Some feedback about this company:…read more -The customer service is all over the place. It took 5-6 calls today to different representatives to get a simple task resolved. The first representative wasn't clear, or didn't provide detailed / accurate information after I talked to a supervisor during my 5-6th call. -Some representatives aren't friendly, or their phone demeanor is unprofessional. -Reloaning should be simpler rather than constant uploading of paystubs, waiting on the funding, etc. There should be an instant funding option.

These people are serious a**holes I would avoid them at all costs!! There are better places in…read moretown. Look all of them charge an ungodly rate for lending you 300.00. Of course you would not be there if it wasn't an emergency. However, these people will not just call you if you are one day late. They will harass everyone on your list. They will call every single one of your references. Plus it's not as if they don't have a check they could just ACH out of your accoutn like CashMax does. In fact If you are in Vacaville go to CashMax first. They are friendly, they have better hours, they don't harass you and they can take the money right out of your account on Payday saving you a trip down there.

The Tax Preparer I was lucky enough to have was Rhonda Dennis. She was so helpful and was extremely patient, explaining everything she was doing. There was some question about one of my dependents, so she did a little research and found out that I could claim the dependent. That made a huge difference and I would get a refund. Before the research, i owed the IRS money. So, I really appreciated the extra effort. I would have given 5 stars BUT, the price was a little steep and, I believe there should be more privacy when giving out confidential information. But, I would recommend for being thorough.

Travis Federal Credit Union is where I do the majority of my business banking. This branch…read morespecifically is the one I go to because of the customer service that I receive. They are all great at the branch but the three that I always enjoy my interactions with are Scott, Pam and Heather. These three are so good to me, they help my business run so much smoother than if I did not have their assistance. I have had multiple instances when I had a deadline to meet or a due date for a bill to pay and they have been able to assist in releasing funds. They offer me the help in a manner where I feel like they are happy to help, instead of how other businesses will make me feel like a little guilty for asking. Years ago, the branch repeatedly couldn't complete my international wire transfers and overcharged me, which cost me time and money. When I couldn't get replies from the new branch manager, Tracy, I moved all my funds out except my investment accounts, because the investment manager was consistently available and easy to reach. That reliability was the reason I stayed. Today my partner and I set aside an hour and kept an appointment with the new investment manager, Bat, who did not come and did not let us know. I'm frustrated and disappointed, because I count on dependability and clear communication when it comes to my money. I'm now planning to move my investment funds as well. I need to work with people who follow through on commitments and keep me informed -- that matters most to me in a bank.
