The only reason I am giving them one star is because of the prompt time of service and how nice the people who work there are other then that the service deserves a negative 100. I took my car here because the check engine light was on. Before I brought it in though I took it to auto-zone to read the code. It was a misfire needed spark plugs and engine coil easy enough right you would think so. I take it in they had to do a diagnostic and called me said the same thing so yes I went ahead and let them do it. This was a bad decision on my end I pick the car up drive it straight home everything seems fine for 4 days. Then boom check engine light back on I take it back they look at it said it was an old code cleared it. Very next day I go to start my car up it's making a loud clucking noise. I drive it immediately back to the shop the guy tells me it's coming from the hybrid side of things the battery and he knows nothing about hybrid cars I have to take it back to the dealership. WHY TRY TO EVEN FIX ON MY CAR TO BEGIN WITH IF YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT HYBRID CARS WHEN I FIRST BROUGHT IT IN. I'm completely disappointed dissatisfied and upset I paid $400 dollars to do engine coil and some spark plugs but no who knows what kind of damage this place has caused since they don't even know how to work on a hybrid car but worked on mines. DO NOT GO HERE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING BUT WILL NOT TELL YOU THAT!!!!! read more

I had brake issues on my Silverado. Being 200 miles from home I picked closest shop. These guys were awesome. They got me in, checked it out and told me I have an open recall for brakes. They could have done work but were honest and sent me to dealer where it wouldn't cost me. I value integrity and honesty, I would feel comfortable coming back if I had the opportunity. read more

Called in for an oil change. They told me it was busy but could fit me in within the hour. I headed there promptly, and told me it'd be about 40 minutes. The drawback to this location. Is that there isnt really anything to do nearby while you wait, just other mechanic places. Service was completed promptly and was courteous. After showing them one of the coupons printed off from the firestone website, total was around $23. Quick, easy, and painless. What more could you want from an oil change? read more

If you're going here for just a simple oil change like that Kev H. dude, you're gonna have an easy time. Changing oil is taught in high school automotive classes. Any mechanic worth their salt could do that for you no sweat. However, from personal experience, the shop's professionalism is lacking when it comes to other services. For example, their lifetime alignment deal. It was offered after I got a tire replaced. I purchased the lifetime package, got a new tire on, got an alignment performed and off I go. I came back a week or so later as my steering seems off, and the bridge of the steering wheel isn't as parallel to the dash as it should be while driving. But I now get free alignments performed with that package, so I take it back. I get back, and the service writer at the desk is the same guy that sold me the package, and is visibly annoyed that he has to write up another alignment check. Whats the problem? I paid for it, I can use it however many times I choose. Not only that, but he starts to explain to me in a condescending manner that the alignment is what causes tires to go straight, as though I were a five-year old. Oh, how so friendly of them. I just nodded and asked for it to be checked. Get my vehicle back and it's the same issue. Steering seems off. I take it to the manufacturer dealership, they say the alignment is out of spec and needs to be adjusted. So there you have it. This store successfully adjusted my vehicle's alignment outside of it's recommended specifications. Perhaps they use faulty data, I don't know. But after a rude encounter with the staff, it's not worth finding out why. Since then, I've happily taken my ride to the manufacturer dealership for their services. My two cents? If all you need is a simple oil change, then yeah, it'll probably be fine. But if you care about your car, I'd say to take it somewhere else. read more

This Company is a rip off they are the same company that owns tires plus even managed to mess up two of my vehicles with putting the wrong size tire on my vehicle causing severe damage to the tie rod the struts the ball joints and even more. I've given this company three chances all three times they've messed over my family and I. This latest time even made it unfriendly for my wife to go in there the guy talked on to her as if she knew nothing. In their idea of compensation for all of this was to give me an oil change. I even bought their unlimited online months and they said they refused to do it because they would not want me to come in again even know I could do it every day if I wanted. Because I had one tire rod on the opposite side of the car that was slightly loose and I my mechanic said that it could be that way for years without any problems. I still replace the tire rod and they threw a fit about me coming back and asking to have an alignment done again I paid $270 for it what is their problem. I have been going to this business for many years. I have nothing but trust & confidence in their abilities. They have never pressed me to purchase any or unnecessary services. When working on an old vehicle, lets face it, things are worn out. You can replace the part that is failing or failed and this gets you back on the road. This may or may not be against their recommendations. If you want to truly do it right you need to spend the money and replace the parts. My vehicle is old and a lot of miles on it. Yes it has been serviced there for years and they have always done a great job! In a nut shell, don't expect to spend a few dollars on repairs and expect them to perform miracles and return you a "new" vehicle. I look at it this way....it's still less than a car payment or two. I worked in a gas station & service center/body shop for many years. I trusted the mechanics there & here equally. While there may be unethical repair centers out there I truly believe that they are ethical and truly care about their customers & reputation!! You are not in business as long as they have been by ripping off customers. They surely would be out of business by now. I have never done this before (reviewing on yelp) I was just looking up their phone # on the internet to make an appointment and felt that the reviews I saw was not a true and accurate representation of my experiences or their business. read more
