Never heard of this place but a few of my friends recommended it. The menu is pretty cool. They have a variety of things to choose from. Since I am not a big breakfast fan I decided to have Heard of Buffalo Chicken Wrap Grilled chicken breast tossed in a spicy Buffalo sauce, with lettuce, tomato, bleu cheese crumbles and Ranch dressing in a wheat tortilla. It was very spicy but delicious. They add a little side of fruit salad. Service was very quick and the place always seems busy. The location is at a plaza. It's a bit small but nice. First Watch is a clean place for a good breakfast to start your day. While it's not amazing, they do serve up good quality plates at prices that you'd expect. The waffles were light a fluffy. Eggs were well cooked and bacon was ... bacon. Every plate seemed like it was missing something though. For instance, the waffle "Trifecta" came with bacon and eggs, but somehow the plate felt lacking. Maybe throwing some potatoes or something on there would have completed the experience. I don't know. Girlfriend got the "Key West Crepeggs" which she was not impressed with. I thought it tasted fresh and flavorful but under the covers was some very brown looking avocado. Maybe it's best not to know. :-) Personal grievance: There are sections of the menu with no prices. I find it distasteful because in some places a small orange juice to large orange juice can be a difference of $6. (Hey -- we're proud of our citrus... Am I right?) For what it's worth, the juice was very good. I personally like the fact that they leave a jug of water and coffee on the table but their service and presentation did lack a little bit and made the experience feel even more casual and more like a chain restaurant than I'm sure they want. Service was quick and the server was pleasant. Lots of healthful choices if you want those, but it was too early for kale for me! Great brunch spot. We were seated inside quickly. The outdoor seating looks nice, but unfortunately it was raining. First watch does a great job! A very well lit, happy and fun place with great service and great food. I used to have the Joaquin Yahoo which has been discontinued but they will make it for you. Sadly the newer cooks wing it so its not as good as it was before. Now my favorite is the Market Hash which is great ! I always love the food here! The avocado toast with eggs is on point! I visited this location on a Tuesday morning recently around 8am and it was not busy. I was greeted right away by a friendly hostess who sat me. The server came up right away and asked if I wanted coffee with a pot in her hand. I didn't really but I felt obligated as she was there with a pitcher. I personally think their coffee is awful. And I didn't realize I was being charged for it as I didn't even have much, a sip maybe for $2.39 and there was a hair in the mug.....ew I got the avocado toast and it came out super quick. And was tasty! I also ordered some chai drink that came out after my meal but it rocked! All condiments you need are on the table. Server brought the tab halfway through the meal which was a little off putting. I never got the servers name. She was friendly but not overly friendly. The staff at the front were much friendlier. Overall great place. Parking can be a challenge here so come at the right time before 2pm. Food is fantastic l! read more

I love that I can get breakfast, lunch, and healthy options too. At first watch you can get pancakes and a quinoa power bowl so you don't feel as guilty lol. Service has always been excellent as well. I've been here probably 200 times and each time has been great! I always get the kale tonic fresh juice and either the veggie burger or "Bacado" also they're potatoes are to die for!! I always get a extra side! They also have a community table which is a cute idea. If you are a single person eating or just don't want to wait, you can sit at this table with other people. Sometimes I dine by myself after the gym and sit there I do have some recommendations in case anyone in corporate reads this because I know it's a chain: Get almond milk, or soy milk. They only have dairy milk for coffee so it's kind of inconvenient if your vegan or just lactose intolerant. Coffee is a must and yours is really good! That's my only recommendation :) read more

Every location I've been to is consistently well run and has very good food with tons of healthy options. This was no different. I had the smoked salmon Benedict which came on top of toast and served with greens. I ordered a side of turkey sausage and they gave me five links when most places usually only give you two. A good, healthy light breakfast to start my day is just what I needed. I got there about 30 mins before the other person I was waiting for and was able to see just how busy it got at around 9am. Went for breakfast on a Sunday and they were packed. About a 20 minute wait for a group of 5. Complimentary coffee and water available for when you wait. Inside is small and you have to take your receipt and pay up at the counter which is ridiculous for a restaurant style place. The food was ok, we all ordered eggs but unfortunately they packed on more of the side dishes than the eggs. My breakfast looked more like an order of nachos as the cheese had stuck like glue and was not edible in some places. However our server was friendly and food came out quick.
