I went back in June for the comfort glimpse. The space is very welcoming and comforting. The woman who was doing my ultrasound whom I assumed is the owner is very knowledgeable and nice. I truly enjoyed the personal touches of the welcome sign in the room and despite me only having one guest I did appreciate that she did not have a limit and the room was spacious. Another thing that was great is that she offered physical copies of the ultrasound pictures in addition to electronic copies and even a video (my OBGYN only does electronic)! I will most likely be returning later in my pregnancy for a 4D ultrasound read more

Absolutely trash service received. They charged $20 to do over night so I can get results same day the lab received the sample and then they put in so I do not get that service and find out next from lab receiving the sample. That way they can pocket the additional $20 for themselves. I have called them to check what is going on so they can do the right thing and refund me the $20 and now all of a sudden they are not answering their phone when I call and lock the front door even during open hours. They are avoiding me and I know they have callerID. Do NOT get ripped off by this asshole greedy company. I even left 2 voicemails and they are refusing to call me back. I have done everything on my part to reach out to them but they are doing everything to avoid me. what a huge rip off of a company! read more

I honestly wish I could give this place 0 stars. When we first came here, the experience was ok. The ultrasound tech wasn't rude, but she also wasn't friendly. You would think that an ultrasound tech would be super friendly and sweet given their jobs. My wife and I have generally had amazing experiences with our ultrasound tech and this one was just ok. To give a little bit of background, my wife and I moved to Arizona a little over a year ago. We do not have any family out here. We made the sacrifice to so that I could grow in my career and so that my wife could be a stay at home mom with our newborn at the time. We moved out here just a week after our daughter was born. Fast forward a year later, we learn that we are having another baby. Exciting, right? Well we were super stoked, but like a lot of other people, we were effected by COVID. I couldn't go to any of my wife's appointments and ultrasounds like I did with our daughter. We were super excited when we found out that I could go at First Glimpse. We thought it was cool that there was a link that we could provide family and friends. The first time we went was several months ago, and as I said previously, the experience was ok. It was my wife, me, and our daughter. We decided to schedule another appointment when my wife was further along. My wife scheduled online and we had our appointment today. Upon arriving, the ultrasound tech was extremely rude. She told us that they did not allow children. She proceeded to tell us that it is in their website, as well as the email that was sent to us. She was making it seem like we were stupid and should have known. We explained to her that we live her with no family and have no one to watch our daughter. We told her that we brought our daughter last time and were not told that children were not allowed. With no sympathy at all, she told us that there is nothing she can do and that they are now more strict with their children policy. She also said that they plan on getting strict in the future because of the rise in COVID cases. Which, ok great, but that's not relevant to this visit. We ultimately had to leave after driving all the way down there. On our way out we told her the email did not say there were no children allowed. We understand the seriousness of COVID and we get it. We're not mad at the fact that they don't allow children. We are upset because of the way we were treated, the misinformation, and because overall this person didn't seem to care. She could have offered us alternatives, she could have apologized and expressed sympathy, she could have offered a reschedule, but she did none of these things. I am attaching photos of the website and our email. It talks about allowing the mother and 3 additional adults, but it does not specifically state no children. If they are as strict as she says, it should be clear. They should put "NO CHILDREN" on their website and email (like this ultrasound tech alleged it said). They should also give a courtesy call to remind of your appointment and the COVID restrictions. Finally, she should have brought it up during our previous visit, also during COVID. Ultimately, we scheduled at another location. While they also did not allow children, but they were very polite about it and had amazing customer service. First Glimpse has lost our business and we will definitely not recommend them to anyone else. read more

As soon as you walk in you will love the vibe. The staff are super friendly and make you feel at home. Love that during Covid my hubby was allowed in with me. We found out that we're having a baby boy . The Ultrasound Tech was super friendly and kept trying to get our shy little boy to show us his face. The music they play is relaxing and makes the moment even more special. If I could have the rest of my ultrasound appointments for the hospital done here I would. read more

10/10 recommend! Corie was so kind and great to work with. The stuffed animal with our littles heartbeat was such a cute touch!

We had bought the 3 trimesters ultrasound pack. Our little girl is very uncooperative. We had to come back two times for the last scan. We finally were able to see her face!! Everyone was so kind and always tried everything to get her to move. It was so nice and peaceful in the room, not medical feeling by any means. We laughed a lot at what baby girl was doing in there. I'd recommended coming here if you want some amazing ultrasounds. My family and friends were able to live stream and it was so amazing to get everyone involved. You can bring up to 9 people in the room with you and live stream. We also got a heartbeat doll. Everything worked out so well. So happy with our experience! read more

