Some of the initial lenders would make the initial contact and then drop us off their radar and from the others we would simply not hear back from them. After some online searches I found Anita and her team. I submitted an inquiry and Anita quickly reached back out to me, ensured that her team would take care of us and let me know that I could call her or her team with any questions or concerns we might have. I immediately realized that her team would be the lender that would get us ready for our home search. We began the underwriting process and their dashboard made it extremely easy to upload and sign documents. Very user friendly! I had a ton of questions and would keep reaching out to Anita and she would gladly provide her recommendation and feedback. After about a week or so, I had reached out to her again and let her know that we needed a new agent and then she recommended us to an amazing realtor, Veronica Morin. We went on one day of showings (it was a Monday). Then, that same week on Wednesday, we submitted an offer on a house and by Thursday of the same week we were in escrow. I give credit to Anita's team which had us ready to close escrow in 17 days and also Veronica's constant communication with the seller's agent for getting us our home in such a quick and painless process. Special shout out to Anita's team who would constantly call for updates and reminders to help us stay on top of our escrow process! Really appreciated that I could call them for any updates and go the extra mile to ensure nothing got delayed with escrow. If we wouldn't have documents or something was missing, he would make the necessary calls and get the ball moving again. Truly appreciate Cardinal Financial for taking care of us the whole way through and not just seeing us as another job. My wife and I extremely recommend them for your home buying needs!

When we bought our first home four years ago, I had only been in the U.S. for six months after immigrating. Despite that, Josh found a way to secure us a loan when other lenders said no. During our second purchase, Josh went above and beyond again. He noticed from the listing photos that a property technically zoned as a condo was actually a detached home and proactively got it approved for single-family financing, saving us hundreds of dollars each month. He did this without me asking. Felt like he really wanted to get us the lowest rate possible. Throughout both transactions, Josh and his team were communicative, transparent, honest, and responsive. I had lost my job in 2016 and my finances quickly spiraled out of control. I was so overwhelmed that instead I just ignored my financial responsibilities and slowly but surely the collections and missed payments just started to pile up. fast forward to two years and my credit report was absolutely abysmal. I knew I needed to get my credit score sorted out and quickly, after all your credit score dictates a lot of the options you have in everyday life. I couldn't get a credit card, I couldn't get approved for an auto loan, I couldn't get an apartment and it was very clear that there was no other way around this. I would have to pay me creditors. Of course when you are this far behind your debts have been sold once, twice, maybe even three times and half the time you do not know where to begin. I was days away from filing for bankruptcy but it was just something I could not move forward with. How could I let my finances get so bad? It was time to own up and tackle my debts head first. In December of 2018 I had finally made the decision that I couldn't undertake this dilemma alone and I finally decided to reach out to Frank. Frank called me about an hour after I had submitted a contact request online and then proceeded to chat with me for about a half an hour or so. Keep in mind this is all before I had even hired him for his services. He took time out of his day to speak with me although there was no guarantee that I would be of any value to him. Thats when I knew Frank was the guy! I was not ready for Franks services then and there and told him I would reach back out when I had some money saved and could start paying off debts he then told me no worries and asked me to call him when I was ready. I called him 6 months later and he never once pressured me or called me beforehand to follow up and try to squeeze any money out of me. From the moment we originally started working on my credit to the moment all of my accounts were sorted was about 6 months but YMMV depending on your finances. My credit is now back on track to where it was years ago and a huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. I have new credit accounts, a new car, and no longer in a bottomless pit of debt! Frank not only helps you get back on track but also educates you for a future of credit success. I owe Frank a massive thank you for getting my life back on track!
