Brought my car in for the alignment and front wheel balance. When driving it on the freeway prior to the appointment it was fine. After the appointment I was getting a traction alarm over 40 MPH. Took it back and they refused to take responsibility, stating both my rear wheel speed sensors were now magically bad. Wonderful business and wonderful people!! Had a bubble in my tire so I took to Firestone to get it looked at . I was able to bring my car right in and they took the time to look for me right away. I needed to replace the tire so Crystal was on it and ordered it right then because they didn't have any in stock and said it would be there tomorrow. They again were very open for me to go and replace the tire which was nice because I was extremely busy. So I brought it next day and was helped again by Crystal, Austin, & Steve. I came back after two hours and was told my car would be seen next, and should be started within the next 30 minutes, but that it might be a while once they got it on the rack. I had an amazing experience with Firestone Complete Auto Care! I want to give a shout out to Andrew Torres as he is honest and informative. Told that since my batter was now charged he couldn't test it for me but still wanted to let me know. I was in and out in about 20 minutes from checking in with Richie to Andrew putting in a new battery and rest my programming to paying for the service with my Firestone Credit card that I didn't even have on me. This is my second trip there in the past year and both times I have been given excellent service. I will continue going here for my maintenance and when I need new tires! The price of the battery was more affordable than the dealership and of better value than at auto parts I called around. So, today i went to firestone to get some help with one of my tires. The pressure light came on so, I walked in and there was 2 people behind the counter. 1 male., 1 female. The male was helping a lady and the young female was on a phone call. So, the lady left and i was next. Both people behind the counter never said can i help you, so i stood there and after a few minutes i walked out. I then turned around went back in, walked to the counter where the man was and I said can i ask you a question he never looked up and he said what is it i asked who was the manager ? as I was grabbing a business card off of the counter he stated Iam the service manager and that is my card. I started walking away and he then said can i help you I continued on out the door. Very poor customer service and they never have to worry about me or anyone i know honoring their business.. TERRIBLE PLACE! DO NOT GO!!! Called and asked how much it was to patch a tire and the store manager, Richie, tells me it's free and to come on in. Once I get there he walks around my vehicle looking at all my Firestone tires that I got brand new from a different place back in October, and proceeds to tell me all my tires are cracked and need to be replaced... First red flag. I declined and told him I only need my rear passenger tire patched. He had a tech pull my car into the shop to do the tire patch. For reference I got there at 7:15 am and he said it was going to be a few minutes because he had a tech free and is able to do it quick. After waiting in the lobby for 35-40 minutes I ask him how much longer it was going to be. He then looked up from his phone and said "oh you need a new tire we cannot do the repair." He then brought up photos of my tire to show me why I need a new one. In the photos I could see nothing wrong with it, he even said "you can't see much in the photos." So he walks out to the shop to bring me my tire so we can both look at it. He brings it in and said to look in the inside and I can see the damage from driving on it flat ( I was not driving on it flat. The tire was still holding 32 PSI as I was driving to them with the screw in the tire and I only live in the complex behind the shopping center so I didn't go far on it.) I look in the tire with my flashlight and still could not see anything. Then I asked him to point out the hole for me which he could not find, so now we are both looking for the hole with our flashlights and I finally find it only to see that the size of a hole was the size of a tip of a pen or smaller. I looked at him and asked him if he was serious about not patching it and his response was "it's unsafe, so no I will not patch it." After going back-and-forth I then told him to have my tire put back on my rim and I will deal with it because I felt as if he was trying to get a sell out of me to which he became very argumentative and unprofessional. I asked him again to have my tire put back on my car (while he's still trying to argue with me) and after asking for it a third time he went to the back and had the tech put the tire on my rim. I went outside and asked the tech if I could see my wheel before he puts it back on the car. I went into my trunk and pulled out the $8 tire repair kit from Walmart and plugged my own tire, and what happened?? The tire was plugged and was not leaking air!! The only reason why I took it to these guys is cause I thought they would be able to do it quicker than I could and I didn't want to mess with it myself, especially if someone is saying they'll do it and they will do it for free. Ended up wasting a little over an hour of my time. I will say the tech was very friendly and had a good attitude. The Regional Manager needs to either train this Store Manager on Professionalism, Transparency, and INTEGRITY or find a new Store Manager. read more

