I had a client with two damaged windows -- one cracked on the interior pane and the other completely broken. They replaced the dual-pane glass in both, and they looked brand new afterward. Some of the people that work here have no clue what they're doing. They misrepresented pricing when I literally drove to the location and the pricing tripled. The young lady claimed that oh you don't need high altitude windows you can get away without having that. As I pointed out to her, you have to have high altitude windows of 7000 feet as the windows will either explode or at minimum will warp and leak, but she wanted to sell me a window that was not for high altitude.. she also had no idea that in the mountainous regions and perhaps others one side has to be tempered. She looked at me like I had two heads. I pointed out that there's two panes of glass and one of them has to be tempered. So at my expense and waste of time, I had to educate this young lady when I called in to speak to the owner, I got a manager very defensive and apparently somewhat ignorant herself. If you're at sea level, just go to Home Depot you'll do better.. if you're above sea level certainly don't call these people. read more

I did a complete house renovation in 2021. For an unknown reason, a patio slider door shattered out of the blue. My Contractor gave me the name of the window supplier and installer, which was First Class Windows. I called and explained what happened and they sent an employee out to inspect. He went back to the office and the next day I got a call from the office and they advised they would be replacing the broken glass door. They just left after replacing the sliding part of the patio door and I couldn't be more thrilled. I didn't think a small, family owned company would stand behind their product the way that this company did and so for this reason I would highly recommend them for anybody who wants to replace their windows. They were prompt, friendly accommodating, and they took pride in their work and product. read more

Their windows don't appear as tight as the higher end brands. Maybe they went down in quality but it doesn't seem to seal as good. I've seen 5 projects that use their windows and there's a lot of noise pollution in between the X and O panels read more

I have ordered from 5-6 local manufacturers for my own house and rentals. I would give them a 7/10 for quality and service. Their advantage is that they can get it done in about 3 business days. Other places I've gone to need 7-14 business days since they are just the middleman. They make their windows ON SITE so it gets noisy. You can get a mini tour of the showroom if you want to. Their vinyl is thinner than some I've seen, but those windows also cost a bit more. Their mark up for tempered glass isn't too bad. If you are a homeowner and need them to come over and measure and install, you may like them. There are manufacturers out there who make thicker and stronger windows, but they are more expensive. May or may not be worth it. We measure our own windows and order from them. Make sure you know how to measure and order windows because they'll make it exactly like that. They won't know codes or requirements either, so you have to know them. Each city is different. If you need stickers for inspection, you'll have to ask for it. They messed up on our order twice, which was frustrating but they fixed it. There seems to be a lot of miscommunication between the staff, also. read more

I'm shocked that I'm the first person to leave a review for this great window replacement business! My parents bought a fixer-upper and one of the things that needed to be replaced were windows. I got this recommendation through a friend who used them and helped my parents arrange the service. We needed 9 windows and one sliding patio door replaced. They don't have many style options but my parents wanted dual-panned windows with decent quality and pricing. Nothing fancy or specific. This is what they got! This offer was the most competitive for quality glass and vinyl. I worked with Lorie (via phone and email--never met her) to arrange for an estimate and schedule service time. She was just FANTASTIC! Easy to work with, responsive, and just friendly. On the day of service, two guys showed up on time and both were really friendly. I had a flight to catch at noon and was a little nervous about leaving my elderly parents with the supervision, but didn't have a choice. I called them at the end of the day and they reported how much they LOVED their new windows and how professional the guys were. They especially loved how their new patio door was easy to slide (a big deal for older people!). Thank you for making my parents home look so much newer! Amazing, quick, reliable service. From the free estimate to the complete installation. First Class Windows to affordable and efficient. Our old windows were from the 70s. Single pane, non tempered glass, metal trim. They were noisy and rattled when the winds were strong. But now we have beautiful double pane, low e, noise reducing, heat reducing windows! They look great and I can't wait to save on energy bills! The guys who came to install really knew what they were doing and had all the old windows out in less than an hour. I had gotten several estimates (4) for replacing my windows and 1st Class beat all of them by thousands of dollars (yep, thousands!!!). That piqued my interest, but I also wanted good quality and customer service. I spent the time and visited the factory - I like that they're made in the US and local to me. When I examined the windows next to the Milguard and Anderson brands, I didn't see any significant difference in quality. Of course these (and other high end window companies) offer different sizes (frame width-wise, like Milguard's slim line frames), but that wasn't a feature that was important to me and would only increase the cost. So I decided to go with 1st Class and couldn't be happier with the results. I've had the windows in for about a month now - they replaced the original 35 year old single pane aluminum framed windows the house came with - and the new windows slide so smoothly, look great, and I've noticed the marked difference in noise reduction and heating/cooling retention. So, great pricing - check; quality - check; and now on to customer service... I live in an HOA community, so I needed to bring the alteration of installing new windows to the HOA board. It took a bit of time and some revisions to the HOA architectural application and during that time I had a lot of back and forth with 1st Class, mainly Lorie who heads up the front office. If I could give 10 stars for the great customer service I received from her I would! I even told the owner, Enio, that I would steal her from him if I owned a business! Lorie was very easy to work with, very responsive, helpful with suggestions, explained the process and timeline to me, answered all my questions, stayed on top of the scheduling, and very simply, was a dream to work with! It was more like working with a friend who wanted to help you in any way they could. I actually enjoyed my chats with Lorie; she was so nice and fun! This was such a huge factor for me as I'm balancing a remodel with taking care of my elderly parents and I didn't need another thing to be chasing after and trying to stay on top of. After the windows were installed there were some very minor issues - my windows were painted dark brown on the outside and I thought that the paint line between the dark brown exterior and the white vinyl interior could have been a bit neater on my patio slider and screen. It really wasn't a big deal, but I wanted it perfect. I called Lorie and there was no problem or push back in any way in getting the issue fixed. In fact, Enio (the owner) even came out to take care of the problem, so I guess the great customer service runs through the company! I'll also add that the installers showed up right when they were scheduled and were neat and careful. Kudos to the whole 1st Class team and, Lorie, you're the best!!! read more

I have dealt with this company 2x. At first, I was a little unsure, as their prices were really incredibly cheaper than other establishments. But after my first window replacement, I was really so happy. I have ordered another window from them and it has both been great experiences. Their prices and quality are great! The customer service has been great too. The 2nd window I ordered, they help me pick the glass for a privacy window, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Each time we drive up to our house, my husband and I keep saying how great the window we got, at a incredibly low price! Highly recommended!
