Went for breakfast on Saturday morning approx 10 am. Long wait time although there were 5 empty tables, Very slow coming to table for service after we were seated, we had to ask for coffee after 5 minutes of no service. The establishment is clean and new. It is very loud and difficult to have a conversation. Prices on the higher side but has a large menu with variety of different items. Worst First Watch location. I am sensitive to the current times we are in. We made our reservation online and showed up when we were supposed to. Upon arrival I was told it would be at least another 30 minutes. I was able to get seats at the community table. Stood there waiting for the table to be cleaned for 20 minutes. The waitress for the table took other plates but not for the mess that was left at the seats we were at. Same with the bus boy. We asked if the table could please be cleaned so we could sit. We were told they'd get it to when they got to it. The restaurateur was busy, yes, but even so tables were being cleaned and rotated rather quickly...we'll open tables were there. Worst staff, rude and didn't seem to care about their jobs or customers. We had to walk out. read more

Visited this location at 9am this morning. They weren't busy and waited maybe 5-10 mins for a table to be clean. Server brought our water and coffee, forgot the straws. no biggie, flagged her down for creamers and straws fro the water. She came back 25mins later when our food was gone and "forgot" we asked for creamer. Ordered the rib omelette and 3 bites of "tender rib meat" was pure gristle. Gagged on the rubbery fat, deconstructed the omelette to find no more meat period. 3 bites totally with 2 being inedible. It was disgusting. The salad was wilted and soggy. The bread had no butter on it and was barely toasted. The only thing decent was my side of biscuits and gravy. Wont be back to this location. Very sad as it's a great restaurant normally! read more

First time at First Watch. The orange juice was fresh and the coffee was perfect. I had the cinnamon chip pancake with scrambled eggs and bacon. The pancake was large and tasty, a little on the sweet side. It didn't help that I put maple syrup on top. (It didn't stop me from eating it though!) The eggs Florentine was good. It was served with uncooked spinach, which was not expected. The place had nice decor, and the waitstaff were friendly and helpful. A nice place; we will visit again. read more

I called on Sunday (5/31/20) to place an order to-go. They told me that I needed to order from their website. I did (order #631387118). The order was ready for pick-up at 11:20 am. When I got home, I found my order incomplete: the avocado toast had no eggs. It's a bummer to pay $10.89 just for some toast with avocado on top, but mostly I was annoyed because this was the second time I ordered to-go, and something was missing. The difference is that last time I drove back and picked up the rest of the order, but this time (in the middle of a pandemic) I was not going to drive all the way back for a couple of eggs, risking to expose my 7-month-old baby to a crowded situation. So I called to inform them that my order was incomplete and requested either a refund of my Avocado Toast or a credit of some form (the rest of the order was fine and delicious, so I have no complaints there). They took my information saying that the Manager was going to call me back. Needless to say that it's been 4 days and I haven't heard back. My experience with their pick-up orders has been quite frustrating so far. I don't think I will order again (unless I'm willing to find myself with something always missing and paying full price). read more

Yummy breakfast! Pretty cool build out also for being in a shopping center. We tried the avocado toast, the French toast, the chocolate chip pancake, the bacon and eggs, and the granola yogart. All were delicious! The only disapointment was we order to go and they only have a small condiment container of the granola (which was absolutely delicious) but it wasnt enough for all of the yogurt. Hopefully if we had eaten it there they would habe given an actual serving. Would have given 5 stars if not for that. read more

I live nearby so I walk my dogs up there and eat breakfast every now and then. The staff are always super friendly, and they always come outside with a dog bowl of water for my dogs. The eggs were on tomato slices with raw baby spinach. This is not Florentine. It was ok, but disappointing. My favorite breakfast spot hands down! Are usually go to the community table, Service is always good, food is prepared perfectly and I enjoy speaking with the other guests. Each time I go, I try something different as I like the unique items on the menu. The Decor is kind of industrial, rustic however it's very cozy. Always a full pot of coffee when you order, so refills are handy. If it's on the menu, try the matcha pancakes with the yogurt drizzle and fruit. The chorizo omelet is so good! First visit at this location, and I was disappointed. The scrambled eggs was barely one full egg and were not completely cooked. The potatoes were plenty but they had a lot of onions in them. I asked, and was told I could not order them without the onions. The Artisanal toast was very good with the exception of the wad of unmelted butter splattered on top which I scraped off. They gave you a little cup of strawberry jelly which was tasty. The bacon was four slices and was very dry and crumbly in the middle but very moist and tender on the ends. Hubby had the works omelette and in the description of the omelette it did not list that there were onions in it but he said it was very good just a lot of onions. To earn a one star review it takes a lot. I am not a " High expectation" guy, but there are some minimum what all businesses has to offer tot their customers. I am a big Firs Watch fan! Usually, the First Watch is my first choice for breakfast or lunch: Today was my first day here at this location. We been waited the food for 1.5hours. Obviously, one of the dish was cold, the other was microwaved two times. Ones we got our meal, it was so bad, we barley eat. We haven't get our drinks refiled, and our waitress never checked on us and asked is everything ok.... we are middle of the season and we locals know, what are we dealing with if we go into a restaurant. But, the minimum what the businesses/employees can do for you is apologize for the waiting time, and trying to make up the time what you spend with waiting. This place has a lack of professionalism, or and management. Our server must have been new in this field, and we didn't wanted to give her hard time to complain over she was busy. But well known and well established place like First Watch, has to be more careful about give the customers the highest value. read more

I am a frequent First Watch customer and was very disappointed by the service here. I am not usually one to complain and am very understanding when restaurants are busy and understaffed but the service here was so bad it was insulting. Forgetting a straw, creamer, and side English muffin and potatoes, ok you were busy, I get it. But when my order for soft poached eggs Benedict came back rock hard, I had to ask for them to be remade. After waiting for 15 minutes, at least, and having my table mates finished with their breakfast, the manager brought over a bowl of just poached eggs. Not a remade dish, only the eggs. I couldn't believe the lack of quality and service and the audacity. When asked if I had wanted the now cold dish completely remade, I said absolutely. Then on second thought, I said to forget it completely and to take it off the check. We were going out to breakfast for a birthday celebration and it was such a shame to have it tainted with bad service from a normally good chain. Never going here ever again. read more
