OK I went in about 530 today to go get cat food. I grabbed two bags walked up to the register and there was a line all the way into the clothing section. I walked out a hour and a half later this should not happen. I swear it was behind the slowest cash register person ever you should be able to get people in and out of there. I never received the order I placed on Walmart.com, which was order number 2000124-93121450. The tracker showed it as delivered, but I was home at that time and no package ever arrived. The carrier also did not take a picture of the package being delivered, so either the carrier stole it, or they delivered it to God knows where. None of my immediate neighbors received it by mistake. I reached out to have a replacement sent and was told I could only get a refund and would have to reorder the item myself. The item was no longer on sale by this point and would have costed me more. Poor customer service, the error was completely on Walmart's end, and they should have sent a replacement. I've never had issues like this with Amazon, which is where I ended up reordering the item from in the end. I do not plan on ordering anything on Walmart.com again that is not available for pickup in the store. Thanks for wasting my time Walmart. read more

The only good thing was the cake decorator was will to add to my order. I place an order with the baker at the 27th location in Franklin WI for a cake and 48 cupcakes for my mother's 75th birthday. When I arrived to pick up my order no one was in the baker, so I went to get the manager to help. She said she'd be right there to help. I waited for 20 minutes and no one came. It actually took a total of almost an hour to pick my per ordered baker. Which was order 3 day before minus the 24 added cupcakes. The morning baker ladies were nice and help me out, but this walmart has gone down hill. I think I going to switch to shopping at Meijer. read more

I have been to this Walmart a few times now and it's usually packed so you have to park in the outer lot during the day. I was in the area and needed a few items so I stopped by because that farm store that I went to first had a horrendous line for checkout because one maybe two registers were open so we dumped the cart and walked out. The store must be one of the newer ones because the layout is not like the older ones because the health section is not on an outer edge close to the doors but in an inner/center place in the store so I walked the whole perimeter of the store and I didn't find it. The store is your typical Walmart with all the departments like bakery, deli, food store, pharmacy etc etc. As with most stores during the virus situation shelf's were empty/spotty with paper and cleaning products being scarce and no hand sanitizer or bleach wipes. I had no issue with the store giving the situation and I would continue shopping while in the area. read more

Thank goodness they are starting to remodel and make this location nicer. This place was (and still is) very sketchy to go to. People stand outside and always solicit something. Shelves always empty or random things thrown on the shelves. I actually started getting my prescriptions sent to me so I didn't have to go inside this store anymore. read more

I come every Friday to cash my check. The customer service Is supposed to be open at 7. None of the employees know how to call a manager. Then a manager finally comes out to talk to me the employees call me like a dog by Whistling instead of walking up to me. The manager Kamani is the definition of lazy. The employees said the service desk will open at 8 because they are short handed. The manager Kamani said 11 because he has more important things to do. He couldn't give me an answer about helping me after I explained I work overnights and just need to cash my check before going to sleep. He didn't want to help nor try to call another store to make sure someone could help me. I try to give this company chances but Walmart is definitely going down the drain with customer service. The manager Kamani just walked away. .. I guess that was the end of the conversation. He said you have a phone to call. No wonder why the store team members are the way they are because there managers are trash. It the post that he wouldn't put any effort and just gave a poor attitude like I wasn't a customer. Should be allowed to rate a ZERO. Thought i could run in with my broke foot and get what i needed and be out but they switched the whole store around. Had to limp clear over to the other side only to find all the makeup locked up and no one in sight. But on my way down there i saw a group of employees talking and asked for help. I was in pain and out of breath and he obviously did not want to help. He wanted me to pick it out from outside the glass. it was on the bottom, he kept saying which one is it? Like What? Then he told me i had an attitude and since i did he would not be able to help me. So i had to go find another she had an attitude as well and did not want me to "shop" it was on the bottom i couldn't see very well. I guess you store doesn't need customers. Why did a man have the cosmetics keys . He don't know what i'm talking about anyway!!!!! Some people should have control of anything they can't handle professionally. read more

I had a HP Warm your Walls party through houseparty.com and had the worst experience not only at this particular Wal-mart but the photo department at the So. Milwaukee location. For this party I had to go back to the store 3 different times to get the canvas redone and the 8x20 picture and 5x7 mounted pictures had scratches all over the frames. When I went to the Franklin location (because the computer told me I couldn't get a 8x20 at the So. Milwaukee location) the frames were also scratched. They blamed it on the tools that they had to use. Why roll out a product that none of the stores are trained or qualified to make. How can I recommend the HP products to my friends when I had such a crappy experience between untrained employees and a shoddy product? Avoid the Wal-mart photo department if you can. read more

This one is terrible. I had to pick up an item that wasn't available anywhere else. Stood in line at the service desk only to be told that I had to use an automatic check-in scanner (the guy literally called it a "checker thing" and pointed vaguely off in the distance). I asked a worker at the start of the line if she could help me and she said "NO! You just push the buttons!" There was one woman in the produce department who helped me find some items. She actually walked me over to them, which was nice, as this was the first time I'd ever been to this Walmart and was at a loss as to where things were. I made sure to thank her, as I know retail is lousy work and I appreciated her taking time out from stocking to help me. A standard Walmart location which we visited early one morning. We were happy to find some well-discounted Christmas items (like gift bags) as it was shortly after the holiday. The store was pretty empty when we were there. The self-scan cash registers have cameras and screens by each of them so you can tell that you are surveilled when shopping here. This is the absolute worst Walmart in the universe. I thought Racine's walmart was bad. Why is there Noone cleaning up the parking lot. It trash. Hire a retired person to go around and clean the lot. We waited in the Ammo section and used the call button, went to customer service twice and said they would page, no page. A rep went to security to see if they had a key for the locked glass case, no one was there. There was a girl in the back walking around on her phone and she had her vest half off so no customer would think she is working. We tried to ask her a question and just shook her head no. This is a gigantic Wal-Mart SuperCenter, which means that in addition to the clothes and toys and electronic, there is also a full grocery and produce department. The shelves seemed pretty well stocked and the parking lot was well kept, but the inside of the place just felt very dreary. I've been to and Yelped quite a number of Wal-Marts across America (click the link below), so I think I'm qualified to evaluate that this one just... sucked the life out of me. read more

