I could not be happier with the service I received from Chandler Collision. They were the first of 5 places I received estimates. The gentleman who gave me my estimate offered to pop the dent out a little so I could open and close the drivers side door. When I arrived I had to get out of the passenger side! It made my life so much easier with just that little kindness. Their estimate was fair and in the middle range of the others I received. Because of the kindness I decided to go with them. I am so glad I did. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. As often happens when they took off quarter panel that needed to be replaced they noticed a couple brackets that were damaged. Not a big deal! It was about $80 more than the estimate. And it meant parts had to be ordered. They can't control things like this. It took a few days longer because of that. They were very communicative and made sure I was set with transpiration in the meantime. That was the only increase in price from the estimate. When I picked up my car I couldn't believe how good it looked. And they detailed it inside and out. I've had my car professionally detailed before and it didn't look this good!! February 12, 2021 was my second visit to Chandler's. I had to have the bumper replaced on my brand new 2016 Camry (August 28, 2016) OUCH!! Great job and excellent turn around time. Ok, lets fast forward to Friday, February 12th. From the moment I arrived I was greeted in the most cordial manner. This time I brought in my 2019 Camry needing repair to the passenger side mirror (subsequently learning the damage was beyond repair). Travis explained very clearly that process for the fix. He touched bases with my Insurance Company and set up my car rental (with Covid 19 running wild and Friday being one the busiest rental days, this was no easy task). Unfortunately he hit a brick wall with the the rental, so he patched me up (repositioned and taped down mirror) and I was on my way. I few hours later he called to make sure I reached home safely. (his kindness brings a smile to this gray haired lady's face every time I think about it). That's what I call, going beyond the call of duty. Well, Monday morning my rental was ready, my vehicle was dropped off at the shop, part/s received early and installed by 3:00 and I was good to go. Did not want to write this review. Was hoping I had put this horrid experience behind me. Recommended by my boss. Worst mistake ever made regarding my car. took my car in because i hit some road trash on the interstate. Bumper damage under bottom right side. Required new bumper and fog light. the 1st time i was called to pick up my car, the bumper was installed incorrectly, front wind diffuser installed upside down and broken pieces reinstalled on the bumper. 2nd time called to pick up my car, diffuser not installed and the front emblem way left of center. They also tried to tell me the emblem was that way when I brought it in. it wasn't, but even if it was it was brought in for them to fix my car not attempt to convince me it was always like that. One guy, forget his name CJ, BJ, whatever, went so far as to say i had to have bought my car used and that the damage had always been there. Bought that car brand new. Have done all required work and modifications myself. I know my car inside and out. 3rd time called for pickup, everything seemed pretty good. Finally! The diffuser not being installed not much of a problem, told them I could install it myself. Was assured no holes had been drilled in the underside of the bumper because they were worried about installing the diffuser incorrectly. Yet, there was missing hardware and smashed bushings from an attempt. they did replace the missing and damaged hardware. Couple of weeks later finally had the time to install the diffuser and find the hardware is stripped and/or missing holding parts of the bumper and to the protective skid plate underneath the car. After finding half the holes had already been drilled in my new bumper I was livid. Did not care it was Sunday called Eric Chandler on his personal cell phone. My day had been ruined and he need to know about it. He claimed he took my call because he knew my boss. Did not care that a business with his name on it had done an absolute horrible job on someone's vehicle. The following morning he asked for pictures. I never responded. I was done with Chandler Collision. Ordered the hardware i needed put my car back together and moved on. Well, at least the paint job looks pretty good. Or so I thought. It's been less than a year and the clear coat is already peeling. Several coats is what they told me. This the worst body shop in all of Central GA. They lie and do just enough to hope you don't notice, never taking into account that some people actually take care of their vehicles and may discover issues created by their "work" or lack there of. And what kind of idiot uses high torque power tools on the plastic parts of a car? If you need a body shop I urge you to look else where. They take no pride in their work and treat you like a nuisance for pointing out their mistakes. I just wanted my car fixed. What i got was headache, frustration and now more money out of my pocket to get my front end repainted. read more

I've waited 1 year to leave a review, why? It's taking 1 year to complete the repairs to my car from an accident that happened in July 2019 to the front passenger side. All I'm about to review happened before COVID 19 hit. The amount of times I had to return my car for things to be fixed that should have been taken of before allowing my car leaving the body shop is crazy. Example: The front windshield wiper controlled the back wiper and the back controlled the front. Took it back. Then the fluid sprayed my hood, back again. The windshield fluid reservoir was cracked, returned again to replace part. Now the paint job. WOW! The amount of trash that was in the paint was unreal. It was returned 3 possibly 4 times, it's been so long I can't remember how many times. There were runs in the clear coat, distinct edges that had to be wet sanded. The hood and finders do not match, I'm not a painter but it's obvious and not only to me. The last time I took the car in a drip looking sport on the top edge of the hood was explained to me as a curve in the metal. Chips in the paint. Yes, I was driving on I-75 seen the rock that came off a work truck in front of me hit the hood, chipped the paint and left a small dent, a couple weeks later one chip turned into 4 chips. Keep in mind we were now in COVID-19 quarantine and my car is siting in the driveway, only taking trips to the grocery. This was brought up, the owner pointed to his brand new truck had chips in his hood. This isn't my first paint job due to and accident, I've had other vehicles repaired and never had an issue of chipped paint 6 months after being painted. The attitude of the owner in Macon and the management at the Warner Robins shop spoke to me in away it was an insult to my intelligence, I wasn't a painter and any concerns I had was pushed aside. Our last interaction: There was a sticker that was to be installed under the hood, it wasn't but the insurance company was billed and paid, the cost was $125.00 it was failed to be ordered until I brought it up to their attention. When I asked how the car left the body shop with the errors with the paint alone, I was given the explanation (name withheld) that person had since been let go. And how did that fix my issues? I've had Chandler Body Shop do repairs in the past with other another vehicle with no issues or incidents. I will never use Chandler Body Shop nor will I refer anyone else to use them. I felt as if 80% of my returns could have been resolved if my vehicle would have been checked over before returning it. This was such a inconvenience and a waste of my time, it was hard to comprehend. All of the employees were professional but how far does professionalism get you. My advice if you don't car about workmanship and car what your car looks like the Chandler Body Shop is your place but otherwise, stay away. I'm still paying for my vehicle and it well taken care of.