He worked on several later appointments ahead of me and didn't touch my vehicle until I called and asked "how it was going"?. I was told my vehicle was next at 3:30pm. Unbelievable and unacceptable. Never again, I called to make an appointment here to get my sway bar link replaced and my front breaks replaced. The woman i spoke to made the appointment for 8 am (earliest they had). I agreed and asked how long it would take (wasn't in a hurry, just wanted to plan accordingly). She stated it would probably take half a day. When I brought it in, the store manager "Richey" helped me. He asked if i was leaving it or waiting.. i said I'll leave it, and got picked up. Before I left, I confirmed with him it would take half a day, he agreed and stated might be even sooner. Cool, Wife picked me up and we went about our day. Didn't plan anything too crazy cause we were waiting for the car. 2:30pm rolled around and still nothing. I called and they stated they were almost done, I should get a call shortly. So my wife and I decided to go get the car since they were gonna call shortly anyway. When I arrived my car was still in the same spot were I parked it. I know it wasn't moved cause it was parked close to a shrub, they way I parked it. I asked the "store manager" if my car was ready, he said not yet almost. I asked why he told me half a day? He said the person had been busy. I asked if it was even looked at, he stated it didn't need to be looked at, just need to put the parts in. So I waited... I arrived at 3 pm... car was finally done at 4:30 pm. WTF? why tell people a time if you can't comply? If you run into a situation why not let the customer know? I'm not an unreasonable person, I understand it takes time. I was willing to wait all day, just let me know. Don't blow smoke up my a$$ and lie to me, I could have done other things instead of wasting my time. The craziest part, was it took about an hour and a half to do the job. If they would have done the job at the time it was scheduled, it would have been done by half a day or sooner like i was told. Today my sister was out of town and got a flat tire, and she went to this boof ass ghetto shop and they charger her $170 for ONE tire and labor on a 2013 honda covic.. I thought they were some pirellis or some good tires but she said it was some "suredrive" tire and i looked it up on they're website.... Mf it was 70 BUCKSSS... they charged her $100 in labor for a tire change.... This is the most money hungry down bad shop ive ever heard of. I went in on 2/11/2024 for an alignment on my 1997 Lexus ES300 which I recently picked up as a fixer upper. Dropped the car off as I was quoted an hour and a half wait time for the service. Long after I was already gone busy with other obligations, about an hour later, they called me to let me know they finally got to the car and "will not be able to continue with the service." When I inquired as to why they simply responded with "We don't work on cars like that." Like what? It is a perfectly running and driving car. The issue they were having was with the alarm system as my driver's side door lock is not connected to the alarm system so one must simply unlock it from the passenger side. This team goes the extra mile to make it right...whether it's they're fault or not. Today was wear and tear. Love the "we aren't perfect, but we strive for perfection" attitude. BIG PROPS. The team (Firestone) was notified of my oil loss and scheduled my appointment to assess why this was happening (Saturday). After driving the car I noticed it was worst (no oil in the well) than expected (So, straight there I went). I called back and they got me in ASAP (yes! I had to leave my car...yes! I had to call out of work and miss my schedule). They called and told me that my oil level sensor was broken and that the oil was leaking thru there. They called to confirm I would pay for the replacement (uh! Yas! I need my car) the price was worth it (especially, because I used my Firestone Card, apply today). Picked up my car and my team made sure my car was ready for the road trip ahead. When o have appointments, it's usually an 60-90 minutes before they even look at it. Then, they try to update you on something that doesn't need help (shocks, struts, blah blah). But the worst part for me is that tires fell apart like no other tire I've ever had. One had a tread that started separating like a retread. And another tire actually became misshapen and wobble like crazy. Yeah, I'm done with Firestone. Thought I was getting quality. Instead, all I got was a long wait and substandard tires. I'm very disappointed with this shop. I brought my car in for an alignment and explained to them what needs to be done. They knew my car wouldn't make it up the ramp onto their machine. My car is not dropped but it is low especially with the way the body style is. So instead of giving me my car back so I can leave, their employee took it out for a test drive. I know for a fact the worker wanted to test drive it because of the kind of car I have. What if he got into an accident and total my car?? There's no replacing it. No replacing what I have. *Update* After arguing back and forth with the BAR and their mediation with Firestone, they ended up paying out damages to my vehicle and refunding money from another vehicles repairs. Still the WORST shop ever and I would never return. I have no clue why Rebecca is still in management. She should have lost her job! Where do I even begin with this place... Started going here SEVERAL years ago. The old manager Paul was accommodating and always tried to make things right even when the mechanics weren't doing their jobs correctly. Last year around this time he left, for what reason still remains a mystery because the front desk now is a joke. Rebecca, the store manager, is all about getting as many customers in as possible, taking their money and not doing their job. Let me just outline the problems they caused for my vehicle, let alone my mothers and my little sisters cars. In December I took my 2016 Mazda in for tires, Rebecca never did any research, didn't know what she was doing with recommendations and put SUPER high performance tires on my car when I use the vehicle for commuting. I continually brought my car back letting them know there was an issue, took my car to the Mazda dealer to verify it wasn't another issue. In March I took my vehicle in again and at this time my car did not have damage to the front bumper and headlight area. This location had my vehicle for 5 days and when I picked it up my car was wrecked! Front end damage to my passenger side, headlight wrecked and scuffs up my hood. $3500 in damage! Rebecca denied ever having involvement and had the nerve to say my car wasn't damaged when it left the shop. To say the least I am professional but that day I was not and I left before Rebecca got a piece of me that she wasn't ready for. I filed a claim with corporate and