My family is from out of town they picked up the car and went to wausau it overheated took it back. They got another call and said it was a bad radiator replaced they came again to pick it up same problem over heated. This time i was asked to pick it up for them because i live her by the time i got home it again overheated now this was the third radiator they claim they replaced now i have it at a real garage that i use so now i know it will get fixed right do t take it there they rip you off and don't fix the problem and stand behind their work

This place has terrible service. I don't even know where to begin. They tried to charge me more…read morethan they quoted me. They didn't do half the things I asked them to do and made every excuse under the sun on why they couldn't get it done. I was without my vehicle for numerous days while I waited for them to complete the work. I had to physically show up and ask what was going on with my vehicle to get any answers, just to find they hadn't even completed the work. Not once, but twice I had to physically show up to get information on the status of my vehicle. They failed to call me back when promised. They literally make every excuse and take zero responsibility for their work or lack thereof. I even accommodated them when they were having computer issues and gave them three extra days to work on my vehicle, but when I showed up, it still wasn't done. I will never bring a vehicle anywhere near this facility. Read the rest of the one star reviews. Sounds like this is par for the course for these guys. The manager even lied about who the owner was so I wouldn't contact them. Based off the other reviews, Doesn't sound like it would matter anyways. I wouldn't be surprised if they wrote the decent reviews they have themselves... I'm just not seeing any value here. Save your time. Save your money. Go somewhere else. I'm choosing Auto Select next time. Update : The plot thickens. They charged me to top off my coolant but when I checked it, it was empty!!! This place is seriously laughable. It just keeps getting worse. I wonder if they even changed my oil?!
