Can I have some sub with my mayonnaise please?! ‍‍ Don't order the chicken salad sandwich!! Or anything with the chicken salad. Usually I have to ask for extra mayo when I get chicken salad sandwiches...but not here! The amount of mayonnaise they use is not only ridiculous but it was enough to make me sick. Did I eat it? Yes. Hi there, so sorry to say that this was a substandard sandwich today that I received it's disappointing because my office is nearby and we would come here more but we have to have at least a decent presentation here. My local pizza/sub shop with even more to offer. All food is solid and exactly what you envision when ordering, there is something to be said about that. The staff is efficient in a busy spot. Very disappointed the owners should be ashamed of themselves.I ordered dinner for my family and it cost me $45 dollar. The price wouldn't have bothered me so much but when I picked up the food I was quite set back. We ordered a small pizza approx 10 inch a small onion ring small fry and 2 mini pizzas. The size of the mini pizzas was so ridiculous a little over 4 1/2 inches in diameter I get it it's a mini but $9.00 for the equivalent of a slice of pizza is totally outrageous. I feel really taken advantage of and will never go there again or recommend this place to anyone. This place was one of my favorite place's to go because of the sweet sauce not anymore. Ordered a mini chicken kabob salad and a small omlette sub, was told it would be about 10 minutes. After 15, I went to the counter to see what was going on,since the person who took my order didn't give me my receipt so that I could "listen" for the last 2 numbers. Last Saturday was my mother's birthday and she really wanted spaghetti and meatballs so we decided to get delivery from Fired Up. They were actually open pretty early (10ish) and we had a copy of their menu which is quite extensive. Lots of choices including an array of pizzas, pasta dishes, subs, steak tips, chicken fingers and wings. We called and ordered and they took the payment over the phone. Unfortunately, they called back within a few minutes to say they wouldn't have onion rings as they hadn't been made yet. I like that better though than them using yesterday's old grease. We substituted with steak fries. For meals, I went with the chicken tenders dinner with steak fries and broccoli. I was trying to be good (yeah, I know..). The broccoli was the only poor part of the meal. It wasn't cooked nearly enough and seemed to have some sort of garlic seasoning. The rest was so good though. Steak fries were perfect. The chicken tenders were very nice. I even enjoyed the freshly made pita bread (later since we got a lot of food with the meal). My mother loved her meal. She got spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were done perfectly and huge. Plus, very plentiful. They really loaded up her meal with meat which is nice since some places give you a dish of pasta and that's it. Great prices, fast delivery and loads of great quality food. We each had two full meals out of what we ordered. I see us ordering again very soon! read more

If I could give less that one star I would. I ordered delivery and they come an hour and a half later. Everything was soggy and gross. My chicken in my wrap was so dry it was like wood chips. We ordered food for delivery. The individual taking the phone call was friendly, professional, and thorough on what was likely a very busy Friday night. She confirmed the items we ordered, providing a total bill and an estimated 69-minute delivery time. Right on target. Delivery was actually 15 minutes earlier than expected. Our delivery person (Ryan) was friendly and efficient. We tipped him well! Now, the food: pizza prepared exactly how we requested - thin crust w/original sauce, linguica, garlic and onions. Ordered a party pizza and a party size salad for a professional clinical meeting to be delivered to a medical office. When it arrived there were no PLATES, NAPKINS, FORKS or SPOONS!! When I called them back I was told "I didn't ask for them"! Did they honestly think we were going to eat salad without utensils?! Great pizza but what is up with the ordering for delivery? They had my credit card, they usually know we are customers but no, have to repeat address several times. But it turns out the 2 pizzas have become 4 and they are never delivered because they go to an address down the street. (This is figured out by a long useless conversation with the place.) The food is solid! But when I complained that we had been given the wrong sub, nobody said anything. They just stared at me, waiting in silence. Language barrier? Poor Quality food I ordered onion rings with my chicken finger dinner last night for take out. When I opened the box ,I found the onion rings were NOT crispy. I walked in, got my roast beef sandwich, it was horrific. The bathroom was nice, until i threw up in it. This place tricks you with tasty smells but you will be sadly mistaken my friend. Not many places in the area so I order here a lot but today was my last. I have a lot of patience as I have family that work and own places in the restaurant business. This place messes orders up at least 30% of the time but we never complained. Today I ordered a chicken kabob salad for delivery. Driver called me to come out to him as he sat in his car. That was a first but I still tipped $5 no big deal. I get inside my house and open the bag to find no dressing (or bread but that's ok). This was disappointing as their chicken is usually over-cooked and it needs dressing to be edible. I called them and spoke to a female who passed me off to a male. They refused to bring dressing to me. I was nice as could be and explained that I spend a lot of money with them (prob at least $200 a month) and would appreciate dressing when they come back out for delivery. Guy was adamant he wouldn't help today and offered an extra free dressing next time. Seriously? Why would I want an extra free dressing next time? Other places have online ordering now that I'll give my business to. I don't expect this review to hurt this business as they are always busy. Despite this establishment's wide ranging menu, I usually order just from their sub menu. Last Saturday night I decided to select two items from their dinner menu; Baked Ziti and Terriaki Chicken Rice bowl with veggies. I was very disappointed in both dishes and decided to contact the establishment and speak to a manager. I asked the manager if she was interested in some criticism about my order. She said that they are always interested in feedback. I indicated that the Terriaki Chicken had Italian seasoning/spices on all over the chicken that clashed with the overall Teriyaki flavor of the dish. I'm Italian decent so I know what Italian seasonings are. I indicated that when most people see Terriaki it brings to mind Asian flavors and Asian spices not Italian spices. I also told her the the baked Ziti was not Ziti at all, that it was not baked, that they just threw a hunk of Ricotta Cheese on the top of it and sealed it mozzarella cheese. The ricotta was not integrated throughout the dish. I told her that I did not want anything other than to provide my feedback. This is how she responded. We really don't think of our Terriaki Chicken with rice as an Asian dish. At that point I realized that I was not speaking with anyone who had the intelligence or customer services skills to appreciate what I was saying. She was just going to defend these menu offerings. I promptly thanked her for taking my call and proceeded to write this review. I will no longer be frequenting this establishment even for the subs. Good luck Firing up this review. read more
