I drove in for coolant and power steering service when they first opened on a Saturday morning. They had me in and out within 45 minutes for that. While there, though, they had a tire special, so I decided to get the tires replaced. They beat the competition in the local area as far as price goes. Went to Express Oil Change in Warner Robins GA on S Houston Rd for an oil change. While there it was noted that there was a tear on my driver side front tire. Bought 2 front tires per Brandon's recommendation although I'm pretty sure a chose a goodyear tire and I have Uniroyal installed. He did charge me per what appears on the website, so even though he did not say they did not have good year it would have been ok with me. I noticed on the emailed receipt I was charged $30 for a tire protection plan which was not mentioned and I think I could have opt out of that. When I called Brandon to ask him about the paperwork that should have come with a tire protection plan explaining how it works, he was very defensive and rude. From past tires I have purchased, I know I should have gotten something about this tire protection plan for my records. Also did not get a copy of the quote that I would usually have gotten anywhere else. Brandon said he thought I wanted him to throw this out. All in all, it wasn't the best experience and I hope I don't have to go back there. read more

Got to Express Oil and Tire Engineers at a little after four on a Saturday. Dalton, the service rep pulled us into the bay. I had a low tire warning on my van. Dalton and the crew checked all the tires and made sure their were no nails or screws in the tires. The team adjusted the pressure in all the tires. There was no charge for the service. Dalton was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely return to this shop for my auto needs. read more

NOT HONEST! DO NOT listen to any of their service recommendations outside of a basic oil change. Got an oil change there two days ago and the tall lady who did the oil change told me I needed a new serpentine belt as mine has started to "fray" but its not "cracked yet". She said my belt was a 7/10 bad and I shouldn't drive the car far. Luckily, my mom said she thought she recently put a new one on the car not too long ago, so I didn't get the $200 belt/labor they quoted me. I went to my mechanic the next day and he said my serpentine belt was fine "you can still see the writing on it". Later on my mom dug through a folder of old car receipts and found the receipt from 2020 where she had a new belt put on. This car has been parked and barely driven these last 3 years. The belt probably has less than 500 miles on it and they really tried to scam me. Only good thing about this place is they do a quick oil change and its convenient. Next time I will plan better and schedule an appointment somewhere else and try to avoid these scammers as they have no integrity. read more

I really enjoyed my experience here. I'd never been to a drive thru oil change place before, but it was great! I waited in line for about 20 minutes which wasn't bad-no appointments needed for oil changes! When it was my turn someone under the bay changed my oil while up top I registered as a new customer, had my fluids checked and topped off, and wipers evaluated. Michael helped me out and talked to me about the other services they offered by appointment and welcomed me to the neighborhood. I typically dislike taking my car for service because previous places have tried to swindle me and the wait was always long. Not this place. This place was non-threatening. No intimidation tactics. No trying to sell me on things I don't need. No touching parts of my car without my permission. It was great! I will definitely come back. And bonus-there was a Yelp coupon for $3 off! read more

BMW owners beware! I took my 335i in for a fuel induction cleaning. Apparently their staff didn't know my car is turbo charged or don't understand them to begin with. While there are multiple methods of performing a fuel induction service, theirs is to stuff the intake port with a shop rag. When the tech reved up the motor, the turbo sucked the rag, chewing it to strings, and bound up (destroyed) my #1 turbo. The minute I drove the car off the lot, I got a check engine light- reduced power. After a few minutes of fruitless troubleshooting at express, I took it to BMW. After a week of troubleshooting they decided to replace the turbo and that's when they found the shop rag. I will say Neil and Johnny at Express Oil were very professional, And their insurance company was quick to respond and take care of the damages. However, this is basic mechanics 101 - don't put a shop rag on the other side of a high powered suction mechanism I.e. a Turbo Charger. read more