Bad customer service and grumpy employees...that says it all about this Wal-Mart. While it might be cleaner than others, the customer service and employee attitudes here are terrible. I had contact with 5 employees on our visit yesterday. Two gave me a non-existent stare, two others almost bumped into me with their carts while stocking shelves (no apology given) and another yelled at us from two aisles over. I kid you not. My son dropped one of the toys we brought with us, it fell on the floor and I said "Uh oh." An employee two aisles over yelled at us "You break it you bought it". Really? It made me laugh at the time because it was so ridiculous. At no time did an employee ask me if I needed help or even smile at me. If I had as rotten an attitude at my job as these employees do at theirs I would have been fired a long time ago. read more

This Wal-Mart is the opposite of the one up the road *cough* southgate *cough* (don't go there). My customer experience was pleasent easy and relaxing, but...... The outside looks very clean and kept up with. Some garbage here and there but nothing noticeable. They could use more carts though. But none were really in bad shape. Items are stock up and sort of easy to find. You can find what you want cause it's usually stocked everyday. When I do need help to find something I can get help with friendly customer service (with the occasional annoyed employee). Just like the South Gate Wal-Mart this store has it's fair share of employees annoyed with fellow employees or managers or pay (be nice to your workers Walmart). It kinda brings down the mood. Every department has nice friendly people expect for one place; The Customer Service Desk. This one time I came to return a Xbox One (which sucks) this girl had this rude expression and clearly was annoyed with me making her work. It doesn't matter who it was because all the girls on that desk are rude (especially the skinny brunette) (lucky I don't want to go to jail or I would kick your...). The Customer Service Managers are more useful then the people on that desk. The lines at this store can get long but never for a long time. Someone on the overhead calls for reinforcements to help assist on the registers. Some of the cashiers are friendly and some are there because it's their job. If I need help to take things to my car the cashier offers to call the cart pushers to help. It takes a while for them to arrive but they are friendly and kind. Also you can't tip them (which I had no idea is a store rule). Nearly all the associates are kind and helpful. If you need to find an item I get friendly customer service (but...). Items are stocked. And the low prices. Nothing to really complain about but... This Wal-Mart sucked the life out of me. The energy in the atmosphere is so empty and it's just so boring. Most associates looked more dead then alive which infects the customers. It's the only main issue I have. I feel so happy walking in and empty walking out. This is one Wal-Mart I recommand coming too just bring a MP3 player. read more

Myiana is a very rude employee they have there. I'm shopping minding my own business when she cuts in front of me, and blocks me from passing by taking up the whole aisle and walking very slow. I was going to let it slide but then she stops for no reason at all in the middle of the aisle just to be petty so I turned into another aisle and she's mad doggin' me as though I was providing bad service and being rude to her! I see her later strolling extra slowly down the aisle looking down as she is texting on her phone. It's a shame that she doesn't care about how she appears when on the job and acts like she is in school with a bad attitude. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The management team at this store is an absolute joke. My nephew was fired for having too many doctor excused absences after injuring his back. Supposedly there is a limit per year. At no time did they tell him of this, or that he was getting close. They even had the nerve to tell him he is a hard worker that is eligible to be rehired. This is a terrible store. The products are not on the shelf. Two days before Thanksgiving and out of so much product. One poor cashier and self check. There were about 50 people in line all complaining. No security person no lot attendants. How much stuff walked out of your store tonight and every night. If you want to cater to internet shoppers then close your under staffed stores. Tweny check out lanes and you don't even use five. Never again will I go to a Walmart store!!! Wow! I used to shop here randomly since they were the only store open in the middle of the night, but lately especially they have had some really terrible customer service & management. So, of course, here & there they have some great deals, but you can find that online, at some other grocery store, drug store, or wherever. So, you try to forget about the less than stellar experiences, like employees ignoring you and looking super unhappy or rude checkout person. Occasionally, you would run into one nice cashier and you better memorize that face or you'll be stuck in the line of some other person that will ruin your day all because you wanted a pillow or chocolate bar. So, not worth it. The prices listed are halfway fraudulent. You better price check everything in your cart 'cause they will list a price on the shelf, but when you try to checkout, they will line their pockets with some extra dough by up-charging you. (& No, these are not half empty displays..it's the whole stocked well display that is marked wrong.) Check your receipt before you leave the cashier stand or they'll be happy to keep your money. This happened to me and they wouldn't even come with me to look at the display..I even offered to take a pic for them. They tried to argue & I let them know I didn't want a bad experience. Finally, they walked with me over to see that what I said was true. They tried to steal almost $20 in overages from me and the management was so po' dunk that she couldn't even honor the price when it was clearly marked in 3 different displays. She said she would honor 1. So not worth shopping here to be lied to, stolen from, treated like crap, and to start to have a negative view of these people as well as the area. I feel bad for the few good employees I've seen here. They shouldn't have to suffer, but I guess that would take a really smart higher up that actually pays attention to things the way that we customers have to when we have this shoved in our faces. Thanks a lot Walmart. (Also, heard from one of the good staff about favoritism among employees, less than stellar benefits, etc. Seriously, someone in charge does not care enough to do a good job or has no idea what they're doing.) read more
