Well I screwed up and scheduled an appointment at this FCAC again. Only need an oil change and tires rotated this time. How bad could it be? I knew it shouldn't take more than an hour and that's being kind. Unfortunately, I knew I was in trouble when I saw it was the same slow moving tech jump in my truck to get started. The same one it took 4 to service previously. Well, we're into hour 2 here with no end in sight. It's just a dang an oil change and simply move the back tires to the front and vice versa. Why does it take 2+ hours??? If it wasn't a fleet vehicle I'd get it ALL DONE in my driveway in less than a half hour. Maybe it's time to start a bonus plan on how many tickets they get done in a day. The current structure can't be good for business. Or possibly move the slow moving tech into the showroom. While visiting friends in Georgia I needed to have my car worked on. There was a time issue because I had pets at home that needed to be cared for so I went with the closest place that could get my car in quickly. On November 1, 2022 I had my car towed to Firestone Complete Auto Care at 1535 Watson Blvd., Warner Robins, GA for 2 separate issues (shudder at highway speeds and a blown oil pressure sensor). They ran diagnostics and told me that I needed a new battery and 3 new tires so I said ok. The following day when I went to get the car I found out that they had replaced the cam shaft position sensor instead of the oil position sensor and there wasn't even enough oil in the car to reach the dipstick (even though they charged me for a care package that included checking all the fluids). I had to leave it another day to have the correct sensor replaced. Apparently the technicians treated my car like it was in for maintenance and hadn't checked the issues it was there for. The manager, Drew, threw in a free oil change. I picked up my car on the 3rd and started my 8 hour drive home the car started throwing the code for the cam shaft position sensor and there was still a shudder at highway speeds. The paperwork I was given shows that my battery was fine and immediately under that was the charge for the new battery they said I needed. I am also not convinced I needed 3 tires. I complained by email to the Bridgestone/Firestone home office on the 6th and got a reply that I should be hearing from them within 2 days. The shop manager left a message which I ignored (he had his chance) but I heard nothing from the home office. I emailed the home office again on the 14th and got the same response. The shop manager emailed and I ignored it. Still no response from the company. I emailed them again on the 22nd. Sameer response. On the 29th I got an email from Justin Williams (the area manager for the Atlanta area) asking the best time to call. I immediately responded that cell service was bad and email worked better for me. On December 3rd I emailed the company again because I still hadn't heard from anyone in the home office and hadn't heard from Justin Williams again. Same response. On the 6th, in the middle of filing a complaint with the BBB, I received an email from Justin Williams asking how he could assist. I put my complaint on hold and immediately responded that I wasn't sure he could assist, considering the absolute lack of concern the company had shown and that I was working on filing a complaint with the BBB. I got no response from him and I filed my complaint with the BBB on December 10th. Less than 12 hours after filing the complaint I got an email from the BBB saying the complaint was closed because the company didn't respond to the complaint. I can see why the majority of Firestone Complete Auto Care shops have an F rating with the BBB. If this is the way Firestone/Bridgestone does business, I will never again do business with any Firestone/Bridgestone. I will most certainly not recommend Firestone/Bridgestone to anyone. read more

1. They broke our exhaust system in our van and will not own up to it. I say how they did it: they did not properly place the lift points just putting the lift flat and forced the exhaust system up and broke the pipe off the flange at the mount on the header. 2. They constantly leave a tiny leak in the valve stems to the tires wear out prematurely. 3. They stripped our oil plug on 2 different cars. They replaced them both times but they still leak slightly. Seems like they're not afraid to ride the clock. I don't really appreciate that but they at least seem to be honest.

I have a long way to drive home with my son and I knew I needed new breaks, I made an appointment with the facility on Watson in Warner Robins Georgia down from the hospital. I paid over $800 because they stated multiple things needed to be replaced fine I paid it. They forgot to put a lug nut back on that I paid for.. how? Told me that they would refund me after I went to Nissian and got a new one? Then less than 3 weeks have went by and now my breaks are making the same noise that I brought it in for... they stated they didn't properly put them on..WHATTT!!! And to add icing on the cake I just had got new tires from Walmart well when placing my car on the lift they didn't place it on properly and one of my tires busted... I'm livid.. I have no words for this place... they will never receive my services ever again. read more

These men in the Firestone on Watson Blvd are the rudest! I come in and they tell me 2 hours! No cars in sight! So I start to leave! Then I turn around and say I'll wait! 10 minutes later about 5 people come in. So I'm waiting and 20 minutes have passed and I see them pulling in a car that came in after me! REALLY! So ok... We really want to go there! I start walking to the counter and before I could open my mouth he says we getting you next... I say no you are getting me now... You have 4 bay's open and 3 workers sitting around! So my 2 hour wait for them to start on my truck is now 30 mins...Sorry ^##%!!! :-) fill in the blank! I only waited because they thought I wouldn't!!! OK! Shout out to Larry who made it all right!!! read more

Got to this location at 8:10 a.m. knowing they didn't open until 9. We wanted to be early to try and get in for an oil change & tire rotation. After the manager on duty was at the store at 8:30, observed us in the parking lot with a commercial style van (not just a regular everyday style vehicle), we were told at 9 that unless we had an appointment, they couldn't do it. AN OIL CHANGE! There was one other gentleman there to pick up his vehicle and nothing else being started or anyone else there for to be done. A 30 minutes job got turned away while workers were doing nothing else ... not the way Firestone should be represented! read more
