This place is not a good place to get tires. Try Sam's or almost any other place around. The service is preformed by amateurs.

I've been here multiple times and every time they try as hard as they can to be accommodating and fair. The manager even gave me a ride one time when I had to end up leaving the car overnight. I've been impressed with this location since day one and will continue to come here whenever it's needed. read more

TRASH ALERT!!! SCAMMERS ALERT !!! I came there to fix a stiff wheel on my car and showed them a recommended paper showing which part of the car was probably causing the problem. Obviously I'm not a mechanic so I asked them to further check the issue Incase I am wrong but they went ahead and said they will fix the tube that I showed them so I figured that I was right. They said it would take 2 hours but it took 3 and I was charged $401. When the car was "finished" I drove it back home and the car wheel was still stiff. I called them and they said to bring the car back so I did. I asked them what I payed for if the car still wasn't fixed and he said "technically you told us to fix the tube that was on the paper and not generally the wheel" he then tells me that it will be another $20 for inspections and $470 to fix the ACTUAL problem that they were already aware of. Again they said it would take another 2-3 hours yet they took 6 hours. At this point I am very upset because they scammed me out of my money and wasted my whole entire day. I missed a day of school and a college exam for bullshit like this. PISSED! read more

Terrible customer service. First time I went in for a oil change and tire rotation which I had an appointment for and ended up sitting the for 3 hours. Fine I use to work for them so I kinda understood being backed up. Second time I went in for an alignment which took almost 2 hours and at the end came to see they entered the wrong vehicle information so I setup for another day to get it corrected. Given them the benefit of the doubt I just walked in to patch a tire having the wheel off the car and all and was told they can not take care of me to come back tomorrow. I consider a nail in a tire an emergency repair which only takes 15 mins at most yet they could not help and sent me else where. I highly recommend you not go here unless you want to wait hours at a time and still receive terrible service. Will never ever go back read more

Quite disappointing. Customer service was lousy. I had my 25-year-old daughter take her flat tire to this facility to see about getting it fixed. The service agent would not help her take it out of the bed of the truck - he said the only way he could work on it, is if she brought it in the store herself. She is 5-months pregnant. She took the same tire 1/4 mile away to Tuffy's and they were more than accommodating. Not sure why Firestone was so unhelpful. Needless to say, Tuffy's has my business now, and I will ensure my friends hear about my experience. read more

Strike 1: ordered tires from a lady at the front desk on saturday and she guarenteed them to be there monday. On Monday, the wrong tires arrived. The guy told me the tires I ordered were back ordered and there was no way they could even order them. Would have been nice to have known that as these tires were less milage. Strike 2: on Monday i waljed in and gave they guy my name and told him the reason why i was there. He responded with only a simple "ok" and at that point my service manager and i entered what must have been a good old fashion stairing competition. After about 15 seconds of just stairing at one another i asked him if he could help me. He finally went into the computer and told me there were 2 work orders in the system for 2 different sets of tires and he asked me which one was mine. So i asked him if i could see the screen and this seems to really annoy him. After a couple more rude and a bit akward responses i asked the guy if he was having a bad day and he told me he was having a great day. We were able to finally get through the ordeal and i was hopeful i would get someone else when i came back to pick up my car Strike 3: as luck would have it, the same gentleman was there to help me when i went back to the shop to picked up my car. I was able to get checked out with no issues but when i drove away the tire pressure light came on. I went back to the shop and told the guy. his response was i probably need to put air in the tires and then staired at me for 15 seconds in silence. After spending 600 bucks i became a bit irritated and said "so why don't get someone to put air in it". He went to talk to his guys in the shop and came back out and said everyone "was busy and that i just needed to drive the car and the sensor would go out." After speaking with the manager i understand the sensor reset takes some time after driving but there is a clear customer service issue at this place. The manager was nice and apologetic but i definitely don't want to have to deal with the hassle of crappy customer service at this place. Taking my business back to pep boys. Their customer service has always been really excellent and their service managers know how to communicate with the customers. Only gave an extra star because of the manager. read more

Left my car there for six hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They " didn't get around to it." They said that it was a busy day and they were short one person. I believe in second chances, but after 2 years and 4 costly mistakes on 2 seperate vehicles in our household....its time to MOVE ON to another company! The Technicians who work on vehicles at this location, must be either trainees without supervision or simply lack knowledge in what is suppose to be their area of expertise. They have been negligent on several occasions in doing what they are suppose to do, to complete the job they are paid. Let's leave it at that! read more

This place is right off 75 so if you blow a tire, it's not far to drive on a spare I blew a tire at 440 pm on a Sunday and the place closed at 5 pm. The manager is named Michael Y and he still saw me with no problem. He was super nice, didn't try to upsell me and they still had coffee at closing. FYI I went to Goodyear before this place and they had closed all their lanes and wouldn't take anyone else. The manager looked like he debated doing it and then tried to upsell me on a price for next day; this is the second time in a few years Goodyear turned me away 30 mins before closing read more

Quick, precise and quality service. Had an appt and even though they were fully booked I had a new tire and was checked out in less then 45 mins. They didn't try to up sell me and Michael was extremely helpful with options. The waiting area is a little shabby but it was serviceable and roomy. read more

