Some feedback about this company:…read more -The customer service is all over the place. It took 5-6 calls today to different representatives to get a simple task resolved. The first representative wasn't clear, or didn't provide detailed / accurate information after I talked to a supervisor during my 5-6th call. -Some representatives aren't friendly, or their phone demeanor is unprofessional. -Reloaning should be simpler rather than constant uploading of paystubs, waiting on the funding, etc. There should be an instant funding option.

This place offers great service and very reliable, always able to get cash when needed.read more

Nicara Lewis and her co workers were super friendly and understood my situation and went above and beyond to help me out. I would recommend cost u less to anyone in my situation or in a similar situation most definitely. (My situation) My 2week old 2016 Nissan Altima was impounded due to me driving under a suspended license (the Friday before the Tuesday I had appointments to have everything settled) It sat in impound for the whole weekend $60 a day plus $300 for it being "hard to start" due to the IID/push start With me already having the IID installed , I needed special insurance and my due fees at the DMV. I went to cost u less on Monday hoping to get the fastest help to avoid racking up another $60 fee from the impound lot. I was in and out and still had time to go to the DMV. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get it out that same Monday due to unforeseen circumstances. But was able to get everything settled the next day. Thank you cost-u-less for you're help you are appreciated. :)
