The lady was doing my loan was planning on going on vacation soon, so she was trying to prepare the paperwork so that someone else could take it over the day I was to sign. She left a message for someone who was supposed to do the final documents and send them to me. That was supposed to be Friday originally, but could've been stalled by the dealer not submitting the forms correctly. Saturday came and went with no call, but I called them and was told I would get a call and could come in Monday at 10:30 to 11. Monday 11:15 came and no call so I went in. They seemed like they had no idea what was going on. They had to call the person who told me she would call who was the only person at her branch that day. I didn't get the documents sent until approximately 4-5 hours later and thus couldn't sign and send the check out for another day. So, I've waited multiple additional days to sign the documents to have the check sent but have been delayed because of clerical errors and poor communication. I'm not sure I would use them again.

It can get busy but the employees, staff, managers are all very friendly and helfpul. They also have a teller for business banking. Everyone at Bank of America is always friendly and helpful with everyone who goes there. The f*cking system of this bank is an absolute nightmare with how outdated or just slow it is. If you end up going negative and still put the money in to avoid any fees for going negative you are gonna have to call and jump through hoops to get something like that sorted. Not only that but the website and its pending can be so confusing and slow, and the website itself doesn't even show your account number. This is probably the perfect bank for someone who wants an extremely minimalistic way of banking and probably doesn't buy stuff online. One of the main things that caused me to close this bank was how broken the whole system is. I even was depositing money at one point and the ATM took both my card and the cash I had put in.... It doesn't help that there is only one ATM for this bank in all of Vacaville so you better pray it doesn't goof up lol. Recently, we lost my dad (they've been married for almost 40 years) and a situation happened where we had no control over it. Cindy told my mom to stop "writing bad checks and she wouldn't overdraw" while in front of other customers, as well as making another teller cry in front of my mom. Not sure why they'd keep a teller around that's okay with making a customer feel this way.

We've been…read morebanking at this branch for both personal and business purposes for over 10 years now and have had nothing but stellar service. Especially from Ben, who we call "Superman". I know they battled a lot of issues during the Covid era. Staffing shortage, shorter hours, periodic branch closings... In their defense, a lot of the issues mentioned seemed to be out of their control and an extension of the staffing and hours cutbacks at the corporate level. In any case, it was distressing to hear about so many people being frustrated. We temper our expectations, do our research, clearly state our goals, follow up, and have never been disappointed.
