Went for an oil change this morning. The 3 young men were so helpful and knowledgeable. Shout out to Ivonn, Xavier and Manuel for doing a great job. I normally take my husband truck to the dealership but decided to go somewhere close to home. You all had great customer service reviews that is why I decided to try you all. It costs more than the dealership (for that price I usually get tire rotation including) but it was worth it since I had no wait. They showed you the old filters and explained everything they did. My daughter went in for a basic oil change. The guy helping her begin to tell her all the other things that she apparently needed. She kept telling him she wanted to oil change only but he kept pushing. My daughter called my husband to ask him and he told her just get the oil change. The employee then told her "if you were my daughter I would never let you drive around like this. It's going to be on him when you are stuck on the side of the f***ing road" and continued to keep pushing it and being rude to her. I have been coming to this location for years and always had exceptional customer service. I am only giving 2 stars for the other two employees that were nothing but courteous and professional to me. But this past week, one of the service techs (Zach) was a complete a-hole and has a nasty attitude! Not only was he rude and disrespectful, but he then began to argue with me in front of another customer and his other two co-workers. And yes, I absolutely cursed him right back! To make matters worse, this idiot Zach is supposedly an assistant manager (I will never understand how). He's extremely unprofessional! The other two workers were beyond professional and one of them continuously apologized! It was to a point that he had to tell this rude employee to go in the office and take a break since he wanted to continue to raise his voice and argue with me. I asked for his name and also for the managers name (which I was told was Manny Santiago). I called the very next day and got a call center representative and explained that I wanted to speak with the store manager at this location. I provided my details and have yet to receive a call back. We all have bad days, but if you cannot handle the pressure of your job, then maybe you should find something less stressful and not yell and scream like a child at paying customers. And should you read this review Manny, I would hope that you do something about Zach as his behavior was disgusting and unbecoming of an assistant store manager. Great drive in location. They greet you with a bottle of cold water. They do what is exactly asked and double check everything to ensure no issues after the work. I was met by Mike who handled everything. He was attentive to everything and fully explained their 3,000 mile program if needed. Price was lower than most locations Great stop! read more

I like the Take 5 Oil Change shops as I know what to expect from them. Prices are higher as you pay for the convenience of sitting in your car, even though it can still take 20 to 60 minutes to get you thru the line and everything completed. They always put 3 months and 3000 miles on all oil changes even though many cars now days can go much longer and many more miles, so just be aware of your cars requirements, and don't listen to the sticker that just wants you to keep coming back more often spending money. I left and called Take 5 they said $68 plus gave me an additional 25% off as a veteran. Employees masked and respectful. Also no upsells they said my air filter was good. read more

It's a drive through service that changes your oil right away! No wait time. They offer you a bottle of cold water as soon as you pull up. Once you drive in, they take your information and offer you their services. The gentleman working here are very energetic and provide quality customer service. While you sit in your vehicle, they clean your windshield and fill up your air on tires if needed. They check everything and give you an update on the vehicle. They also take the time to update your dash to reflect 100% oil. They guide your vehicle out the drive through and your are done. EASY and FAST! Superb! These guys work their hearts out man. Got a be one of the best lube shops around. Considering there are several other shops in the area this shop gets you in and out literally between 10-20 minutes and you don't even get out of your car!, while the other shops tell you 2 hours or pickup at the end of business hours... You won't find faster more courteous service around. Location is perfect as well, restaurants, shopping, bowling and a sams club. They also came out bearing water and gummy's for my boys very considerate thank you. I would most definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family, if they were closer I would request to use them for our fleet of vans at work. When they broke my oil dipstick, they zipped tied my stick WITHOUT letting me know as you can see in the picture. When I got home and checked under the hood, this is what was found.. yes they offered to order another one so I'm waiting on that. I've been to this location a few times now to be fair but I don't think I'd go back after too many dings. 1) Went during what I called to find out was their normal "slow period" of 11am-2 pm and they ended up being busy with 2 lines of cars. (Ok, not their fault. They don't have a crystal ball to know when they'll get a rush). But the guy directed me to get out of the line I was in and into the other line, which I did. It ended up that the other line had 3 cars that were behind me but ended up getting serviced before me. It took me nearly an hour to get an oil change. 2) If you put full synthetic oil in a car, you should not be recommending the same 3 months/3,000 mile oil change that you would for conventional. The sticker they put in my car at completion every time, specified a 3 month/3,000 miles return, irrespective of the full synthetic oil. This is an outdated practice and is not recommended by the manufacturer (in most cases) or by any other reputable auto source. Oil change places would earn trust and respect by recommending honestly and based on accuracy-Not just trying to get everyone back at 3,000 miles. 3) They did not reset the oil change light any of the times I've been there. Last time I called after I got home and they said they forgot so the oil change light sat on for all the months until my new oil change. This time, when they didn't do it again, I brought it up before I left and the guy said he didn't know how and to go home and look it up on YouTube. Really?? You're an OIL CHANGE facility. You should know how to reset the light. I don't have some fancy or unique car either. It's a common regular ole' Mazda for goodness sake. read more

Went in today. Great concept - drive thru oil change. You wait in your car and they work on everything and then you just pull through. They also offer you a complimentary soda at the start. Gave me all my options ahead of time. Didn't try to up-sell windshield wipers and air filters and everything else under the sun. Was faster than getting out and waiting. Great service, super fast, very friendly staff. Yes, they do cost more than an oil change I can get at the dealer, but I'm always waiting 90 min at the dealer, even with an appointment. So for the extra $, it's worth the speed of service. They don't insist on upselling you anything. They do offer additional services/items, but so does every other place. This place is worth every penny in my eyes. Today was the 2nd time that I've visited. Their customer service is top of the line. Everyone there is super respectful and very detailed on what they're doing. It's a drive up location. You don't even have to exit your car. They offer you a water while waiting and the gentleman even noticed that I had my 2 boys with me and offered us 2 juice boxes and 2 packs of gummies. I'm not sure the price difference between here and dropping your car off else where (hubby would usually handle that for me) but for me, it's completely worth it. I was in and out in 10-15 minutes and I didn't have to sit in a place with my 2 kids for 2 hours and have them go stir crazy or figure out a ride situation! I gave Take 5 a chance because I thought the concept was convenient. I personally don't like sitting in a waiting room for over an hour while I wonder if the job is getting done. That's not the case here. As you pull in the techs greet you and inform you of the process. As the job is being done, another tech is at your window asking you your information and informing you of your options. No pressure. Before you know it the job is complete. You pay, and you drive off without ever getting out. They have a great meticulous process there. I was in there what seemed like no more than 15 mins. The techs were friendly, professional, and efficient. Great service. I will return next time no doubt. read more
