I ordered my appliance package through salesperson Don. Was offered, in writing, the option of receiving a monetary refund or an extended warranty if I went with a current promotion. I chose the extended warranty as I had spent a great sum on the Wolf/Subzero package that included a total of 7 appliances. The extended warranty offer was the deciding factor as to why I purchased this particular package. The appliances came in staggered, with some taking well over a YEAR to arrive. Of course they blamed in on the manufacturer and Covid. Upon arrival and install, the installation "professionals" at First Coast Supply damaged my brand new custom cabinets. I had to have them repainted. Then, when it came time to ensure that I had indeed received my extended warranty, I learned that I did not have the extended warranty as agreed due to not "selecting" this and filling out some form. This was the first I heard of it and I certainly never received the form. First Coast supply had over a year to inform me of this and never did. First Coast Supply has essentially placed the blame on me and is refusing to do anything about the situation. Their response is "we cannot do anything about it." Some much for customer service. This is the second full kitchen appliance package I have purchased from First Coast Supply. I would highly recommend avoiding this business for any of your needs. They are happy to take your money and then when they make a mistake, they blame it on the customer and refuse to make it right. Don't make the same mistake that I did. read more

I've spent literally, tens of thousands of dollars since 2009-10 through 2025, but it's frustrating dealing with these sales people. Marissa in particular. How does she keep her job? I've purchased all my kitchen appliances and 2 Bidet toilets over the years. They have a great showroom and I wanted to give them MORE business just this week but Marissa never, NEVER calls back. The Thermador appliances are fantastic and the selection and help inside First Coast Supply's building was amazing. I recently went back to them for updated bathroom fixtures and faucets. we purchased all our cabinets and appliances from first coast for our new home. The kitchen designer was meticulous and thorough. HOWEVER, the ultracraft cabinets we purchased were not high quality. Several cabinets came without doors, when they replaced the doors, they did not match. Ultracraft said this was due to "grain" in natural wood-- but all the cabinet doors that came at the same time did match. We have large cabinet runs, so it looks ridiculous. Also, they had 3 price increases while we were waiting to order the cabinets; we offered to buy them and store them in advance, but they refused to allow us to do so. Then, when they ordered the cabinets, they came late, delaying our move in by almost two months. In contrast, they made us pay for our appliances early, and 18 months later, they were still not in. The didn't try to find another for us. I found one in five minutes, in stock at Lowes. We were so frustrated with our experience, we reached out to the company president. He had no compassion for our situation and said they were at the mercy of their suppliers. Yet, they had no problem taking our money. They even asked us to give them $5,000 deposit before we even confirmed working with them. As others have said, quality is not great, service is not great, and prices are high. We were in need of replacing four 22 year old Sub Zero appliances, and while we had to wait 16 months to get them due to Sub Zero supply chain issues , First Coast Supply could not have done a better job. From initial discussions and configuration decisions, to updating us on latest delivery information, they were always timely. They had their cabinet shop remove and reduce our custom cabinets above the new units to accommodate the higher refridgerator and freezer heights and then perfectly matched our custom color, and then reinstalled the units. The removal of the old units and installation of the new units went flawlessly and right on time. The installers were extremely professional and courteous and took great pains to insure (a) they protected our floors, (b) performed the installation properly, and then (c) walked us through the (new) key features and internal configurations. I STRONGLY reccomend them and will continue to use them for any appliance needs I have in the future. read more

Designer ordered and ultimately Installed the wrong subzero refrigerator in our new house and then tried to "fix" it by switching out the doors with the model we wanted. Michelle assured me that subzero sanctioned the switch. Immediately lights and the control panel in the refrigerator quit working. I called subzero and they couldn't believe their local dealer did this. Subzero arranged to order a new refrigerator. Additionally, our cabinetry in the house was never installed correctly and we have Cabinet doors that don't align and colors that don't match. We also have pieces we paid for that were never installed. When we asked the designer she said they were back ordered. This is appalling. They have provided us with no update as to when they will resolve their poor design and installation. Needless to say, we are not happy with First Coast and couldn't recommend their services. UPDATE--It is now three months since we moved in and First Coast still has not addressed the design and color issues with the cabinetry in my husbands office and the cabinetry in our living room. I have never been so disappointed in building a custom home and using a company that our builder sent us to and having such a poor experience. They now treat us like they are doing us a favor...just appalling and so disappointing to have built our forever home and be living this cabinetry and appliance nightmare. On a positive note, the last installation repair man that they sent out to fix the generally poor installation issues throughout the house was lovely and did a really nice job. Unfortunately, he couldn't complete the job because Melissa hadn't ordered the door hinge parts and the cutting board that she had told me was backordered in August actually appears to never have been ordered because he had to measure for it. After a 11 month wait we had the wolf dual fuel range and blower installed in new build. Having paid for install two men showed and the work we paid for could have been done by a two year old. leveling stove was never accomplished and had I not checked ,these men were leaving without hooking electric up to hood. I would have been better off. I paid another electric to do a professional installation. When I notified first coast the manager would not even return my calls. read more