I've never had service like this before! One of my headlights went out and my dad and I couldn't get it changed ourselves. We take it up here and Ashley says she'll change it out real quick with no charge. She tries for several minutes and tells us that whoever put the last bulb in (I bought it off someone) put it in wrong and she couldn't get it out. She takes it into the bay to take the tire off to get to the bulb. (They really messed that light up.) She finally gets it and gives me back the keys and says there isn't a ticket! She went through a ton of hassle and didn't charge me a dime! I really appreciate all the effort Ashley put in to fixing someone else's mistake. They've definitely won me over and I'll be coming back here whenever I need something done! Hopefully nothing else will require that much effort, but I know they'll try their best to fix it if it does! read more

Made an appointment for after work at 3:30 - arrived at 3:25 and was told to get in line at one of the bays. Didn't pull in for service until 3:45 (after another a customer who came in without an appointment). So much for planning ahead. Was guided into the bay and asked to fill out a new customer card while the tech checked under the hood. I let him know I was just in for an oil change with synthetic oil and he offered that I could wait in the lobby where it was cooler (can't really even call it a waiting room as it's just 4 chairs inside the front door next to the bathroom). 15 minutes later I was told the car was ready... fast service! But I should have known something was up by then. The total was $42 (before discounts) - looking back I should have inquired more about what their oil change prices were. They offered a $5 military discount and I had a $3 Yelp discount (which said it was valid with all other discounts) - but the tech didn't know how to process it so he just gave me a different discount for $7 (less than I would have gotten). Pulling away, I had second thoughts about the price and figured that paying $35 for a 5qt synthetic oil change (and filter) wasn't too bad, but when I checked the invoice I noticed that they serviced it with conventional oil instead AND used 10W30 instead of the 5W30 recommended by the manufacturer! The only silver lining is that I got a "free" car wash at the automated car wash next door. Next time I'm doing my homework and finding a better price elsewhere!! read more

This used to be where I went everytime, however between the excessive upsells and the we do not care attitude they have permanently lost my business. I called to complain to the manager and he could care less about my poor treatment. I left a response on their website and the district manager called and told me I was fussing at the wrong store. When I told him what store it was, he realized I had the right store and could care less. They gave no apology and clearly have too much business to treat customers right. This company does not care whether they put the correct fluids in your vehicle or not. Then when it does damage to your motor they blame it on everyone else and will not fix it. Don't use the wrong coolant it will eat the gaskets. They also will tell you to put the wrong oil in. Refer to your owner's manual instead of these jokers. read more

I took my car here last weekend to get an alignment. I was nervous, being a woman, that they would try to do to me what so many auto shops in the past had done; cheat me. This was not the case at all. Henry greeted me as soon as I pulled into the parking lot and was extremely welcoming and helpful. He asked what I needed and I told him an alignment. He immediately told me the price and asked if that was okay. They got my car right back and it was waiting for me when my husband dropped me back off after running a few errands. Again when I pulled up we were greeted right away and helped. Henry was polite and his happiness and smile were contagious and he thoughtfully explained everything about my service and got me all set up. I will absolutely be back for any other vehicle repairs I need in the future. They were honest and customer satisfaction was an obvious top priority. The manager at the Russell parkway express oil store Neil Spence has resolved a good bit of problems with my car over the years, but the entire team at express oil is very professional with quick quality work and extremely knowledgeable. I own a 07 bmw 335i and I thought that the only thing express oil could do was oil changes but after meeting Neil a few years back I soon learned that the express oil team could do just about anything. I once had a spark plug that I broke off in my motor and I brought it in after fighting with it for hours and Neil looked at it and said (give me a minute) and i waited about 5 to 10 minutes and he had the broken spark plug out and a new one in for around the price of a new spark plug, I was amazed to say the least and that wasn't the first or last time the team helped me out . I now take my bmw up there for every minor and major thing I need done because they are quick, precise and very affordable. I'll put it like this I have never wrote a review about a place of business but because I own a bmw everyone assumes I have bmw money and try to get over on me but not Neil and the team at express oil, they save me time and money so I thought I would write my first review ever , thanking them for being so caring and considerate in a world where everyone wants to get over on you , so finally my advice to anyone reading this Is I highly suggest taking any vehicle to these guys they are a+++ in my book.so once again a big thanks and will continue to come see you guys with any and all problems.
