    Milagros and My First Image are so amazing! I have had 3D/4D scans with my two previous children at two different places in Tucson and the experiences there didn't come close to this. The prices were MORE, for lesser services. I'm 25w5d and our baby was pretty cooperative. We got fantastic images of his face, hands, feet, body, and saw a variety of facial expressions and positions. Milagros was genuinely excited about seeing our boy with us and made it an extremely sentimental and memorable experience. I wouldn't recommend another 3D ultrasound business and wish I had used them for my other children.

In the whole time I've been going, I have never felt talked down to or disrespected by anyone, from the assistants, to the Doctors. 2.The facilities are spotless. That says a lot to me; I see it as a sign of attention to detail and good hygiene. Important, considering I'm coming to have needles stuck in my body. 3. Communication. People explain stuff, and don't seem to mind stopping for a question. And if they don't know, they find out. 4. Best online check-in service, ever. So easy. 5. For the past six years, I have been dealing with unrelenting pain. Once the opioid crisis hit, and the Feds started cracking down, doctors got scared. The Doctors I'd had for years wouldn't help me anymore. Every day was a struggle, and the possibility of having a decent quality of life started to seem remote. I found Pima Pain on Google. It was life -changing for me. I have always felt anxious about requiring opioids in order to do my daily activities with a reasonable amount of discomfort, and to get at least 4 hours of decent sleep at night. I'd become uncomfortable with being treated with suspicion, the little comments about problems with drug-seekers, etc. One I started at Pima Pain, it was a whole different game. Their goal is to give me a better quality of living, and they have delivered. My NP, Yvonne McLemore, really listens to me, answers my questions without making me feel that I'm wasting her time, and is always cheerful and optimistic. She's awesome. Dr. Annabi is one of the best doctors I've ever dealt with. I have read some of his reviews here, and I could not disagree more. He is clinical and intelligent without being condescending, he explains everything thoroughly, and he listens. He has been nothing but kind and compassionate to me, and if there's a problem, he comes straight out and talks about it in a frank and honest way, without just assuming, or acting like because he's got the Degree, he's right. Dr.Schiller also gets two thumbs up. He's quick and thorough, and I like his wry sense of humor. I recently lost a child, and the genuine kindness and compassion I've received at Pima Pain, from all these practitioners, has been incredible. Sometimes I am reduced to tears by their kindness. I am so grateful to have the help of these wonderful people. I'm not being compensated in any way for this review. I'm just telling my truth. Five stars!!!

    Dr.'s at this clinic should not be licensed to work on disabled Veterans. They milk the office…read morevisits and procedures for money from the VA. They schedule you, tell you a procedure your getting then, change it after you show up. They charge the VA and don't care about how much pain your in. Dr. SHILLER SHOULD NOT PRACTICE ON VETERANS !!! HE IS the WORST DOCTOR I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY 20 YRS OF SPINAL PROCEDURES. He walked onto the treatment room and accused me of saying something to the medical tech that I didn't. I was scheduled for an ablation WITH anesthesia because of my severe back issues. This was my 3rd appointment they said they were doing ablation WITH anesthesia. When I questioned why they keep telling me they will use anesthesia and don't, he got upset with me. His tone changed to I don't care. He got nasty and said if I didn't like it, I should go to another clinic. He then asked me to leave and get out and go find somewhere else to get your procedure done. Of course after they already charged the VA for 4 visits. 2 of them were changed to follow-ups. Your appointment is the dr asking how your doing,1- 2 mins, no exam, NOTHING, and they schedule for the next wasted office visit. Dr. Shilling, besides his questionable skills , needs his license reviewed by the medical board. I don't think he knows what he's doing. He acted confused and acted and spoke very aggressively. When asking why they lied to me about the procedure, changing it after I showed up and scared me enough to get up and walk out before the procedure. Never seen a dr. talk to a patient like that. They don't care about your condition or pain. They just checked the box and do whatever they want. The VA is paying fot it. Who cares. Now I'm forced to start all over with a different Dr. Meanwhile, Im in bed 20hrs a day while Dr. Shilling takes pleasure in denying reasonable care and comfort. I can only hope PIMA Pain gets better doctors. I'm taking this incident to my congressional representative and TriCare for action against this Dr. and clinic. Now 3 months later I'm in worse condition and pain than before. VA CANCEL YOUR COMMUNITY CARE CONTRACT WITH THIS DOCTOR and PIMA PAIN CLINIC. THEY TREAT VETERANS LIKE A DISPOSABLE ATM. He's betting the VA just takes a report, forget about me slaps him on the wrist for abhorrent care. This ck8nic is why disabled Veterans hate community care !!!! I want a congressional inquiry on PIMA PAIN CENTER. I WANT DR. SHILLING TO NEVER OPETATE OR PERFORM ANY PROCEDURES ON VETERANS EVER AGAIN!!!!!! Veterans BEWARE OF Dr. Shilling.

