Anything but jiffy, I was there over any an hour, waiting in 100+ heat. Tate and crew were friendly. Yes they do a lot of "up selling ". My recommendations 1 - plan on more than 10 min for the oil change 2 - DON'T go during lunch time, I got there at 1pm 3 - Do NOT go there when the heat index is 100+ degrees I probably won't go back there again- not bad but NOT great ! read more

They had 3 guys going at once, performing precision movements like a damn military drill team! My second time at this Jiffy Lube. This location is just "ok," and worth the 3 stars that it currently holds on Yelp. I needed to get an oil change done ASAP and came here because my last oil change was done so fast as there was almost no one else here waiting. The location is almost hidden, and you'll have to either know that it's here or pay attention to the road flag advertising that the words "BRAKES" on it; if you're driving too fast you'll likely past right by it! The prices are decent for what I came for oil change was $49.99 and spark plugs $34.99. No complaints here. Now the employees are consistently very nice, so I very much appreciate that, however- the-smell... ... the air in the little waiting area is so saturated with fumes and such- I mean it's really strong and I have a headache just thinking about it :-( No fault of the employees of course but just wish something could be done about it. Next thing observed was the waiting area- nothing to brag about here...small, dull, dated colored walls, with about 6 chairs to sit in; and let's once again not forget to strong "fumey" sent in the air. Again I came here for the speedy service which is what I got, and I really appreciate how nice the staff is- including the lady that's runs the front desk; she's very professional and does her job to a "T." I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change and decided to go. I have always changed my own oil but didn't feel like the hassle. As my first experience going anywhere for an oil change I definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube. They recommended a few extra services but they did not push anything on me nor did I feel pressured to buy anything extra. The employees were super helpful explaining what they were doing and why they recommended me adding things on- again they were not pressuring me or making me feel like I needed to. I wish I caught their names... the only one I got was Michael but they were all awesome. Update Jan 18, 2019 District Manager Chad reached out to me and apologized for the service performed yesterday. He told me to go to another location so they can check the check engine light that came back and replaced my air filters at no charge. The location that I went was the Brandon location on S.R 60. When I showed up Manager Jaime was waiting for me and provided excellent service along with Manager Larry. The technician that did the service in my vehicle was very thorough with his inspection. Glad that I decided to go back bc we found out that the oil filter had oil and radiator fluid was dirty, this should've been replaced the day before at the Bell Shoals location. Long story short, Brandon store were very professional and I was satisfied with the level of services they provided. I will definitely go back to Brandon. I have been a loyal customer at the Bells Shoals Jiffy Lube for over 2 years. I recently went there and they ask if I would like the tires rotated. I said I would. Well, that was a mistake, I didn't notice it but when I was going around my car the next day one of the hub caps was missing. I have called there numerous times and have gotten a run around. I will not ever go to one of these joints again. I just today, after 2 months was told that my car was too old and they could not get me a hubcap. I have had everyone from the secretary to the new manager make up excuses they have tried to call me. I have a business phone and an cell phone and they have not called on either. Use caution when you go there if you do, and I would not consider getting a tire rotation unless you want a hubcap missing. While they could have turned me away and advised me that I would need to take it to thr servicing placed that messed up my oil change, they looked my vehicle over and fixed the issue as well as added oil. I was floored when I found out they charged her $84.51 for a conventional oil change, new oil filter and talked her into replacing her air filter. She drives a Chevy Cobalt 4 cylinders it should not have cost her $43 to change the oil. The price of $34.99 for an air filter is absolutely ludicrous; those sell from 9.99 to 18.99 at Auto Zone. These people saw an inexperienced young adult and set out to rip her off. Our daughter works hard at a restaurant for her money and to have this Jiffy Lube screw her over is unforgivable. Used to be reasonable. I took my truck in today and asked for full service. I did notice that the itemized full service sign was gone. The did check the fluids and changed the oil. They only checked the tires on the front and ignored the dual tires on the back. I made them check the back tires because the air stems were accessible. Gone are the window cleanings and vacuuming the cab. The price only includes 4 quarts of oil. Anything over that you are charged more. Less the services I expected less, NOT! For starters I'll start with the only good thing about this place, they afford okay customer service. I walked out paying $40 more than I was told when I first walked in, which a quarter of I'm fine with because I okayed that part of the service, but when I saw the receipt, I saw that they charged me $15 more than what they actually told me. And the last straw with this place is that added extra transmission fluid to my car so they could get an extra buck.
