If I could give a million star rating I would!! We had been applying with one lender and another since January 2022. Some of the initial lenders would make the initial contact and then drop us off their radar and from the others we would simply not hear back from them. After some online searches I found Anita and her team. I submitted an inquiry and Anita quickly reached back out to me, ensured that her team would take care of us and let me know that I could call her or her team with any questions or concerns we might have. I immediately realized that her team would be the lender that would get us ready for our home search. We began the underwriting process and their dashboard made it extremely easy to upload and sign documents. Very user friendly! I had a ton of questions and would keep reaching out to Anita and she would gladly provide her recommendation and feedback. After about a week or so, I had reached out to her again and let her know that we needed a new agent and then she recommended us to an amazing realtor, Veronica Morin. We went on one day of showings (it was a Monday). Then, that same week on Wednesday, we submitted an offer on a house and by Thursday of the same week we were in escrow. I give credit to Anita's team which had us ready to close escrow in 17 days and also Veronica's constant communication with the seller's agent for getting us our home in such a quick and painless process. Special shout out to Anita's team who would constantly call for updates and reminders to help us stay on top of our escrow process! Really appreciated that I could call them for any updates and go the extra mile to ensure nothing got delayed with escrow. If we wouldn't have documents or something was missing, he would make the necessary calls and get the ball moving again. Truly appreciate Cardinal Financial for taking care of us the whole way through and not just seeing us as another job. My wife and I extremely recommend them for your home buying needs! read more

Where do I even start?!? First and foremost Anita and her team always knock it out of the park and go above and beyond what is expected! Secondly, this is the second time Anita and her team have helped us with our home buying mission! With our first home it seemed so fair fetched but somehow she walked us through it and made home ownership a reality! Now 3 years later as we looked for our forever home, Anita was right by our side, making our dreams come true! I am a worrier by nature and Anita and her team were able to walk me through ever step and answer ever question no matter the time or place! Words cannot express my gratitude to this amazing team and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. If I ever need to buy another home (hopefully not in the near future), I know Anita and her team will be there to continue to support me!! If your looking to buy or refinance, this is truly the team you need to turn to!! Thank you so much for putting up with my crazy, calming me down, helping me understand and getting me through ever step!!! Forever grateful !!! read more

I had a great experience with Edgar, Anita, and their team from the very 1st day they communicated with us. They made sure that we fully understood the home loan process since we were first-time homebuyers. They assisted us on navigating the process of obtaining the loan. They made sure all our questions were answered promptly, our documents were the right ones, and they reminded us diligently on what we should do or not along the way. Overall, it was a rewarding and positive experience. Edgar's team made me realize that Home-buying is not as stressful as others perceive it. I highly recommend Edgar's team to anyone who wants to be a homeowner. Awesome team! read more

It was such a pleasure to work with Anita and her team for our refinance. We have talked to two separate banks prior to Anita and by far, she was the easiest, smoothest and most knowledgeable. Our case was a little specific and unique compared to a straight forward application process. The title and the document signing over-seas were involved. She still figured it out what's best for us and it worked without any hiccups. She and her team were always reachable and their reply was always prompt with some personal touches. I wish I could purchase more homes knowing her service would make it so easy and fast. :) Thank you very much, Anita and the team! You all are so wonderful! read more

Earlier this year (2019), I contacted Edgar and Anita to purchase a home using the VA Home Loan, which required a funding fee. The funding fee is a percentage of the loan amount, but will vary depending on certain situations. For me it was approx $7K. At the time of the loan, Edgar and Anita, mentioned that if I was receiving any disability compensation from the Navy, then the funding would be waived. But at the time of loan, I was not receiving any compensation, although I had a case pending. Few months later, I was finally awarded with my disability compensation. With the good news, I contacted Edgar and Anita again, and without delay, they began the necessary paper work to waive the funding fee with our mortgage holder. In few weeks, my funding fee was auto-deposited into my bank account. With that bit of information from Edgar and Anita at the beginning of our loan process, we would have never known about refund of our VA funding fee. Just another example of superb customer service from Edgar and Anita - educated us on VA benefits, and acting promptly when called upon - To Edgar and Anita... Thank-you! Ben & Evelyn read more