    How could you?! Do NOT go here!…read more My mother arrived with a referral from her primary next door to have imaging done after complaining of not being able to breathe. They did an IV iodine and she immediately went into cardiac arrest! They called EMS who did CPR on her for 12 min and finally got a pulse before arriving at the hospital. NO ONE CALLED HER EMERGENCY CONTACT! Who is actually my 81 year old father!! He spent 5 hours searching for her, calling her primary, the hospitals and finally found her. She was on life support!! Imagine this, your mom goes to the doctor, almost dies, no one is called and by the time he figures out where she is he can't drive to see her because it's dark outside! He had to wait until the morning to see his wife. Now also imagine IF she did pass away. Imagine how SHOCKED my father could have been. He could have had a heart attack. They still have her belongings. They never gave them to the EMS so she arrived without a wallet, purse or way to identity her! Yesterday my father had to retrieve her car which was still in their parking lot. He is 81! Luckily they had an extra set of keys. However her phone, purse, wallet are STILL INSIDE THE OFFICE AND NOT ONE PERSON HAS CALLED TO GIVE HER BELONGINGS. This is on top of NOT CALLING EMERGENCY CONTACT AFTER SHE WAS TAKEN AWAY IN AN AMBULANCE! What about the iodine? What kind of records do you have that prove she isn't allergic prior to administering? So many questions and ZERO communication or concern! Run fast away from this place!

    For years, I have been using this facility for imaging to monitor a chronic condition. The actual…read morescanning procedures have been a good experience, though sometimes the wait time has been longer than I would expect. The reason I'm giving them only three stars is that this year their billing system has become totally incompetent. They sent me a large bill and kept telling me that this particular procedure was not covered by insurance. I called Medicare and they had never been billed. I called my secondary insurance and they had been billed but (correctly) would not pay without an Explanation of Benefits from Medicare. I called billing again and explained that they needed to bill Medicare as primary but they insisted that this would not fix the problem. I eventually got this resolved when I reached someone at Radiology Limited who was not in the billing department and understood what was going on. They sent a message to the billing department and my bill shrank by about $500. My wife had a similar billing problem this year. She was billed for a mammogram, which Medicare covers 100%. I can't advise you whether to pay the inflated bill in the hope of getting a refund later. I can say that I refused to pay until the mess was straightened out.

She recommended finding an open MRI place and asking for a new referral to one of those locations. A quick Google search pulled up Advanced Open MRI of Tucson. I got all the needed calls made and referral was good to go. I spoke with Adam by phone and he was reassuring that once my appointment time came, I would be fine. He also assured me I could go in feet first and I appreciated that. On my appointment day, it was Adam who would be doing the scans. He was again reassuring that everything would be fine and checked on me immediately following each scan. The fact I could turn my head side to side was also a big help. I'd looked online and wasn't sure even open MRI would be for me because in the other one, but turning my head made all the difference seeing it was open. He played music of my choice and it's obvious he genuinely tries to make the patient comfortable. I was given a disc of the images and sent on my way. I highly recommend this place to anyone at all who suffers from claustrophobia and needs an MRI. They really want you to be at ease and that makes a world of difference. My last scans were sitting upright 10yrs ago, but that's not available in Tucson. This is definitely a great other option!

    TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THEIR BILLING My wife had her mamogram…read moredone. A few weeks later we got a bill for approximately $ 350.00, claiming my wife's insurance paid all they will pay. We then called the Alignment Health Insur Co and was told Alignment pays the 'FULL' amount and put me on hold while the made the phone call to Radiology Ltd's BILLING PERSON!!! To make it 'CLEAR' Alignment pays for everything!!! Alignment came back on the line and advised it was taken care of with the billing representative for Radiology Ltd. All seemed good. BUT!!! ...Yesterday!!! We got the 'BILL' in the mail again. I called Radiology LTD again, but now they have many calls that are routed to another country. So requested to speak to a U.S. Office, ...finally got through to one..., and explained the issue. That Radiology Rep did find where 'their' payment from ALIGNMENT INSURANCE WAS MISHANDLED BY RADIOLOGY LTD AND SHE SAID SHE CLAIMED TO HAVE FIXED THEIR ( Radiology Ltd's ) ERROR. But today, a day later!!! we get a USPS NOTICE to SIGN FOR A COLLECTION LETTER FROM RADIOLOGY LTD. So will call Alignment and Radiology Ltd ''AGAIN' and try to get them to communicate!!! Done for now and will update later!!! Okay, just got off the phone with ALIGNMENT, they said they sent an EOB to Radiology Ltd on 1/12/2026. Radiology Ltd asked for the EOB ON 1/11/2026. So it seems like a hand shake was made. Plus alignment said they sent it to all the possible FAX numbers they had for Radiology Ltd, but possibly Radiology Ltd has yet another FAX NUMBER TO FORWARD MY WIFE's coverage to. So Alignment says they will look into it and call me back. Update later!!!
