This store has boxes of shipments ALL OVER THE STORE! It was safety hazard after safety hazard. It was cluttered, dirty, chaotic and so disorganized. Even the cash wrap desk was full of random clutter. I came here to buy a dress for a wedding and there were hardly any clothes for women. Where women's clothes used to be were now household items. The dressing rooms were "closed" while the store was still open. I'll start going to a different location from now on. They need to work on this store!

You do have to be careful of faulty zippers, I find, but spending $60 or less is always appreciated. This Maxx had a very small selection of men's coats (only three actual coats in my size, two of the same style). I found a coat, yay! And a few other items like home office decor, holiday candles, wool socks, a roll of ELF wrapping paper, etc. I always forget that TJ Maxx carries things at a good discount, like winter undergarments, Holiday decor, wrapping paper, and all things to get you prepared for the Winter.

Cinnamon rolls, pizza were sold out.(1pm) I wanted to pay cash, but noticed after ordering upon the kiosk that bringing the receipt to the counter to pay with cash wasn't an option so I used my card. It'd be really nice is there was a tray concept by the front end of the stores eating area, even tho it's a short distance. It's a lot to carry 5 hot dogs in two hands, with drinks and chips, and that's if you even have both hands available. I noticed that the dining area was lacking attention. So I have some suggestions * have a self serve wipe bucket or spray+wipes accessible for guests to take wipe down table incase employee isn't available. * It'd be nice if the hotdog wrapper were a bit larger so that it's could actually be wrapped so that there's no worry about condiments slipping out of the sides onto clothes. Froyo, and cookies are always promising.

Another thing I like is that there's usually someone in each department that you can ask for help. I think they have a nice selection of most of the basic items. I unscrewed and pulled out the top and there were no brushes to even use the stuff! So, again just check your items. I can't really blame BCF for this, they just buy closeouts in bulk. And as long as it's not a lot of effort to return, I guess this will happen given the nature of this business. I'd definitely go back to shop again. Great place for housewarming presents, too! I also have spent more than I care to tally. It's an amazingly large store that houses more than just comics. Figures, manga, graphic novels, etc. the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and for the most part patient with all my questions. Online showed they might have some in stock, so I called first. The gentlemen I spoke with on the phone was really nice and answered my questions, which made me feel confident enough to stop by in person. When I walked in, though, the in-store experience felt a bit different and on the emptier side. The two employees at the front didn't seem very welcoming and gave off a slightly annoyed vibe. When I asked about the Pokémon cards, they seemed confused about what I was referring to until I mentioned I had called earlier and spoken to someone. They checked with their coworker, who clarified which ones he had told me about. I asked to see the packs they had behind the counter, and the interaction still felt a little tense. That said, I was able to grab the two packs, which ended up being the perfect gift for my cousin, so mission accomplished. Overall, they had what I needed, and I appreciate that the phone service was helpful. I'd probably come back if I really needed something specific, and I'm curious to explore more of what they carry. Just hoping for a warmer in-store customer service experience next time.
