You guys are the absolute worst Firestone. Straight lied to uncharge with a basic oil change. Said my car can't take standard. My car is 12 years old. It's as standard as you can get. Lived in 4 states and have taken it to other Firestones where standard wasn't a problem for my car but all of a sudden now it is? Never ever again! Took my car in for an oil change. They straight up lied to me and told me I had a nail in my tire, that it was irreparable, and needed to be replaced. And that all of my other tires were worn and needed replacement. I took it elsewhere for a second opinion, because I hadn't noticed a nail and had been driving around fine. There was no nail. My tires are fine. I've seen another couple reviews of this location like this after the fact. Seems like a pattern that someone might want to look into... read more

I went in to get an oil change and wheel alignment. The long hair man that asked me if I had an appt. and was in a fowl mood. I was the only customer at that time. Do you wanna work or not? He had the nasties attitude ever and almost grind his teeth as he spoke. I wanted an alignment because I had already paid for one a month ago when I purchased new tires. I had new breaks installed and I wanted my wheels aligned and an oil change. So, after waiting he gives me a list of recommendations that totaled $679. They stated my car needed a new battery (which I bought in July), belt changed (which was replaced last week), break fluid replaced, and new tire because it had a nail and was not patchable. I paid for my oil change and left to Robertson's on S. Peoria. to get my wheel patched. They got one lady good while I was there. She fell for their tricks. Go to Tuffy's and Robertsons Tires. I won't ever go back to this joke of a business. Rude man needs to find a job where he can be happy not be an ass to paying customers. read more

Was STRAIGHT UP LIED to. Was told my vehicle wouldn't start and that the battery was dead. I said I would just change it out myself and they basically tried to scare me into doing it with them. Thought it was fishy because the battery in my vehicle was still less than a year old. After I picked up my vehicle, I left it out in front of my house for over 6hrs and sure enough the car started just fine. Did this multiple times after the visit with no sign of a bad battery. Do not trust these sleezeballs. They will assume you are an idiot and try to take advantage of you. read more

Quite possibly the most unhelpful customer service experience in Tulsa--and repeatedly so. My mother recently saw an elderly, disabled man fall on the premises with employees declining to help. She later approached the manager about their indifference, who cited it wasn't their problem. Have been doing business (almost exclusively) with this location for over 20 years--and the standard of service has gotten exceedingly worse over the past 5 years. The current tires they sold me are too large for my vehicle and rub the sway bar at full crank, despite assuring me they wouldn't. Pricing has also become uncompetitive, with my last oil change costing about 60% more than a local competitor. With an established trend of missteps, I will never step foot on this property again (which I recently communicated to them), and would advise others to steer clear. read more

I went in to have my car's battery replaced yesterday and the tech told me it would cost $357. I thought that was an outrageous amount for just a battery and told the tech so. He responded "well even if you went to the auto parts store and bought it straight from them it would be $250. No one's going to have it cheaper than that." I took it to Wal-Mart, where they replaced it for $120. read more

I will get right to the point. We were lied too! The more I questioned the guy (Quentin), the more he contradicted himself and and told more lies to try to cover. He was also very condescending saying "I'm sorry that you can't understand our procedures". When my daughter called to check on her car, she was "disconnected". Then he admitted not answering her call because he had "customers". Of course I asked him what that he thought we were. I paid almost $60 for them to do absolutely nothing other than insult us. 91st street location in Tulsa is terrible. They overfilled my engine with double the amount of oil it is supposed to have. I have video proof. My engine failed within 100 miles of the crime and had to be replaced. They sent an "independent" appraiser to back up their position. Now they wont even make eye contact. A quote from their founder on the wall touts their honesty. They are a joke. read more

So, it may have cost us nearly $600, but I'm just gonna go ahead and say it was worth every penny. Not only did they fix several issues with the car with one solution but they were super professional and courteous. They explained everything to me in detail and even took me out into the shop to show me where things were wrong. I was literally in the shop for nearly 6 hours, basically asking them various questions the entire time and they never once acted like I was annoying them or holding them up. They are so nice and professional every time I'm there. They've got good guys at this Firestone and they will continue to get our business until we move. read more

I went into the Firestone in Tulsa, ok at 91st and Yale on Monday April 20th and had new tires put on my truck. After they were put on I went home where later I noticed that my rims had been damaged by the location. I did the survey on the receipt explaining that I'd like my rims replaced the general manager called me the next morning and told me to bring my truck in so he can look at them to observe the damage. I told him it would be the 27th before I could make it due to work schedule. He said that was fine on April 24th I received a call from the district manager Chris and he asked when I was coming I told him I had a chance to come that morning at 10am on the 24th. He said he would meet me there to observe the damage also. When I got the the district manager was no where to be found I was told he had an emergency couldn't make it so the manager looked at my rims and criticized me saying they weren't damaged by them because I had a few scratch already from daily driving. I proceeded to tell him yes I know they have few light scratches but they were not chipped and didn't have a big 2in deep gouge in them. He took some pics and sent them to district manager Chris. He said he would call me and talk with me. Chris called me about 20mins later and told me that he would not replace my rims because they were old. I've had my truck barely a year so my rims are not old he said yes they are old and we won't replace them. He then stated that he could send a claims agent out to look at them but they would laugh and say i am denied the claim because few light scratches and that nothing would happen or I could take his offer and either he would pay $25 a rim to get the lip of the rim redone but it would make them look like crap. And it wouldn't fix the big gouge in my rim that the untrained girl put in them. Or I could take $100 and call it good. I think that's disrespectful and an insult that I was offered a $100 for a set of rims that were $250 each. I haven't accepted anything from him he told me to go to the store and they would give me $100 back. After thinking clearly this district manager and store manager doesn't care about the damage done to my vehicle so I proceeded to go farther and make it public. I had taken my last truck to Hibdon tire and they had damaged rim rims but replaced them no questions asked. But due to the experience I chose to go to Firestone on this truck so I wouldn't have it happen and it did. My truck is pretty much a show truck that I detail the outside and know what is there and what isn't. I know the district manager isn't going to replace them because he doesn't want to pay what his store did. read more
