They called me and said that particular doctor doesn't see anyone over 22 years old. Well I'm older! I literally went into the facility and made another appointment. They said they had no record of me, I was a previous patient for another injury two years prior. They said they would contact me and they never did. I called them more than once no return call I had a dentist appointment who was just around the corner and went in again And they said they didn't have anybody that could see me????????? I happen to be a medical professional myself, and have referred people there in the past, and they will not ever get another referral from me . Horrible.

I asked for the Dr. to confirm HER appointments were billed through SPARCC and therefore covered, she responded; 'yes, they are billed through SPARCC'...then looking past me at the gal at the desk... WAY TOO QUICKLY ADDED: "but I'm not positive, because I don't work in BILLING!" hmmm....... so many mysteries. If you need Physical Therapy, and money is so object, AND you need a new hobby, then this place might be ok for you! There WAS a delightful worker, Maddie, who I hope finds a REPUTABLE place to use here kindness and grace. For those reasons and MANY more, REALLY, MANY MORE, I suggest NO!!!! oh, PS: They REALLY needed me to go to their special imaging place! Every person I had the pleasure of talking to on his staff were super friendly, super helpful, and just overall awesome! Dr. Senese himself was personable, knowledgable, and very helpful. He explained to me everything he saw on my x-ray and helped me to understand what was going on. He listened to and addressed all of my concerns, and came up with a great game plan to help treat me. So far, so good. It is also important for me to note how much I appreciate that he is in his own practice, and not a giant group. The giant groups are miserable to deal with, from trying to get them on the phone to make an appointment, to the wait in the office for said appointment. This didn't happen here. You don't go through menus to talk to someone. The woman that answers the phone can help you with everything you need, short of actually talking to the doctor. The wait time in the office was only a few minutes, and I was early to my appointment. He was on time had I not been early. I was seen by the doctor within 5 minutes of having my vitals taken and issues written down by the nurse. Based on this first visit, I would recommend Dr. Senese to anyone!

He adjusted my exercises based on my pain level. The atmosphere was always pleasant & upbeat. At times 2 other staff members helped me with exercises, frequently saying "Looking good, Peter!" Front office staff was always welcoming and encouraging. He is certainly not a doctor who will 'fluff and puff' you. He told me on my first visit that he doesn't mince words and he tells it straight. I very much prefer that. He did an excellent job on my knee and I'm doing great in Rehab! Knee replacement is painful, no doubt about it - but that's going to be the case no matter who does the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Meaney - if I ever have to have any orthopedic surgery in the future I will definitely ask him to be my surgeon!

Shown to my room quickly and Dr. Gallo came in soon after that. (It is an absolute pet peeve of mine when I schedule an appt but I'm not seen until much later!) -Dr. Gallo was professional but extremely personable. Friendly, good sense of humor--NONE of the arrogance, uncaring attitude or rushing out the door I've experienced in the past. -My procedure (removal of stitches) could be done in the office by Dr. Gallo's staff (who were also very nice and funny) Will DEFINITELY be back and highly recommend Dr. Gallo if you are looking for a great doctor!

LISTEN TO THE REST THE REVIEWS - find a different doctor…read more I constantly had issues with, Laura (the manager) and I should have just found another PC - but I just thought "yeah they're rude, but I can deal with that because I can make appointments relatively fast". A mistake that's now cost me health, money and a lot of time. They didn't submit the proper documentation to my insurance on time - even though I called and asked multiple times - each time I was met with a rude tone, as if "we're not stupid - don't ask us again". Well, my insurance confirmed that the office ignored multiple phone calls and faxes trying to get it covered. They lied and wouldn't even try to help resolve the issue - then calling the company that she works for - they couldn't care less. They "looked into" my issues and found no problems. They wouldn't talk to my insurance or care to look at the evidence - they said "we talked with Dr Gallo's staff and everything was done properly". No, it wasn't and that's why I'm not liable for THEIR referrals - because they wouldn't submit it within the timeframe needed and lied about it. We choose professionals to do things like that because it's a complex deal understanding the processes and policies involved. They don't act professional and it's as if they enjoyed my issues - both Dr Gallo and Laura. I'm going to sue them because it's cost me months of treatment, a financial loss and countless hours of my life - not to mention the stress it's put on me. Run away - don't walk - this office is only interested in your money.
