I transitioned to this office years ago from Banner, following both my primary care physician and gynecologist, Dr. Borras and Dr. Ledesma. They were both wonderful providers. Since then, they have retired or moved into management roles. I now see Dr. Held, who is kind, compassionate, and really listens to my concerns. One feature I especially appreciate is their waitlist system. You can opt in to be notified of earlier appointment openings, and if a suggested time doesn't work for you, they'll continue sending additional openings as they become available. When I have an acute issue and need to be seen quickly, I love seeing Lisa Tucci, NP. She's fantastic--very caring, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I've had great experiences with both of these clinicians and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for care in Tucson. read more

The office is clean and it is at a very convenient location (Oracle & Ina). NA Kayla is very sweet and attentive. I saw Dr.Held for physical yesterday. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable to talk about my health and personal issues. She ordered needed lab and appointment at TMC for me and the staff from TMC called me on the same day to schedule an appointment. It was very smooth. I've been seeing Dr. Ryan Martinez for several years at the TMC 7510 N. Oracle Rd. Location. He is extremely knowledgeable, respectful and truly cares for his patients. The location is very convenient and has lab and X-ray services on site which is also convenient. I've been treated very well by the staff there also. The MA's and the front desk and the lab techs have all been very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Martinez! read more

TMCOne Oracle Road. This is the worst clinic I have ever experienced. Marana Health and El Rio beats the pants off this place. The staff is rude right from the start. There are NO nurses on staff. Only Medical assistants that only learn to give shots and draw blood. THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MEDICINE!! Yet they are the ones that answer your medical questions via the patient portal. This is why they want you to use them. My chart is completely inaccurate and so is my husbands. They put diagnosis in our charts that are not ours. Apparently the MA's make these mistakes since they have no idea what these certain diseases are. We are trying to get things out of our records and the Dr. and office is upset over us doing so. They are bothered by the time it takes instead of the insult it does to us when we go to another Dr. They also use DAX. DAX is AI. It records the conversation you are having with the Dr (Which should be private) and then AI decided what your illnesses are and not the Dr. You are allowed to opt out but you have to call the medical records department at TMC and get the forms, then turn them back into medial records. I did this at the office ages ago and Medical Records never got my forms so I had to do them over again. You can also opt out of CARE EVERYWHERE... This puts your information on the internet for any facility or Dr to see your records any place in the world. So if I go to MO, go to urgent care, then the Dr at TMC sees where you have been and what was the issue. This system at TMCOne was hacked a year ago. I now have my credit reports monitored and TMC is paying for it. Again and Again...pick another system to go to OR BE SURE TO OPT OUT SO YOU ARE NOT ON THE INTERNET BEING HACKED. Banner, Carondelet, OR Northwest are better. Anything is better than this. I totally agree with the other reviews that the office manager is a mean horrible person to the patients. Again...she is not medical. Good Luck and please take the time to place complaints with Medicare/Medicaid/your Insurance company. My primary care physician left and I did not get notice of her departure so when I called to make an appointment I found out on that call that I had no PCP. I have a prescription that needs to be refilled. I started calling on Thursday , October 31st asking to speak with the Office Manager to figure out how to get my prescription filled. No return call. I called on Friday, no return call. I called on Monday and Tuesday, no return calls despite very clear messages that my prescription is not an auto-refill. I went in person on Wednesday, November 7th and finally met face to face with the Office Manager Kenisha who promised that a physician would refill my prescription, but a call from my pharmacy told me they did not get approval from that office. I called immediately. No return call. I called on Thursday, no return phone call. I am a patient in that practice and cannot get the simple courtesy of a return phone call or any interest in getting the medication I obviously need. I am essentially invisible. The Office Manager should not be in a position of 'authority' in a health care practice. Do NOT sign up for this practice. You will not be respected or attended to. read more

As some other patients have rightfully mentioned, the office manager "Kanesha Watson", is very arrogant and mean with zero desire to help. I had to cancel my doctor appointment only and only because of the unprofessional and inappropriate behavior of the office manager on the phone. My review is for TMC ONE LaCanada. I saw an NP Strand. She was the rudest , nasty uncaring clinician I have ever been too. I was trying to reestablish care after my husband died and my doctor retired because I got new insurance. The first question she asked me coming through the door was why did you leave your other Physician? No hi I'm sewing, so what can I do for you today etc. Just totally focused on my meds and who gave me the meds and why did they give me the meds and then she said you need to see a psychiatrist and you need to see pain management and then got up and walked out of the room while then turning around and saying she was going to drug test me. I just gotten out of the hospital with a kidney stone and who is she to drug test me anyway and for what reason. I went into transfer prescriptions get a shingles shot give her my current history pertinent past history. She didn't care about any of that didn't ask me about it didn't check me. I was still sitting in the chair with my coat on while she just kept clicking her tongue and shaking her head. I am a healthcare professional myself and I would never treat a patient this way and if I did, I'd be fired maybe not in this environment but you would be fired and my daughter is a nurse practitioner and she doesn't treat her patients this way, but for some reason this witch with a B is the nastiest most inefficient, incompetent NP, I have ever met, and I've met a lot. I know most of the physicians in this town, and I've never ever been treated in such a manner as this woman treated me I have now called friends of mine to find a different doctor and to get some help and they found me someone who is competent knows what they're doing and cares about their patients. I highly recommend you don't step foot in a TMC1 and that you certainly don't see this woman because if anything is going to happen to you or anybody's gonna miss it it's gonna be her. I didn't look at the reviews for TMC one prior to going because they all have bad reviews, this one didn't have a place to review so I'm just giving you a heads up now. Beware the only nice person in that office. I met was her MA and I think she was so embarrassed by her behavior that she didn't know what to do. I traditionally do not like PAs, because they misdiagnosed so often but I have started to question just how competent the NPs are now too. I was 29 years with the same doctor before he retired always treated with the upmost respect and care to say the least. I was shocked by this witch. Very mean and arrogant staff that doesn't care about the well being of the patients. Not only did they argue with me on the phone about a referral for a neurologist, they sent me a letter to continue the argument and further upset me. I couldn't make a neurologist appointment after 30 minutes of being on hold, because the neurologist said that this doctor's office needed to cancel the one they sent and send the right one. Upon calling tmcone office to tell them what I was told, tmcone staff argued. Heather and Kanesha keep insisting they sent the correct one, the neurologist says otherwise and I couldn't make an appointment. I'm still left with no appointment and now I lost a good doctor, Dr Ledesma, at TMCOne because his staff is cruel. They still won't listen to me and instead of contacting the neurologist to tell THEM, they insist on telling me while the neurologist won't make an appointment for me. It's very difficult to make an appointment with my job schedule, because of hold time. How is this fair to me? Who can I report them to? I'm not being acknowledged or listened to on this matter and I'm depressed because I feel like they're bullies and are only concerned with being right instead of helping me get my appointment. TMCOne sent me a letter after I got upset and hung up on them, to show me they sent the right referral instead of communicating with the neurologist. They took the time to highlight, make a note, and use their postage to send it quickly to rub it in my face. Ooh wow, I get a letter ooh ahh I'm so convinced, wow, this is so amazing I should frame it! How exciting! I got a letter wooooooow I'm soooooooo ammmmmazed o m g.
