I did tip the 20% but who says that? Let's go over Etiquette- Tip is deserved. 15% is the normal 20% if it is more deserved- Will I go back again? No. Never. Will I refer anyone here after my tipping issue? No! Why? Because according to the receptionist, 20% is what is given by mostly everyone. If this is expected, than I expect a skinny vanilla latte as soon as I walk in:)

Splash came up and we called them to see if they had any availability. Right away they were able to fit her in. I'm not saying that will always be the case, but they did squish her in between some other appointments and made it happen, which really made our day! The owner is extremely friendly and professional; their covid protocol is great and he did ask me to leave a few times because they were at capacity and I was just a guest (which I totally don't mind because I respect their adherence to the rules). Watching them interact with us and other customers, you can tell they treat everyone with the same curiosity, respect, and thoroughness. They are great at what they do, friendly, and accommodating. My girlfriend's request was met positively despite it's complexity; I have definitely gone to other salons who tell you they're busy when they don't want to deal with you. Their location is great for wheelchairs and there is tons of parking nearby.
