I highly recommend Dr. Meaney - if I ever have to have any orthopedic surgery in the future I will definitely ask him to be my surgeon!

I have seen Dr. Endean for chronic shoulder pain and knee pain. I had a decompression surgery to…read morereduce impingement on my shoulder done many years ago, and was sure I was heading down this path again. After ordering an MRI and learning it was more of a tendonitis issue, Dr. Endean was supportive that I had visited a rolfer who loosened the muscle tightness surrounding my shoulder, and sent me for physical therapy to strengthen the muscles and tendons. I was very relieved and pleased that he didn't rush me into another surgery and didn't scoff at the fact I found relief in a non-pharmaceutical way. My shoulder is pain free now. My next issue was a knee injury, which felt like something drastic. Again, after tests showed my knee was structurally okay and I needed to do more self-care and rest, my trust in his judgement as a thorough doctor who wasn't an aggressive surgeon became even stronger. However, when surgery is needed, he would be my choice. He did surgery to repair a torn meniscus for my husband's knee, which went great. He walked from the surgical facility to the car and had no pain. Dr. Endean is an athlete himself and seems to understand well how to best approach an injury with the best resolution and the least invasive process. He also has a great sense of humor and good bedside manner. His staff is very good and I have never had to wait for long periods of time, so the office runs efficiently.

I was up and walking around immediately after surgery and started physical therapy 2 days later. The physical therapist commented that I was walking very well (with a walker) considering I'd had surgery just 2 days earlier. Post surgery I took recommended doses of OTC painkillers the first night and day and felt no pain. I did not need any painkillers after that. I found Dr. Petrow easy to talk with. He provided clear explanations of what the surgery entailed. Unlike some other reviewers I did not find him to be arrogant or obnoxious. The office is well run and efficient.

I have never had a hip replacement. He brushed that off real quick, you know because he is so awesome. Very quickly, he told me he could not do the surgery because my BMI was too high and told me to come back when I lost weight. He is rude and caustic. Maybe he is a good surgeon, but I am betting it's hard to get past his personality and god complex to get to the surgery part.

As a former athlete, getting adjusted was necessary, I was constantly pulling out ribs, my SI joints twist, its just a lovely pain (thats sarcasm). Im used to "bone crackers", lots of brute force! Pop those puppies in there kinda routine. This is totally different. Totally. Different. Muscle testing telling Dr P what is actually going on with my body. No extremely forceful cracking. It doesn't feel like things are moving, cause theres no crack... but they are aligning and moving. Its fascinating how this works. I rarely hear an audible crack in my lower and mid back. Just the typical neck cracks.. but I get up, and theres an immediate difference. Then he tests you for suppliments similar to how a Homepathic Dr does - he knows 100 suppliments off the top of his head aswell. I am impressed. Like seriously impressed. He even adjusts people with severe, and large bone spurs, and fusions - no other Chiro would touch my friends who have had fusions. I refer him a lot. Totally different experience. Brandi the office manager is seriously impressive. We got to talking. 30 years in Pharmacy and has an MBA. Not to mention I was very concerned about a drug interaction - she listed of all the side effects of the medication - and knew the deug interactions. I was shocked!
