However, that's where the positives pretty much stop. The lady was doing my loan was planning on going on vacation soon, so she was trying to prepare the paperwork so that someone else could take it over the day I was to sign. She left a message for someone who was supposed to do the final documents and send them to me. That was supposed to be Friday originally, but could've been stalled by the dealer not submitting the forms correctly. Saturday came and went with no call, but I called them and was told I would get a call and could come in Monday at 10:30 to 11. Monday 11:15 came and no call so I went in. They seemed like they had no idea what was going on. They had to call the person who told me she would call who was the only person at her branch that day. I didn't get the documents sent until approximately 4-5 hours later and thus couldn't sign and send the check out for another day. So, I've waited multiple additional days to sign the documents to have the check sent but have been delayed because of clerical errors and poor communication. I'm not sure I would use them again.
