But Setzer's staff worked hard to keep us advised, get the manufacturer to deliver our appliances as quickly as possible and install the appliances quickly once they arrived at Setzers. A special shout-out to Candy who answered our many calls and got us to the right person, Jason who tirelessly reached-out to Viking to track the progress of our double oven and Mr Setzer himself for hiring the best installation team to install what we now call the beast - which if you look at the photos you will see an amazing Double Oven with Cafe doors that had to be lifted with a special jack it is so heavy and solid. The installers did an amazing job! Our kitchen is beautiful because of the amazing appliances the Setzers tram helped us install. The Samsun refrigerator is so versatile- it has 4 doors making it especially easy to slide bins and shelves out of the lower freezer - especially nice if anyone in your home is challenged by mobility issues. An added plus is the ability to switch one or both of the bottom sections from freezer to refrigerator if like many families you need more refrigerator space but keep a garage freezer close and handy. As the pandemic continues to make Appliance availability challenging we just want to thank the Setzer family for working so hard to make our kitchen remodel so beautiful. The problems immediately started when I contacted them for a pick up because I was moving, over the phone when I called I was informed that my account was moved to collections and if I wanted to have them picked up I needed to talk to "collections" (a debt collector agency)which I thought was odd. So I was switched over to collections and was told they only do pick ups once a month I was not allowed to negotiate any day convenient to my schedule but only theirs. I needed to move the 28th they wanted the washer and dryer the 2nd which clearly did not work for me. I asked the debt collector could she explain how my account was put into collections when I've never missed any payments she was very rude and nasty and told me I owed almost $1k in debt but if I agreed to a pickup my debt was completely wiped clean! Like what kind of sense does that even make I rent these machines never agreed to own as their policy states you can never own the washers or dryers they rent out. Then I called the company "Appliance warehouse" again and asked could they please explain how my account was put into collections with $1k worth of debt and they refused to give me a answer but switched me over again to the debt collection agency. My payments were only $55 a month for that much debt I would have missed almost 2yrs worth of payments! I've been researching this company and there is not an actual building or location in my city or even the next. On the pickup day I have received over 16 text messages of constant time changes for the specific pickup! I believe this is a Ponzi scheme company scamming and preying on people for a quick buck...you've been warned.

Do NOT rent from this company. I have been trying to get a working dryer since 8/1. I finally got a replacement on Monday 10/2, but that one is also broken. The washer is leaking into the wheel. Every time something goes wrong it takes 10+ days to resolve. Customer service is completely unempathetic. Never once did a supervisor call me back and apparently the supervisor is OOO until Tuesday so I guess NOBODY works but the people who are probably 3rd party techs. Save yourselves the headache of dealing with this dumpster fire of a company. I'm honestly shocked they are even in business still.

They ended selling two of the stoves and were going to offer us upgraded stoves but they wouldn't get them until 24 July. Customer Service (Ron) is who we were talking to. We told him to cancel the two stoves and still deliver everything else. He said even if we cancel those items the delivery was still going to be 24 July. Customer service was very rude on the phone. He said no one could get us appliances earlier than a month. We requested to talk to his supervisor. His supervisor was very friendly and gladly cancelled out it. We went two blocks down the street and ordered the same items, with the upgrades, and they will be delivered Monday. Saved over $1000 too.