My journey with Anita and her team has been outstanding from minute one. Anita accommodated to my crazy schedule and the ton of anxiety over finding a new home for my little family with a quick turnaround. We had all odds working against us; Fair credit, student loans, credit card debt and small savings for a down payment. Anita's confidence and expertise gave us an unprecedented peace of mind and removed all anxiety from this process. She gave us 3 different programs and explain them in a simple but detailed matter. Anita's contagious confidence and enthusiasm made the entire loan and home-buying process a great experience. We recommend Anita and her team to everyone that wants to be protected, advised and cared for through their home-buying process. Thanks, Anita and team, you made our home a reality! read more

Edgar and Anita helped us navigating the home-buying process for our first home purchase in the United States. Edgar was very professional and answered all our questions. To be completely fair, we felt that there was some unnecessary stress here and there in the process due to occasional communication issues. Our feedback for Anita is that timeliness and transparency in communication is a potential area for improvement. Nonetheless, ultimately we were able to close on time and everything went as planned, so we are satisfied with the outcome. Thank you, Edgar and Anita, for helping us buying our house. read more

We want to share our experience with Edgar, Anita and Maria to get our first time ever dream home; it was actually a super easy process, we were nervous as we didn't knew the path that we should take to buy, this team did so great, they clear all of our questions and they answer every single call when we had a doubt until we found the best option for us, there was no moment at all where we felt compelled or pressured to make the call for the purchase, as they were very understanding, because they know that this is a huge decision for our family, we went to visit houses with Maria, who helped to choose, she is SUPER nice, she did not put any pressure at all, and she profile our search to offer us properties with the characteristics that we were looking, until we found the one. Then the amazing team of Edgar and Anita did an amazing job for the financial side of things, having us in escrow and getting everything approved in less than three weeks, we could not believe when we got the house keys on our hands. This is the best team I could select to work with, they are honest and tell you with the truth, they will be working so hard until you find your dream home as it happen to us, this team will make things happen! read more

Thanks to Anita, Joel and Victoria (and probably others behind the scenes) who all helped with my home purchase. I am very excited to share that we closed in 19 days, all in thanks to Anita and her team! This is my first home purchase and having never gone through this process before I wasn't sure what to expect, but WOW! 5+ Stars!! From the first call with Anita and subsequent calls with her and her team at PHE I was never left in the dark - I knew the game plan from the get-go and where we were at every step. Whenever I needed Anita or the team they were there for me to answer my questions or give me advice. There are complexities to house buying I just hadn't thought of and in my situation in particular but never was I left feeling undervalued as a client, unaware of what was going on or what was needed of me to make this happen. I had total faith and confidence in Anita and her team in every step in the process. Thank you Anita and team for giving me this opportunity and getting me into my first home. read more

I could not be happier with my experience with Peoples Home Equity. After trying twice to refinance with a big bank I did some online research and discovered larger banks were not best and consumers should use local businesses. So I went to Lending Tree to get some quotes. Russell and Peoples Home Equity got back to me immediately. Their system was completely online and convenient from financial document uploads to online digital signing, I never had to leave my office. Russell and his team were always available and I was very pleased with their continued communication throughout the process so I knew exactly what was going on. What I was most impressed with was Russell's number crunching and financial advice. He came up with a debt consolidation solution that eliminated all of my other debts, reduced my monthly mortgage payments, and saved me over $900 a month in bill payments!! I'm still pinching myself and I am eternally grateful for Peoples Home Equity. This has been a huge relief, like a boulder lifted from my shoulders, and I'm walking on cloud nine. read more

It was not long ago that my husband and I felt defeated and discouraged hearing that we would not pre-qualify for a home loan. While working with another loan agency, our realtor recommended we speak with Edgar as we weren't gaining very much information from the lenders we had been speaking to. Edgar spent over an hour listening to our situation and guiding us in step by step directions to how we would reach our goal of qualifying to purchase a home. We followed that advice and not even six months later we are about to close escrow on a home that we could only dream about buying so soon. Thanks to Edgar, Anita, and their team we were able to get pre-approved and get our offer accepted on a beautiful home that is perfect for our family! With only a week before closing we feel at ease and confident in our transaction. Anita was our last hope. We had been turned away by other loan agents and told our mortgage goals were unrealistic because of the complexities of our financial situation. Anita came up with several options using very creative strategies and eventually got us an outstanding mortgage to get us into our dream home. She fought for us and clearly was our advocate when working with the underwriters for the loan. We emphatically recommend Anita and her outstanding team as a loan agent.
