After an hour on the phone, a date was set to remove it - a week later.... Guys come to take it out & break pipes under the sink. That cost me over $600. A week later I get a refund, minus the tax. Boy, did I get screwed. If you need a cable or simple device, fine. But high-end appliances - run away fast. We did hire an appliance company who specializes in appliances & bought a new dishwasher with no issues. I seriously regret not going to a specialist at the beginning.
