"Inflexible Lender Forces Livelihood Threat Despite Proven Loyalty and Hardship"…read moreAs a loyal, repeat customer, I am incredibly disappointed and feel let down by this company. Despite my proven history of financial responsibility, good-faith partial payments during a recent downturn, and extraordinary efforts made during vehicle downtime, the company is now threatening my livelihood over a 30% balance and refusing all communication or negotiation. I previously purchased and paid off a vehicle with this company without a single hiccup. In good faith, I returned for a second vehicle purchase. The representative assured me I was receiving the "same type of deal" as before. It was not. I was placed in a lease-with-option-to-buy agreement, which fundamentally changed my financial obligations and flexibility--a fact that was obscured during the sale process. My industry recently experienced a significant slowdown. Furthermore, the vehicle itself required extensive repairs--a full transmission and radiator replacement. This resulted in over six weeks of vehicle downtime with zero income for me. Crucially, even during that six-week period of no income and no vehicle use, I continued to make my full monthly payments. This demonstrates my commitment to honoring the contract. When the industry slowdown persisted, I proactively contacted the company to ask for a temporary restructure of the deal to lower payments until my finances stabilized. They refused outright. Communication has been appalling. It is nearly impossible to get a representative from the billing department on the phone. No one is ever available, messages are never returned, and my assigned account manager is dismissive, constantly deflecting responsibility by saying someone else makes all the decisions. I have not abandoned my contract; I am making continuous partial payments to keep the account current. With less than 14 months left on a 40-month contract, I expected a shred of understanding or flexibility for a loyal customer who has clearly demonstrated a commitment to payment, even under duress. Instead, they are pursuing action that threatens my entire livelihood. This experience has shown me that this company only cares about the bottom line and has zero regard for customer loyalty or real-world financial hardship. Future customers should be warned: do not expect any humanity or flexibility if you encounter a difficult patch.

This company will take your money even though they did no work. I guess you can call it scam.read more

I'm a merchant who's been in business for 4 years I applied to receive EBT through a governmental…read morewebsite. I was circumvented by "vms" by a guy named Michael Sheehee. Right there is the problem. He guaranteed me repeatedly that I would be able to receive the EBT program. I had no interest in disturbing or disrupting my business my bank account etc I told him in contingent of me getting it. I'll move forward. If not, I have no reason to be with your company. Everything is just fine. He knew out of the gate I would not qualify being a "hot dog cart" saw my instagram viewed pics asked about my celebrity friends, etc. They know I was conned yet still They will not let me out of my contract. I closed my account will not pay them a dime. I'm going to have them investigated for bank fraud. They are predators and the owners are accomplices I emailed her several times she doesn't even have the respect or professionalism to respond . Theyre in India making phone calls scamming old people....they are the bottom of the barrel If anybody's out there that wants to create a "class action" from their predatory behavior let me know I'm pushing forward they will be investigated. FBI I'm gonna do my best to shut this company down. Below is the predators information.
