Honestly came here cause this place has great reviews ... took my 2019 Honda accord for a fender accident .. got my car back and I noticed they did a really poor job on my car . Lots of Missing clips on my bumper , lots of over spray on my black plastics damaging my car ... I can tell they used cheap parts as well . I wouldn't recommend this place , stay away ,they are scammers . That George guy was cool I guess . read more

First Class lives up to their name. Family run biz, and they show in their professionalism that they care about the quality of their work, and for their clients. My car came out looking great. There was a slight mishap in that when I drove off the lot my radio wasn't working - as the repaired damage was on the side where said radio's antenna comes up from the trunk, and its internal connection was loosed during the body damage repair process. However, a quick phone call and George told me I could bring my car back, which I did; and straight away, him and his team figured out the problem and promptly made it right. A shout out to the whole family - very nice folks, personable and professional. read more

I am so happy and grateful that I found First Class Collision Center. My car was being repaired because of a car accident. I went to three other collision repair spots before landing here. As soon as I arrived at this location, I liked the vibe of the place. The shop was clean and bustling-it had a good energy. First Class Collision is Honda Certified, which was important to me. George, Chris and the rest of the team were professional, patient and kind. I even got to meet their mother on the day I picked up my repaired car! She was manning the front desk. That solidified the fact that I had made the right choice. I love a business that is a family affair. I was super stressed and distraught about my car accident, especially since I had just purchased the car in August of last year. But the team at First Class explained the process all along the way and made me feel well taken care of. And they did an AMAZING job on my car. The paint blending was flawless. The car looked brand new. Now I have a new repair shop that I know I can trust. And I will definitely be back if I ever need work done on my Honda. Thank you, First Class! read more

The guys at First Class Collision Center are one of a kind. I was referred by my friend Roger a couple months ago after explaining to him that I was interested in fixing a Volkswagen Jetta and Roger told me to contact George. While getting in touch with First Class Collision, the process was made smooth from start to finish. Being my first auto incident, I was paranoid and did not know where to go. George began by explaining to me the steps they were going to take, gave me a very good runaround about what the boys were going to do with my car, and even were kind and courteous enough to personally help guide me with my claim. Surprisingly, for being tailboned, my repair only took around 2 weeks and the car looked brand new! Better than I had it before! First Class Collision should be your go to, as what you see is what you'll get in terms of customer service, work ethic, hospitality and a great group of guys with top notch personality. Definitely recommend them. Oh, plus the shop looks clean and has a dope layout! read more

Got into a small car accident, damaged front right of my bumper on passenger side. Went through insurance but all the body shops were backed up for weeks. Called First Class Collison and they were able to book me the next day for an estimate, and got my car in to get fixed within the following week. Took less than 2weeks to fix all repairs. My car was returned washed, cleaned, and fixed with a new tire and alignment. After a few days of having the car, I noticed my front right passenger window was not working. Took it back and they had it resolved and workin in 15min!!!! From customer service (George was amazing) to the quality of service, this is the shop to go to! I hope I'm never in another accident, but if I am, better believe I'm coming back here! Thank you! read more

First Class Collision Center - good location and clean place ! - Body Shops Near Me - North Hollywood, California

I was looking for a shoo that can paint and install my new hood on my Challenger. After speaking with a few shops, I stopped by to see if they could accommodate. I was greeted by George, explained what I was looking for and he gave me some options. He suggested I do a silk finish instead of the matte I was seeking. I felt comfortable and confident that they would do a good job. They called me to review the underside of the hood before they finish it to see if I was happy with finish, something most shops would probably not have done. Overall I was very happy with the work and staff. If I ever have a need for body work on a car, they have earned a loyal customer. read more

Dropped off my car for what I thought was a simple chip in my front lip and cracked windshield. Upon inspection George sent me pictures showing additional damage underneath my car. He told me that he would talk to my insurance adjuster to get it taken care of. He didn't try to fix the lip and replaced it with a brand new one. The work done by this shop was flawless. George was very professional and replied quickly to all my texts and phone calls. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else from here on out. Made my first experience with a insurance super easy.