Called to discuss several upgrades to my appliances. And in an instance it became too complicated for the sales person and she (Kerry) just said good time finding your solutions. She hangs up the phone and I was shocked. I wanted a $3600 under counter refrigerator/freezer - with business in the future. These people are doing more business than they can handle. Some years ago, I updated plumbing and kitchen fixtures and had granite countertops installed in two rooms. On the positive side, the countertop installers did an excellent job. On the negative side, my brand-new refrigerator arrived with a defect. Although the unit had never been used, the owner wanted to "fix" it rather than replacing the unit with a non-defective one. It took considerable effort to persuade him to do the right thing. It was a most unpleasant and dismaying experience. Well, bad memories fade (and sometimes business owners sell their companies) so I recently, with some trepidation, visited the showroom to discuss renovating a bathroom that had not been part of the first renovation. The young man who worked with us could not have been less interested. He didn't know and wouldn't find out prices. He didn't know which types of countertop surfaces would usually be more expensive than others. He kept saying it wasn't his normal work area. I asked to have a granite person call me when he or she was in the next day. Although the salesman shrugged and agreed, I never heard from anyone. read more

I ordered a range vent hood 12-17-21. The sales person insisted I pay in full, so I did. Big mistake! The vent hood order lingered around "on order" for months and months. The sales person seldom returned calls until I finally said I'm cancelling the order and want my money back. Salesperson said OK, unless the hood was on a trunk from the west coast. Well, it was absolutely miraculous that was exactly the case! The hood showed up shortly thereafter but the extended trim piece originally ordered and paid for needed to cover the exhaust pipe to our high ceiling didn't appear for the next two months. In the end our kitchen was disrupted until August 2nd 2022---seven months to get this appliance fully installed and functioning. Never was there a phone call from First Coast informing us of the delay, seldom a returned call when I inquired about the status of my order. Even more insulting, the billing clerk emailed me a bill for the pre-paid trim piece the day after installation. That's either crooked practice or incompetence, take your pick. After knowing all this and you still insist on doing business with this firm, don't pay anything until the item is fully installed and working. If they don't agree, walk away. I would give them no stars except for two very competent installers. Were I the owner of this firm, I'd fire the local management , sales manager and billing staff and start over. read more

Worst experience of any home supply service store I have ever had! This company and the people that are employed are unprofessional, unethical and incompetent. I remodeled three bathrooms and a wet bar. They did not meet one schedule date on the cabinets or granite. "Donna Allen Sales rep" also shipped the wrong values for the shower heads three times! I'm still waiting on the correct extender for the rain shower head (And it's been over three months). They also over sold me on a bill of material that I did not need and now they will not take back! To add to my already bad experience, I had my contractor and subs lined up for counter top delivery and they never showed. When I called them they said that their granite saw broke the week before and it would take two weeks to repair. When I asked why they did not call me to let me know because I had my team ready, they wouldn't even offer an apology for the delay. To top this off, weeks later I received a call from Dennis Lobeda (one of the managers) asking about a past due bill. When I asked him what it was for and I had not received any bills he got very upset and started to use profanity. I asked again, what was it for and that I would like a bill of material before handing over my CC info for 3K bill. Dennis was furious and proceeded to scream and yell. And this is how they show their appreciation for a customer that has spent over 20k with them??? What unprofessionalism all of First Coast showed! read more