I do not recommend going here for an ultrasound, especially during your first trimester. My husband and I just had a very traumatizing experience after booking a "comfort glimpse" ultrasound. I got IVF so I've already had several ultrasounds and everything had been fine so far. However, I hadn't had one in a couple of weeks, and I caught both a stomach flu and RSV during that time and I was just worried. Also, my husband had been unable to attend any of the previous ultrasounds since he is so busy at work. So, we went to this place just to check. First thing, she brought us back to the room, and went right in with the abdominal probe. Right away she mentioned I needed a full bladder, which I did not have. I had not been informed ahead of time I would need one. I quickly chugged a bottle of water, but she didn't wait for it to hit my bladder. When they say 5 minutes--they mean it. She then probed again to find the baby. It took her a minute, but she found what looked like a white strip on the image and said that was the baby, but it didn't look nearly the size of what should be an 11 week old fetus, and there was no heartbeat. "I'm really sorry," she said. She said "I can't give medical advice, but if it were me, I'd go to the ER and ask for a transvaginal ultrasound. There MAY still be hope." Oh, did I ever freak out. I cried and cried and we drove to the ER and I cried for 2 hours while we waited in agony for a better ultrasound. The ultrasound tech finally wheeled me in, and did an abdominal ultrasound first--just like at First Glimpse. AND SHE IMMEDIATELY FOUND THE BABY AND IT WAS PERFECTLY FINE. I could even see the shape of the little baby on the screen and she pointed out the little flicker which was a good strong heartbeat. She then did a transvaginal for an even better picture, found the baby was measuring 5 days ahead and had a heart rate of 171. It was very clear that not only does First Glimpse have inferior machines, but also not the correct training to be offering first trimester ultrasounds. Do not do this to yourself and make the same mistake I did. Wait for a real ultrasound at the doctor with medical professionals who know what they're doing. Update: After almost two weeks, the owner did contact me by phone to offer my money back and give an apology for my experience. However, the phone call hardly made me feel better, as she continued to insist her machines were as good as the doctor's (but she's not fooling me after my side-by-side comparison), and that her tech knows what she's doing. She tried to blame it on me and my empty bladder (They did not need a full bladder at the ER). Then she tried to tell me that the tech had never seen the baby, because she herself (the owner) reviewed my videos and said she saw nothing that resembled a baby the whole time, and it was because the tech hadn't been able to find the baby that she suggested I might go get a transvaginal ultrasound. I corrected her and said, "If that's what the tech had actually said, it would have been a completely different experience--however, it's NOT what she said. She said she COULD see the baby and it didn't look nearly the size of what an 11 week fetus should be, and she could see no heartbeat." After speaking with the owner, it just confirmed to me that the tech needs further training. I really hope this doesn't happen to someone else. read more

First Glimpse is absolutely amazing. The ultrasound tech was so patient, and really wanted us to get the very best pictures and videos of our little one. The baby was being uncooperative the first time we went, so she let us come in again for free to get another scan, which he did much better on. She explained what she was showing us, and really made it a great experience. We even got purchase a heart beat animal. With everything going on with Covid, and my husband not being able to go to my appointments and regular ultrasounds this was really a blessing to be able to have. We are super grateful. read more

Let me first just say: My only problem was the video: if you are asking for a 30 minute session video, that's what you are going to get! It's not edited, it cannot be fast forwarded. So it's basically not very useful. I would've preferred to have a short edited video that I could send to my family or have time to watch! The building is very new and just started leasing so other than the First Glimpse business the rest of the building is empty. There was only one person working there so when we arrived there was no one by the reception and we had to wait confused for 15 minutes until the previous session finished and the Technician came out along with the previous patients' family. The room was very homey with cute blankets and toys. A large TV for the extended family and friends with a sectional in front of the TV. My husband thought the music was cheesy but I loved it! Our baby didn't cooperate very well but we managed to get some good pictures. The technician was a very nice and kind lady. If I have another kid I will go there but ask for the shorter session or another form of video. read more

Great experience with my second baby he was breech for the first visit and they let us come back free within 10 days. He wouldn't move his hands or feet from his face. The viewing room is huge and comfortable for a ton of people! I would go here again if needed. read more

Highly recommend!! My husband and I weren't able to experience my anatomy scan at my OBGYN's office together, so we made an appointment at First Glimpse to be able to have that moment as new parents together! Upon walking in, we immediately felt so welcomed! Corie was so personable and made us feel comfortable and right at home. We took advantage of their spring special, which was a 30 minute session, that included pictures, short video clips, as well as a video of the whole session. These were all emailed to us, as well as put on a thumb drive for us to take home! Definitely worth the money. We were told appointments were an hour apart from each other, which gave them extra time to clean and sanitize everything between appointments. Because of COVID, we were required to wear masks during the session. The next couple came in about 20 minutes early and for the sake of social distancing and time to clean/sanitize, they were asked to step out and wait in their car for the time being. As a new parent, in the midst of a pandemic, I appreciated that! Usually they allow more than 1 guest in the room, so there was a huge sectional with a projector screen for all guests to watch. Behind that, there was the set up for the ultrasound. A chair was situated right beside the bed for dad, and he even had his own screen to watch from as well! Music was playing in the background, and it was just overall a wonderful experience!! read more

I just had an ultrasound at my Drs office and we got Great pictures... but here I paid $69 and I have nothing to show anyone.. u can't tell what's in the picture or on the DVD. I brought my sister in to determine the sex of her baby. The vibe is so warm and welcoming. The location is very clean and has a huge couch with a big tv. It's like having a privet viewing party.The technician Alexa is the best. You can tell she loves her job. She is so personable and kind. I definitely recommend this place if you are considering doing a first glimpse or a 3D/4D scan. read more

I came here three times during my pregnant and it was a wonderful experience both times. The first time, my baby was only 7-8 weeks but I got to hear my baby's heart beat for the first time. The second time, I found out I was having a little girl at only 17 weeks along, though they can determine gender via uktrasound even sooner than that! My baby didn't want to cooperate so rather than give a guess at gender, they had me come back to get an accurate, clear determination of gender a couple days later. Last, I got to see my girl at 35 weeks. She was born 4 weeks after looking identical to my HD ultrasound. The atmosphere is amazing. They had little toys to help my boys keep calm and all in all, it was a pleasant, peaceful, uplifting experience and of I ever have another baby, I'll be going back! read more

With my first child I was so excited to find out the gender that I wanted to use a private place for the gender reveal rather than waiting for my regular ob appointment. I came here mostly because the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was very welcoming and comfortable with enough room for a lot of guests if you wanted to include more than one family member to watch your ultrasound.
