We had a sick cat that had an accident on my new carpet. Freaking out about chance of cat urine smell in my house I wanted to find the BEST I could get. Didn't care what the cost! Called a few places and just didn't seem confident enough in their expertise. I've heard that some of the larger companies, you know the ones with the fancy jingles on tv, hire anybody off the streets and gives them a truck with mass-produced "cheap" equipment and calling them a pro. Not taking the risk with that one, especially at those rates! I finally called the people that I trust most "Carpet Exchange" to give me their recommendation. The district manager couldn't say enough about these guys. They're the ONLY cleaners they'll use. Since Carpet Exchange holds our warranty, where if any stain, etc. can't be removed they replace it for free, I figured they'll make sure I get the best to avoid a replacement. When talking to the owner Casey, I had immediate confidence in their services. He was extremely friendly and helpful, even giving me tips on how to help my cats avoid any more accidents in the same spot. They're obviously pretty busy as he couldn't come out for a few days. That right there tells me that they're in demand, unlike the other companies I called who said they could be out in 2 hrs. The day of cleaning... VERY punctual!! Even showed up 10 mins early! Walked the with me to discuss problem areas and or concerns, measured the house and gave me a BETTER price then originally quoted from Casey, which he did mention they would rather quote on the higher side then to shock me later, another flaw that the "Big Boys" tend to do. Granted they are not the cheapest, but I'm s strong believer in You Get What You Pay For! We figured while they're here, why not get our basement and stairs cleaned as well. And I'm happy we did! My house is so clean and fresh smelling. The carpets look fabulous and stains that I didn't think could come out in the basement are gone! They also guarantee their work so if you noticed something returns or are unhappy with it, they will make it right. Another thing I LOVED about them... NO PRESSURE SALES!! Not one! There is nothing worse then hiring a company for a one thing and being pressured into another. I won't use companies that do this no matter how great a job they did. We no longer need to search for a cleaner again! We will use them every year for our annual "warranty" cleaning and will pass the name on to all family and friends. I booked for the next week and the day of the cleaning he actually called to say he would be coming earlier than our scheduled time if possible.