didn't hear a word, I called frequently, sent emails, no response. So I filed a claim with the Bureau of Automotive Repair and haven't gotten very far. In May the claims department at Firestone finally responded to me saying they weren't covering any damages because of some bull, no statement or evidence was ever requested or reviewed. The mechanics and the management have no professionalism, they alter paperwork to cover up their shotty and crooked work. I would NEVER go back to this store or recommend anyone to either. Rebecca thinks she is the best thing since sliced bread and claims to take care of customers, especially women, yet she is only concerned about the numbers in the store. Be aware this issue extends beyond professionalism. The mechanics are NOT ASE certified and are barely competent. Not very happy with this shop. The guys in the front were nice, but I definitely feel like they were trying to take advantage of me (probably because I'm a woman) went in because my tire was low. Was told that I needed all new tires for all four because they were at 4,3,2,2 (which meant the one with the nail could not be fixed) The only tires they had in stock were going to cost $1,022 before tax. I went to America's tire and they said all four of my tires measured at 4. They also had way better deals on tires and faster service! Firestone had my car for about 4 hours just to do an oil change and replace a lug nut. I gave two stars because of the guys at the front. The tire alignment and balancing was great. I drive a lifted Jeep with 35" and got it up to 95 mph, and tires didn't wobble. I went in for an oil change today and when they were done (and done with their "inspection") the woman tried to tell me that the tread on my tires was gone and that I needed to buy new tires. Interesting, since I bought brand new tires at Les Schwab just three months ago. When I told her that, she backtracked and told me she was mixing my car up with someone else's car. Then she told me that they had installed a new car battery (for $195, without asking me about it) because the power level on my battery measured low. I had to get them to take the new battery out and put the old one back in because there was nothing wrong with it. Are they dishonest, incompetent or just plain stupid? I have been getting my car serviced there for 11 years and they have always taken good care of me up until this past year. Another new manager. Now an oil change takes over two hours. I had my car at the dealership and they told me I needed new front and rear brakes $500. I took it to firestone thinking I would save some money. An hour after dropping it off they call me and tell me I need rotors too $950 mind you they just replaced the back rotors last time I got my brakes done. I was too tired to check my tire but, the front guy desk said I needed to replaced my rear tires because the thread was bad at level 3. The service was terrible, super slow work. Over 2 hours for an oil change and there were no other cars in the garage ahead of me.

So I took my rav4 to Firestone for 5 tires and an alignment as I was changing tire size they replaced the tires and said my car couldn't be aligned due to a leaking rack and pinion not sure how that affects alignment angles but anyway they quoted me almost $950 to install a retail price $238 remanufactured rack so opted to do the job myself with the help of my son he is in auto shop at school I took my car back to Firestone the next morning for an alignment at 3:15 the salesperson called said my vehicle was not alignable due to bad ball joints a bad tie rod end both axles were torn and leaking and my sway bar links are bad the inspection form they gave me upon picking up my vehicle says all these parts no longer perform as intended (that's kind of scary) well I begged to differ with the salesperson and he said I would need to speak to the manager at 5:15 the assistant manager called me said he was the manager said my car was done and ready I said wait if my ball joints are bad you can't align my car I'm not paying for an alignment if it's not correct he said who is charging you ( making me be he wasn't charging me for the alignment was a courtesy due to the new rack to at least get it close well when I got my car home approximately three miles it was smoking under the hood where they had removed my oil filter and spilled dirty oil all over the exhaust and engine block upon further inspection of my vehicle I noticed the left bellows boot was all twisted up in a not the boot clamps were not on the boots mind you we installed this rack the night before went back today after being accused of lying by the manager he put my car on the rack made some comment about the rack leak mess oil filter is on top changed under the hood when I asked him to show me the torn axle boots he could not produce a tear or a leak in either axle both were marked required to repair then he said the boot clamps were loose when the car came in says my technician I know that's a lie you know how cause he would have wrote it on the paperwork and if Firestone cared about their customers he would have took two minutes and put those back on which he did neither then they proceeded to call the police and told me I couldn't come on the property anymore so they and the manager assured me I didn't need any of the parts they tried to sell me and my car was fine so basically they tried to rip me off I caught them and complained and they 86ed me even though I have like 7 cars with their tires under warranty and like fiv cars with lifetime alignment read more

Took my car in for new tires , fix my ac, and change oil. They promised my car would be ready by end of day and it was not. We came in the following day, and they didn't complete the oil change. He said everything was okay but I let him know my light blinks when I start my car. So we head over to my car and he told me I was right I needed an oil change . Something inside me told me I needed to check my oil. I had an appointment with them a week from that date but I didn't want to wait to check it since the light stayed permanently on. It was dry as a bone. No oil not even below the minimum line. Very disappointed I was even charge a fee for them taking checking my oil.
