Chris was a total professional. We made our first appointment and Chris, who had thrown out his back that day still managed to make it to our place. You just don't find people that conscientious these days in general. Chris surveyed the property with a careful eye that inspired confidence and he made recommendations for further remediation in a thorough written report. We liked the fact that Chris was not alarmist yet he was still conservative in his approach to make sure that everything had been addressed appropriately.