Visited First Coast Supply bc we are remodeling our kitchen. Lady at front desk was obviously on a personal call and instead of asking them to hold on, she just talked to them and asked us to sign in and walk back to the showroom. We walked around for at least 15 minutes and no one said a word to us. There were workers dealing with other customers, but a "we'll be with you shortly" would have been nice. We finally left without being helped. This is the second time I tried to give them some business. A few years ago we were going to purchase several appliances. I talked to a lady at First Coast Supply who gave me prices and info. Then when I went back, she was on vacation. They asked another worker to help me but when he found out I had already talked to the woman and knew he wouldn't be getting the commission , he was not interested in helping me at all. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! I ordered a GE convection microwave on January 25,2021 . Today is July 6, 2021 and I still don't have it . I understand with Covid production is taking longer, however no one has ever contacted me with any updates. Every time I call, my salesperson KYLE, is never there and I am put through to voicemail. Not one single time has he or anyone returned my phone calls. Today I called to ask once again when would I get my microwave and they put me through to a salesman named DON who told me without my sales order he couldn't help me. I asked if he could look it up for me and he flat out said no. He said they would call me when they get it. When i asked him politely if he could just look up they sales order he said "NO, I dont have time for this!' and then he HUNG UP ON ME !!!! The cost of granite for them was also ver reasonable and instal is perfect. They make the whole process so seamless. We used First Coast Supply when re-doing our kitchen and would NEVER do business with them again. Juan sold us on appliances that are terrible. When I contacted Juan and the owner Stanley, they sent their installation guy once who said that everything was "within normal limits". I am very disappointed in the products that they sold me and very disappointed in the complete lack of customer support after the purchase. I would never use them again. Horrible Customer Service! The people at First Coast Supply are untrustworthy. I had to get more panels that matched my existing kitchen cabinet, so a friend of mine took me to First Coast Supply. One of their employees named Corey came to my home and took one of my existing panels to match the style and color. I needed 12 more panels like that and received an estimate of $24,000 (about $2000 a panel) from them! I thought that was ridiculous. I could redo my whole kitchen brand new for less than that. The problem started when I asked for my panel back that Corey took. He told me that he thought that it was trash and threw it away. He said that he was sorry and would pay for a new panel if we sent him an estimate. I thought that was fair and asked my architect to get an estimate from a kitchen place for that. When my architect gave Corey the estimate, which was $443 for that panel, Corey refused to pay for that saying that panel does not cost more than $125. My architect explained to Corey that we cannot get a panel for that low price and if he could get it, then to replace my panel with a new one. He said that he cannot do that and he would only pay $125. So we had to call his boss and the owner Tim Deck to explain what was going on. Apparently Corey already spoke to him and said that we told him our panel was trash and to throw it away. What a liar!!! But the owner Tim Deck was an even more of jerk that he would not listen to us and supported his employee blindly. He yelled at my architect and told him that he was trying to cheat them by giving him a BS story and trying to take advantage of them. He accused my architect of getting the estimate from someone he knows that probably increased the price of the panel to get more money out of them. He said that he is in this business for a long time and knows that the panel won't cost more than $125 and that was all he was willing to pay for it. But apparently they were willing to charge me $2000 for one panel, the crooks! So I told him that I did not need his money and if he is able to, just replace the lost panel, for which he did not have a reply. He just started to yell at us and said he didn't want to talk to us anymore about this. I told him that it is not appropriate to treat a customer like this and it will reflect badly on his business. He said that he did not care what I thought and he had a good reputation. Well obviously the "customer is always right" is not his motto! I have several friends who are building new homes and will not recommend First Coast Supply to them!!! As a matter of fact I think their competitors Ferguson is much better than them! I have already purchased through Ferguson and am very happy with them. The worst part of this whole fiasco is that my poor architect (a kind and gentle Christian soul) got yelled at for trying to help with the situation. We spent well over $50,000 with these guys on a big residential project at the recommendation of our builder. They were pricy but we believed having a local company would ease installation and service issues down the road with the several brands we purchased from them - but this turned out to not be the case. We had problems with a number of units, and they made it very clear they had no interest or responsibly to help us - in one case I actually had to threaten to sue the dealer just to get a phone number for the local manufacture's rep! We are now stuck taking our time to chase down service at the out of state manufacture level to get our many problems resolved, which have been pushing 6 months now. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is we are very sorry we chose First Coast and urge readers to find other dealers who actually care about end user satisfaction. This company clearly does not give a darn, and I sure wish the manufactures would be more discerning about who they let retail their products. read more