One star is too much!!!! Went there for rear brake check. Left with check engine light on and traction control light on. When contacted manager _ Bob, he told me "we will check codes but we will not fix it". I wish I could attach pics to this review showing air house detached from the housing and battery post loose. More so... they didn't take rear wheels off the vehicle, stated that nuts are over torqued and they can't do it. PLEASE READ especially if you are a woman before going to the Riverview FL Location on big bend road. So to make a shitty situation worse. Who has ever been driving down the road and have a blow out they suck. So I AAA gives a few locations we can go to but chose to pay extra to go to firestone but this location was a nightmare. I called ahead of time and they said I would be able to get in and out because I had a football game to go to. But when I actually get there it's a different story. And before I got there they asked my car year model make and tire size and was reassured they would have one knowing that my car was getting towed in and that i had a blow out. When I got there I was told that the tire was rare and they didn't have it and wouldn't be able to get one besides a $600 tire. Then before I left they said they found another but it was $400 and that I was lucky that they found one that cheap. And that they would have it within a couple days. Let's make sure that i state this again yes that's one tire and didn't ask for anything special just wanted a tire. So I leave the car there and take an Uber got home and my boyfriend was upset about the service and the fact that I was only offered what i was. The next day he got on the website and found several tires for around 150 or less. He called and spoke to them told them and they said give us a few days and we will try to hunt one down. A few days later I hear back from Richard L and he is like your car is ready they had went ahead and put the 400$ tire on and I said that's not what was discussed and he proceeded to tell me i was wrong there wasn't a cheaper tire. That I didn't know what I was talking about. Didn't matter what I said he wasn't hearing it "i was wrong" my boyfriend ended up calling back and said they agreed again on finding a cheaper tire. Almost three weeks later after not hearing from them i take a Uber to try to go pick up my car. Told them I was there to pick up my Mercedes. Richard again was very rude even to the guy Jeff that worked there, he was like yes the car that's been here forever. I told them I hadn't heard from them and they said there must have been an issues with phones. I didn't have any voicemails neither did my boyfriend on his phone either. Just rude very arrogant condescending demeaning tones and comments from Richard. So they tell me it's 353$ and just pay it higher than discussed been without my car about a month. I ask where the car is and Richard stated I'm sure you can find it, it's somewhere in the parking lot. Customer service lacked greatly. Very disrespectful, very inconvenienced. A complete nightmare. Make an appointment and you are in and out for an oil change. Guys at the desk are very nice. I heard a guy come in that had a bent rim guy at the counter told him the best price he could do and suggested another shop that had a similar tire for cheaper. Brought my car to the Firestone on Bloomingdale because of my car making noises when the a/c was on. They stated that I needed a new fan assembly and was also blowing fuses and that overtime my engine would over heat.it was going to end up costing a good penny so I said I would wait and bring it back. The next day it overheated so I paid to have it towed to this location on Big Bend. I called them that evening and asked what the status was on my car and they said that the transmission needed to be replaced. At this point I wasn't stupid enough to believe that it was my transmission because I already knew that there was nothing wrong with it. They also checked it off that it was okay at the Bloomingdale location. When I went in to talk to someone in person to get a better understanding they simply said the tech wouldn't touch anything else until that was replaced and that I would have to take it to a dealership because they don't do transmissions. I told them I didn't understand how it went from a fan assembly to the transmission??? I ended up leaving now having to tow my car to a different location. Received a call from the shop in Ruskin saying there was absolutely nothing wrong with my transmission & that the water pump and thermostat needed to be replaced first. No one here is helpful at all and just seemed really rushed to get me out the door. I do want to say that the guys at the Bloomingdale location were awesome! The techs at this location clearly have no idea what they are doing so I would avoid coming here. read more

Requested an online appointment for Wednesday. Never received a phone call or confirmation as the initial email said I would. Called, confirmed no appointments were available for that day so I scheduled for Friday afternoon. Arrived to my appointment ten minutes early to a parking lot not only full, but with people double parked and parked in the drive lanes. I was then told by the staff I would likely wait 1.5 hours for my appointment. I asked if I would be paid for my time and the reply was unsurprisingly, no. I was met with zero concern or compassion. Not rude, not necessarily flippant, just "matter of fact". I told him I wouldn't be back. Again, no concern. Just an "Ok". How can you look someone with an appointment in the face and tell them they will wait 1.5 hours for their pre-scheduled appointment is mind boggling. But he did, without flinching. Firestone on Big Bend, In an age where service matters, this will catch up with you. What was a minor $30 service for me today either turns into 'I never return' or it turns into loyalty-- new tires, brake service--where you become my go-to for service. Guess which one happened? Shame on you for your pitiful customer service and shame on your staff for not even caring and attempting to make it right. It's only a matter of time before another Midas or other chain opens up close to you. Hopefully they'll get it right because you are what's wrong with customer service. read more

Two vehicles. Spent 2500 in two weeks time. Not only did they never fix the vehicles, they damaged the rims on my FJ cruiser and stained the interior of Tacoma with grease. The vehicles still feel terrible. The same as when I brought them in. read more
