Tracey along with the woman in the office were beyond exceptional. Tracey saw I was a little shaken up and try to calm me down by showing me what exactly the problem was - even made a video for me as he took out the part so I could understand what he was doing. Both Tracey and woman in the office made me feel relaxed and comfortable despite the unfortunate event. After a few hours in the shop, Tracey was able to get my car back on the road that night. As I was leaving, the woman emphasized to call the shop in the case that I had any further troubles on my way home. Very family-like feel! Truly could not have asked for better service!

Their salesman refused to negotiate when I asked him to come down very marginally. So, I went to Dahl Honda in Stevens Point and they gave me a discount that Honda Finance was offering anyway, and which O'Malley could've offered, to get me to the price I wanted. Moral of the story, just drive 30 min and go to Dahl. It'll save you money, time and frustration. Previously, O'Malley rejected to schedule me for minor recall work that needed to get done on my Civic because "there were too many people on the list." Overall, this place has terrible customer service. Businesses like O'Malley are the reason why people dread car dealerships.

They took it, diagnosed the problem in about 15 minutes and it turned out to be something very minor. The seem like good, honorable mechanics. Also, their online appointment system worked flawlessly. I set a time, they offered a different time (just two hours later), they confirmed by text and email and were ready and waiting for me when I arrived. So often those online/electronic systems do not work. This was terrific. I will be back.
