The technician verbalized her unsolicited medical opinion. She told my daughter that the baby is breech (33 week) and she'll have to have a C-section. This just sent her in a tizzy and made her worry throughout the session and unable to enjoy the images of her baby....UPDATE... 3 days after she the sessiin my daughter was seen by her mudwife and confirmed the baby is NOT breech. She delivered vaginally and the baby is healthy. 2. The technician was pressing so hard on my daughters belly that made it uncomfortable 3. During the session, the technician answered her phone for a personal call. 4. Milagros is a Miracle Worker! Despite the placenta and the umbilical cord positioning- she was able to capture my baby boys face and even of him making different facial expressions. I melted at his smile! I 100% recommend any new mama out there to go to my First Image to see their baby. They have awesome packages that you can't find anywhere else. We got a stuffed animal with his heart beat recorded in it, a card with his heart beat and a 3D ultrasound pic in it, 3D pics and 2D pics, a flash drive with his ultrasound pics AND videos on it, and a DVD personalized for him with his name along with the ultrasounds, videos and even music! Milagros and My First Image are so amazing! I have had 3D/4D scans with my two previous children at two different places in Tucson and the experiences there didn't come close to this. The prices were MORE, for lesser services. I'm 25w5d and our baby was pretty cooperative. We got fantastic images of his face, hands, feet, body, and saw a variety of facial expressions and positions. Milagros was genuinely excited about seeing our boy with us and made it an extremely sentimental and memorable experience. Loved the service! My hubby and I wanted to see our little boy one more time before my due date. We had the ultrasound when I was 34 weeks and our boy was already big and getting ready for his arrival so it was a little hard to see him but Milagros did her best to catch his face even though he kept putting his hands and arms on his face. Milagros was very patient and took time to catch anything she could. When we left we forgot one of our pictures and a couple of days after I got it on my mail box, it was a very nice surprise! I have to say this is one of the best elective ultrasound places that I've ever used before. Karina is the kindest and so patient. I've had a delay in being able to get to a doctor due to recently moving to this state and needing to wait for open health insurance enrollment so I have seen Karina 3 times now so I can monitor my pregnancy and for peace of mind. Each visit she went above and beyond and it's made a world of difference for me with being in a stressful situation. Did the Best Day Ever package today and they were amazing! So friendly, took many pictures for us to choose from, allowed me to walk around and gave me orange juice to try to get our little girl to move, and got amazing pictures and videos even though it was difficult because her face was shoved in my placenta. I highly recommend. We had such a good experience and it was worth every penny. I had a very pleasant experience here. They do online booking as well as call-in appointments. The man who did my ultrasound was very nice to both my partner and I, courteous and professional. They're even open on Sundays! This was perfect with our work schedules. They offer a small room for a more intimate crowd or a large room for families to all join in. It's super comfortable. My only complaint was that it was relatively hard to find within the plaza. There was only 1 gate open in the whole complex, which we walked around the entire thing to find, and from there it's on the 2nd floor. It's not enough of a downside for them to lose a star though. They're doing a great job and I'd recommend them to a friend for sure. They even offer discounts off of subsequent visits in the same pregnancy. Perfect for this paranoid mama. read more

The facility was nice, but they got it wrong. I went in at 16 weeks and we were told that our baby was definitely a boy. At 20 weeks I had an anatomy scan through my doctor's office and the ultrasound tech said we were having a girl. She even double checked with her colleagues and they agreed it is a girl. I feel duped. For 4 weeks we thought we were having a boy. I question the qualifications of this business. I went with this company over Already Adorable because it was more affordable, but I feel like we wasted our money. read more
