Bottomline, every person I came into contact with including their so-called National Sales Manager tried to dodge accountability and eventually tried to make it somehow my fault. So save your time and avoid future disappointment and regret and buy from DX Engineering they have always been upfront, honest and no bullshit unlike HRO!

I grab cleaning supplies, snacks, cards, and random household stuff all the time and still feel like I'm getting my money's worth. Where this place really shines though? Seasonal decor. They always have cute, affordable options for holidays and random little home touches that don't feel cheap. It's kind of dangerous because I go in for one thing and leave with a bag of "extras." This last visit, I wanted to find parts to fix my too short doorbell wires, and got a full service lesson from a former electrician. Less than a dollar for the necessary wires and about 3 bucks for connectors, only because they didn't have them in singles and I had to buy a 10-pack. I love the friendly service. Previous review (8/2020) Compared to the Home Depot south of here, this place is tiny. But well packed. And has mostly everything you need. The best part about this place, as tiny and crowded as it is, are the people. The people working here are always so nice! And attentive! I've never been in here and not had someone ask, "Can I help you find anything?" Sometimes more than once if you're perusing. And the questions are never annoyed, but friendly, like they really want to help. They also fix screens (and sell everything you need to fix it yourself if you're in the mood for it). While they quoted us about a week for it to get done, it was actually done in one day. It's a franchise, but it feels like a neighborhood store. Love it.

To their credit, they took that mattress back and exchanged it for a Sterns and Foster plush prime mattress. I paid a $100 pick up fee. I have had this mattress for less than three years and it is sagging unbelievably. I feel like I'm sleeping in a canoe. Unfortunately, the mattress is not sagging to the naked eye when there is not weight on it. I have called several mattress firm customer service numbers and they tell me to go through the arduous process of printing off the measuring device and doing the laundry list of assigned pictures. I don't own a printer so this will be a chore so that I can gamble that my warrenty will be honored. My warrenty is for 10 years. The last person I spoke to on the phone basically said there was nothing mattress firm can do for me because this is a manufacturer issue. That being said, go ahead and buy your mattress online for a cheaper price. There's no need to have mattress firm be a middle man if they have no ability to provide customer service if the product is faulty.
