husband's salmon eggs Benedict was also not hot and the potatoes were hit and miss. He didn't receive the fruit side as ordered either. So, this tells me that the chef was on point, but the delivery by the waitress was not. What a shame too..she was very nice.

My ex and I came here for breakfast on Sunday the 28th of September, we've been to First Watch before in Florida. The place has plenty of outdoor seating if you like that sort of thing and comfortable indoor seating. The staff, from the young gentleman host named David to our waitress were all excellent, attentive and friendly. My wife's breakfast, she enjoyed with a generous portion of bacon. I had a special where I had scrambled eggs, chicken sausage patties, excellent flavor almost like meatball mix, and a very large pumpkin pancake. I like that they heat up the syrup, and there was plenty of butter. I don't know what more you can ask for. The pumpkin pancake was actually the most flavorful pumpkin pancake I've ever had. I'll definitely be back to try other options as everything coming out of the kitchen looked great. The bathroom was very clean so other people complaining must've come at a bad time.

Restaurant was styled nicely & modern. Clean, friendly service at the host stand. Server never introduced herself by name- greeted us with a "hi do you want coffee?" Which I thought was a bit unwelcoming. She was friendly & attentive enough throughout the meal but I hate when servers don't introduce themselves. Food was okay, what you would expect from a chain. My son loved the plain pancakes (they taste like they're made with corn meal), the carrot cake pancakes had a ton of nuts in them - which he wasn't a fan of so we had to send those back unfortunately. But they tasted good! My Salmon Benedict was perfectly cooked - I upgraded to the "upgraded potatoes". They were good but too salty for me. Neither of us liked the watermelon wake up drink but it wasn't terrible. Just not our thing. You pay at the host stand, which we weren't told- just a heads up! I'm glad we tried it overall but I really have no desire to go back. One & done. It needs personality.

Had to try their summer specials. The Elote Breakfast Burrito has so much flavor packed into it. You can taste every ingredient in each bite and its wonderful. Very filling generous proportions as well. The Watermelon Wake-Up is perfectly sweet and tart. The staff, as always are very friendly and accommodating, providing a warm atmosphere.

the restaurant itself is very cute! our service was fast and the waitress was so sweet :) we started with the million dollar potatoes. THESE are a must have for the table. absolutely excellent! the three of us got the 2 for you which was a choice of a half sandwich, a soup, or a salad. we got the chicken avocado chop with the ham and gruyère, the monterey club and the superfood kale, and the superfood kale and the roast beef and havarti we also enjoyed a pressed juice and an iced coffee. make sure you tell them not too lite or sweet. it's very sweet, but i took it as a treat to myself for trying First Watch for the first time overall good experience. would love if the bread wasn't as soft and maybe was toasty like the ham and cheese was! will be going back

First of all this place does not deserve a review, it's owed a review. The service and waitresses were very nice and professional. Made sure our food was okay and had all of our needs. The food is amazing. My eggs were scrambled with cheddar to absolute perfection. The eggs weren't runny at all. My bacon was cooked enough that it wasn't fatty but also not burnt. The perfect amount of crisp. Just know everything was good and I will be going back again.

This was my view at brunch. I didn't mind it. The servers prepped the beverages back there.

No, but it really is a-okay and curbed the hunger we worked up riding roller coasters for hours. The food follows a southern theme, but that mostly consists of fried chicken with a few different side options. I went with a two piece fried chicken meal, which comes with fries and a biscuit. When I asked if I could substitute fries for mashed potatoes with gravy, I got an eye roll and a hard "no" as a reply. Rude! Really not sure why this was the case since the mashed potatoes are actually cheaper than fries on the sides menu. I was allowed to get a side salad instead of fries, which consisted of wilted lettuce, cheese and croutons, and I ordered a side of mashed potatoes separately. The chicken was surprisingly crispy and flavorful on the outside and juicy on the inside. The mashed potatoes were of the standard bland boxed variety, and the biscuit was very dry and tough. Also, there are several signs outside the restaurant promising "cold beers" inside, but the cashier confirmed that no alcohol is sold here at all. The wrap-around porch that offers outside seating is a nice touch and is a relaxing spot for a break from all the coaster fun. And if your luck is anything like mine, this is also a great place to wait out the rain for an hour.

I ordered the Mom Burger, which is a Swiss burger topped with mushrooms on a brioche bun. It also came with a good portion of fries and a side of pickles. The burger itself was pretty solid -- good flavor and a satisfying size. At $16, the portion felt fair considering the amount of fries you get with it. One thing I noticed was an additional charge for sauces. I asked about it, and they explained that all their sauces are made in-house, which is why they charge $1 per sauce. Honestly, that makes sense when they're homemade. Now the star of the show for me was actually the drink. After looking over the menu a bit more, I decided to try the LA Metro coffee drink with almond milk. I'm not a big coffee drinker, but for $5.99, I have to say it was really good. Definitely something I'd order again. I also want to mention the customer service. The girl working at the counter was extremely nice -- probably some of the best customer service I've had in a while. She didn't rush anything, answered my questions, and was very professional and friendly. I asked about the specials, the cakes they offer, and even whether they were doing a St. Patrick's Day platter, which they are. Overall, it was a really good experience. Good food, great drink, and excellent customer service. I'd definitely recommend stopping by Taylor Sam's if you're in the area.

Came back for my MIL's birthday on a busy Saturday night. We didn't do a table side celebration after hearing the happy birthday song 5 times in 10 minutes. We didn't make reservations so we waited over an hour for a table (our fault, obviously.) You're able to follow a list on your phone, and we watched the list get smaller but then our name disappeared and nobody came to get us or tell us our table was ready. We were just removed. My FIL went up front to ask what's going on and it was a scramble of "oh... our bad... I guess we'll seat you." So if you get on the wait list pay close attention. Service from there out was kind of awful. The heat was pumping it was uncomfortable. Got our first round of drinks fairly quick. Ordered wings as an appetizer but never received them. I asked for salsa verde 3 times before it was finally given to me - after I was almost done my food anyway, which btw was carne asada tacos that were dry and dusty. I needed the salsa just to add some flavor. We were left with empty drinks until halfway through our entrees when I finally was able to get our server's attention to ask again for my salsa verde and another round. Overall felt forgotten and dismissed by everybody EXCEPT the bartender that quickly gave me my first margarita while we waited for a table. That credit card fee is a nuisance and should have a cap on it. $12 processing fee my a$$ lol I hope this is my last review of this place.
