I had purchased a brand new G.E. refrigerator that was supposed to be a garage ready refrigerator. I purchased the refrigerator in December 2026. While using it for the last 4 months I did not realize at the time that my purchase was actually the wrong model and that it was not a garage ready refrigerator. I didnt realize because it was still cold in my garage so I didnt see any issues at the time. Now the weather has changed and my garage is hot so I was seeing how my refrigerator was struggling to stay cold inside. I own a micro bakery and I use it for many loads of sourdough bread. I called appliance 4 less and told them that I had looked up my refrigerator and that the one they sold me was not the one I had requested. I told them that on purchase I stated that I needed to have and only wanted a garage ready refrigerator. The kind woman did not argue with me and tried to help me. She looked to find me a garage ready refrigerator and told me they did not have one. The customer service I received was amazing especially in today's time you really dont find good customer service anymore but you do here. Because she couldn't find a refrigerator that I needed she offered to refund my money even with it being 5 months that I did use it. I was so surprised and honestly I expected to have many arguments and needing to get my credit card company involved but I didnt have to. I can say this company truly gives the best service its starts from the minute you walk in the door. I even got a free warranty on the refrigerator which was amazing. So if you are looking for an appliance I would not go anywhere else. This is the second purchase that I had made with Appliance 4 less and if I ever need or have someone I know that needs an appliance I will always tell people give appliance 4 less a chance. They might not always have what you need but if they do I would purchase the appliance at appliance 4 less because you won't regret it. Thank you appliance 4 less im sorry my purchase didnt work out. They keep the store clean enough, and the appliances- I was told goes through a rigorous cleaning and testing process before it goes on their floor for sales. We ended up buying a really good LG washer-dryer set for a reasonable cost. They accept various methods of payment. We used Venmo, instead of cash, as we wanted to have some form of written transaction. We had scheduled our delivery for the second floor of the house, and were agreeable to pay whatever additional cost needed to take it to our second floor laundry room. They do not own the delivery service and just contract it out. Their company policies also, doesn't take accountability for any damage caused during installation. They have a 30 day warranty to repair any issues with your appliances. The reason for my 3 stars is issues with scheduling and delivery. But, the owner and Josh were very helpful and quick with resolving our issues. We ended up not taking the delivery because of those issues but our money was promptly returned in full. Recommend buying appliances from them if it works for you, but make sure you figure out everything with delivery and schedule.

I went to Ferguson's down the street first and had a fine experience, but the service and prices are what made me go with Setzers. This past time I have been working with Scott Bissell. Scott did a great job informing me of my options and trouble shooting issues with my current appliances (even before I bought new ones). He has been extremely responsive to any questions I have and keeping me updated with delivery information and instruction on how to inspect the deliveries. He has made great recommendations on installers (he gave me options for price points and explained the benefits of each option). Would highly recommend buying from Setzers and working with Scott or Blake.

We told him that we currently had a Bosch cooktop and we were fine with staying with a Bosch, and he suddenly started mentioning other brands, including lower end models like Kitchen Aid. We again stated that we were okay with staying with Bosch. He then walked to his desk, saying that he would check to see what he could get in Bosch or Kitchen Aid. We followed him until we realized that he was just going to sit down in front of a computer, so we decided to wander around to get a better idea of our options. He never came to join us again and when we walked back towards his desk, he was sitting on the phone. So apparently he wasn't really interested in our business. As we walked out, the receptionist wished us a wonderful rest of our day, being as sarcastic and snarky as she was when we first walked in. As I got in the car, I realized that I must have leaned up against something, because I have what appears to be some type of grease or oil all over the front of my pants. I called LG repair out, thinking my dishwasher was not drying, and that is when I found out there was no heating element in the LG dishwasher. Called the store to see if I could do a refund, but they told me no because it was more than 48 hours since I purchased. I have only had the dishwasher for 5 days. The owner would not even speak to me over the phone.
