Took forever before someone was able to get to the counter and speak to me. It's a first come first serve so the wait was going to be 4 hours until my car gets taken care of. The lady suggested coming back the next day early in the morning to get first dibs. So I did. I came in around 9:15am today on a Sunday. I was happy to see someone at the counter right away. I was first in line to get an oil change. Didn't have to wait for others before me this time. Got the job done in 40 minutes. Impressions of employees: Kind of clueless. Not rude but not pleasantly happy either. The lady helping took some time to get me registered in their system trying to look for where their hand held device was. Another guy comes out and was trying to look for something behind the counter too. Since they both were trying to look for something it just gave off a clueless, unorganized vibe to me personally. Made my trust drop just a little. But in the end oil change was done in a timely manner. I got to check out right away. My car needed a synthetic oil change so cost came to $45 and some change.

On Friday 6/12/2015, I headed up to the twin cities, MN from Appleton, WI...... I realized i needed…read moreto get an oil change so this was the most convenient and logical place to go to. So a week goes by after my oil change and i started noticing a oil leak dripping from the bottom of my vehicle. You can clearly see wet oil spots when the vehicle has moved away from being stationary. I took note of this oil leak seriously so i took it to my mechanic to take a look at it. From my mechanic's point of view, he noticed a leak coming from the oil drain plug and noticed that the drain plug was stripped from over tightening it. My mechanic suggested i go back to the shop that did my oil change and have them correct it. Today (6/23/2015) i finally got a chance to take a trip back to Wausau to have them take a look at it. As I pulled in, I didn't have to wait long before they got me in. I explained to them about the oil leak and they took it seriously and looked into it. As they went to work, they also noticed what my mechanic had pointed it out. They took care of me and got me a new drain plug plus a free oil change. I'm happy that they took me seriously and made sure I was taken care of. They live up to their expectations. I would go back to them and recommend them for future service.

Representative was courteous and said they would have them on soon. It took an hour but I was satisfied as the tires were perfectly balanced and off I went. The other thing I like about this store is they offerfree tire rotations and repair (plug) if needed.
