Jeffrey let's me know that the appraiser incorrectly zoned the property and refused to change it. For clarity, most lenders won't approve a loan when appraisal report is mismatch from the city zoning. This is THEIR appraiser! And this was brought up to me 3 weeks after the appraisal was actually done. I have no idea who is scamming these ratings but this was the most terrible property purchasing experience of my life. I walked away because I just could not fathom continuing to work with these incompetent people.

Some of the initial lenders would make the initial contact and then drop us off their radar and from the others we would simply not hear back from them. After some online searches I found Anita and her team. I immediately realized that her team would be the lender that would get us ready for our home search.
