They already called and had a replacement located and said they would have it fixed the next business day. I was not upset, stuff happens, it's no ones fault. They did the windows on the other car and when we went to check out they gave us a discount due to the trouble. I was thankful and expected nothing more. I went today to get the car that needed the windshield fixed and everything was perfect. They also discounted this car and detailed my interior. On to of that since it was raining cats and dogs they found my umbrella and made sure I got to my car dry. There are so many places that do a decent job and just apologize if something is wrong, Creative Coatings went above and beyond. I will 100% recommend them to anyone I can.

I initially had an electrical malfunction with my 2024 BMW X5. BMW had roadside assistance picked…read moremy vehicle up and took it to the BMW of Macon service center. From the beginning of the schedule to pick up my vehicle, I was informed. The BMW service advisor and BMW technician communicated to me with pictures and videos of my vehicle. They were great and I appreciate the service I received. After further communication with my husband about my vehicle in the service department, we decided to explore looking for another vehicle. My husband was in communication with Ms. Peaches Stewart (wonderful saleswoman and spirit). She told us what they had on the lot and in the showroom. Once we arrive, we were promptly greeted by Ms. Peaches. And offered beverages. She already had several vehicles ready for me to test drive. First, second was a no. Third one was a charm. I like the look and stance of it with the profile tires. *side note *, the second car was identical color, all the features to my current car. Bonus was massaging seats! I don't drive enough to need that. But still a nice feature. So my final car was a midnight black BMW 2026 X5. It was identical features of my current car. Once I decided this was the vehicle, we met Randy. Randy was the sales manager and he was pleasant and personable. Lastly, we met Nadia Rouse. She was new to finance but not to BMW. She explained everything about the vehicle and suggested services for us to take advantage of. Nadia gave great customer and closed the process out. Peaches brought me a goodie bag that was filled with BMW products. I would recommend this dealership for Sales and Service. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, Ms. Peaches is her name and making you a happy customer is her game!
