Decided to try this place for lunch. My dad ordered a sandwich and said it was good. I ordered a chicken avocado chop salad. They forgot to send the dressing and took a long time to bring it to me once addressed. They were sorry and took the salad off the bill. I think they are short staffed like most food places. Not sure why this site says that this location is temporarily closed. They are open. I had lunch here today. It was very busy. But was seated right away. It itls 60 degrees outdoors, but the air conditioning made it feel warmer outdoors than in the restaurant. Those who had jackets and sweaters, were wearing them. The acoustics are awful due to the tall ceilings. Add music to the noise of talking, and you have an relaxing meal. As far as the rest of the visit, the service was friendly. The food took about15 min to arrive. I don't eat meat or dairy, so there weren't many options for me. I went with the veggie burger with tomato basil soup. The soup may not have dairy-free, but I needed something warm to prevent hypothermia from setting in. Both were delicious. I had the orange juice that was mixed with maybe mango, and a few other things. Good, but too sweet for me. I will be back with my winter coat to try the avocado toast. It looked good. I do hope that they add more vegan/vegetarian selections. read more

First time at this location. My husband and I were seated and greeted quickly. My comments are not major but will impact future visits. 1. My husband likes coffee with his breakfast and HATES sugar in the raw. It's just how it is. 2. Ordered "million dollar bacon". Flavor was great just under done for me (will remember to order it crispy) 3. Ordered "lemon quinoa pancakes. Again tasted great but what I received was not what was described. I really enjoy going to the First Watch Restaurants in the area. There are quite a few of them. I do not know why, but they all have 1 annoying trait. They do not serve the food all together. This has happened to us on several visits. Three of us dined today. So they served 2 waffles first. The third diner got nothing at this time. Then the server brought out a piece of toast. Five minutes later the bacon and eggs were served to the waffle folks to fulfill their orders. Still nothing for the third diner. Finally, she was served her meal at which time we all asked for boxes because we were full of waffles and coffee. The server is very nice I cannot blame her. I think she is probably embarrassed for the kitchen. Who knows. I blame the management. I said nothing because I had nothing nice to say. The waffle was good but....come on. read more

This was my first time at a First Watch. This restaurant is not that large, so I can understand why the wait times can be long (based on the previous reviews I read). My fiancé and I decided to come on a Friday morning when we both were off for a long weekend. We were greeted and seated right away. I liked the modern farm house decorations. First Watch seems to be a farm to table restaurant. Their menu was decently large versus what I read on the online menu. I did notice our water glasses on the table were dirty from the dishwasher cleaner they use. We opted to not have water poured for us and we did not mention this to the server. Our server was very friendly. The iced coffees were delicious. For our entrees I had the eggs Benedict Lorraine with fried potatoes (instead of the salad that normally comes with it), and my fiancé ordered the farm stand breakfast tacos with the side of fruit . I was worried about waiting long for food, but thankfully the food came out within 15 minutes. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. After you get the check from your server, you have to go up to the counter and pay there. The woman who took our payment was very pleasant and asked us how everything was. My husband and I ordered breakfast here for curbside pickup. I like the convenient and easy process for online ordering and notifying the restaurant via text when we arrived to pick up our order. I had a belgian waffle with my order. I prefer my waffles a bit firm, and this one was a little on the softer side. Otherwise, everything I ordered tasted great and was served at the perfect temperature. I also thought the portions were of a good size and still left me satisfied for a reasonable price. I was so excited to try this new restaurant for brunch but unfortunately I was pretty disappointed. The best part was the waitress, she was so nice and that is the most positive thing I can say. I ordered the Lemon Ricotta pancakes, they were ok. Flavor was bland and they enhanced the lemon flavor by adding a slab of lemon curd (which I was not expecting). It definitely didn't help the flavor it just made it extra sweet and dessert like. If you like lemon ricotta pancakes I highly recommend going to the Cheesecake Factory, better flavor and more pancakes! My friend ordered the Classic Benedict which had to be sent back because the eggs were not cooked all the way and the potatoes were burned, her meal ended up getting comped because it was so bad. This place is definitely not worth the high price and you will easily walk away spending $40 for two people. Once this place gets past it's new opening phase I'd maybe consider going back but I would definitely think twice. read more

Our server, Laura, was prompt and courteous. First Watch has done a good job of making people feel comfortable during COVID. Lack of adult supervision! The app said there was no wait. Upon arrival there were 10-20 empty tables and we still waited to be seated over 30 minutes. They said the kitchen was backed up and didn't want to seat anyone. I had to constantly ask to be seated, track down a booster seat, and find a waitress. The waitress in our section NEVER greeted our table and continued with the tables she already had. I was able to track down a waitress from another section who did a great job. People arriving were asking me if they were taking names and who they needed to speak to. I love First Watch, but this location needs a lot of improvement! read more

Upon being seated our order was taken promptly, but we waited about 30 minutes for our food (which of the 3 locations we've been to was not up to first watch standards). The minute we walked through, the greeter noticed we had our ESA dog with us, instead of asking us for her identification she unkindly told us that we can't bring her in and was about to refuse us service until we explained to her that we have the paperwork to prove it, the attitude was unnecessary and very unwelcoming but we decided to give it a shot. We sat down at the table and our waitress also asked us once again if our dog is an ESA and after confirming again, asks us "are you sure?". It was actually difficult for us to order so we decided to leave. Our waitress cared enough to actually sit down next to us and ask us what happened and we explained to her that the energy felt off and we felt very unwelcome and she told us that the greeter at the door did not communicate to her that we already confirmed she is an ESA. But if a business location accommodates ESA dogs, once you notice they are at the table that understanding should already be established. We may come back again in the future to try out their menu but for now this particular location needs an attitude check. read more
