I have had several pleasant encounters with Nicole, I believe she's a manager there. She was very helpful, she even walked me through the use of their ATM machine - being a new customer at Wells Fargo. Haha! She also informed me of different types of accounts that would be more beneficial to me and my situation. I also worked with Quinton, who helped me with my account on two occasions. He is knowledgeable, professional, and also personable. He recognizes me when I come to the branch, and says hello. Honestly, I've never had experiences like this at a bank before so this is HUGE. Kudos to a well-managed branch with pleasant people.

I was not happy with the service I got from Corrina's office after my original agent, Chris Krisner…read morepassed away. Corrina is NEVER available to speak with directly it's always someone else in the office. I found out someone dropped the ball with my umbrella policy. Thank goodness nothing happened to my home during this period I was uninsured. All of my policies have been addressed and covered through another carrier including HO, Auto, Earthquake, and Umbrella. I have already purchased coverage through another carrier at a significantly discounted rate from what I was paying with State Farm. I do not want to deal with Corrina's office any further. Please understand it is not the office staff who I am dissatisfied with. They were all very pleasant to speak with. It is Corrina herself who either had someone else take her calls/appts or always being out of the office and unavailable when I called and not returning my call rather having someone else call me from the office. This is unacceptable. I need to know who I'm dealing with and not random staff relaying messages for Corrina. I cannot recommend this office for insurance needs.

I share all this to say... Lori-Grace was absolutely terrific! She took care of everything I needed, and she ensured the changes were functional. She also took the extra time to educate me about services and functions I wasn't aware of and wasn't using. Lori is a major asset to this branch; Golden 1 is lucky to have her! I feel much better about this institution now, and I believe I'll be working with them for years to come!
