I can only speak from my own personal experience when I share I had one of the best experiences today. I am huge on exceptional customer service and a great bedside manner, so much so, I am willing to travel as far as necessary to find just that. Before I even arrived at the center, the communication and friendly reminders about the upcoming appointment I scheduled were very helpful for me. Upon arriving, I was greeted immediately and made to feel like the staff was expecting me. That alone was top notch for me. I found each encounter with each staff member including Dr. Cox, made me feel more comfortable and even a bit excited as I learned exactly what to expect during my first visit. I was both relaxed and felt I was assured by Dr. Cox himself, that he would only proceed with services he offered if after learning more about my needs and concerns it was indeed a good fit. I appreciated his honesty about this rather than a lack of concern for my health just to make money. Lastly, after my initial consult, tests and detailed explanation of what each one meant (which were so cool to see results of) it was determined I was a good fit and Dr. Cox would be able to help me. I finally had my adjustment and Dr. Cox explained each step as to what he would be doing. It was a great experience for me, and I feel very excited about returning for my additional services in the future. I just want the staff to know how very much I appreciated each and every one of them that I encountered today. One thing I liked was the call button inside the chamber. It was reassuring to know someone was immediately available if I needed anything. For personal comfort, I prefer having the lights on rather than off while in the chamber. I know it's psychological, but I feel calmer being sealed in with the lights on. The lights automatically shut off after about 15 minutes, so I had to ring the call button to have them turned back on. That worked fine, especially during my second visit, and the staff was responsive. The office is conveniently located, easy to get to, and overall the experience felt supportive and well run.
