Surprise... no one called back. So this business is so busy they don't care whether you buy from them or not. This is why it's hard to " buy local". Scott did a great job informing me of my options and trouble shooting issues with my current appliances (even before I bought new ones). He has been extremely responsive to any questions I have and keeping me updated with delivery information and instruction on how to inspect the deliveries. He has made great recommendations on installers (he gave me options for price points and explained the benefits of each option). The problems immediately started when I contacted them for a pick up because I was moving, over the phone when I called I was informed that my account was moved to collections and if I wanted to have them picked up I needed to talk to "collections" (a debt collector agency)which I thought was odd. So I was switched over to collections and was told they only do pick ups once a month I was not allowed to negotiate any day convenient to my schedule but only theirs. I needed to move the 28th they wanted the washer and dryer the 2nd which clearly did not work for me. I asked the debt collector could she explain how my account was put into collections when I've never missed any payments she was very rude and nasty and told me I owed almost $1k in debt but if I agreed to a pickup my debt was completely wiped clean! Like what kind of sense does that even make I rent these machines never agreed to own as their policy states you can never own the washers or dryers they rent out. Then I called the company "Appliance warehouse" again and asked could they please explain how my account was put into collections with $1k worth of debt and they refused to give me a answer but switched me over again to the debt collection agency. My payments were only $55 a month for that much debt I would have missed almost 2yrs worth of payments! I've been researching this company and there is not an actual building or location in my city or even the next. On the pickup day I have received over 16 text messages of constant time changes for the specific pickup! I believe this is a Ponzi scheme company scamming and preying on people for a quick buck...you've been warned.

Do NOT rent from this company. I have been trying to get a working dryer since 8/1. I finally got a replacement on Monday 10/2, but that one is also broken. The washer is leaking into the wheel. Every time something goes wrong it takes 10+ days to resolve. Customer service is completely unempathetic. Never once did a supervisor call me back and apparently the supervisor is OOO until Tuesday so I guess NOBODY works but the people who are probably 3rd party techs. Save yourselves the headache of dealing with this dumpster fire of a company. I'm honestly shocked they are even in business still.

In the course of the project, contracted in November, completed in May, I discerned that Pratt Guys is a GC in name only. Third parties performed all the work, and the Pratt Guys project managers displayed a woeful lack of equipment and management knowledge. Sub contractors worked on the project as their schedules permitted which resulted in a disjointed integration of the equipment and supporting stonework. In the five years we've had our kitchen, only the pool enclosure has been worth the cost. My Primo grill was installed without proper hardware, the plumbing was not adequate to support the outdoor sink and ice maker, and the electrical work was shoddy at best , and has required repeated attention. The stonework did not support the granite slabs adequately, and the granite cracked. Additionally, I've had to replace the sink pump and the ice maker. The gas grill and the separate large gas burner have yet to fail, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. My apologies for not being able to post photos of the shattered Primo, granite cracks, etc.

William Livingston came by and was super nice and knowledgeable. He showed us the water and we tested the water vs after the filter install. There is a serious difference. They were out next day to install and looks great! The water is a huge huge difference. The taste is much better and I can feel clean after showing or washing my hands. My teenage son's hair is had less breakouts since showing with the clean water. There are several comments about the soaps. You are not charged for the soap. The soap is an added bonus for the service. They are good soaps from Pure and Gentle you can change the scents that they come in. William Livingston is the account rep for this area and he takes pride in working with folks. He has came by several times to test the waters and ensure we are happy.
